During that time he was without transportation. They finally contacted him to say it was repaired but it started doing the same thing it did before he left it with them. He took it back and they still took 2 weeks. I rode by many times & it was on the lot parked. He was overcharged based on other shops estimates and he had to pay more each time he picked it up.
