They all looked at our home buyer inspection report and quoted us for a full master bath replacement. None of them went under the house to double check the report. Sahy from Echo came out and went under the house and actually had us run the water to find leaks. He found two small leaks and some additional repairs and he figured out that the inspection report totally misdiagnosed the issue. Everyone else was wrong because they didn't want to do what Sahy enthusiastically did. Sahy showed us videos of the issues and we were able to fix exactly what was wrong rather than deal with everyone else's 'worst case scenario' of having to redo the entire master bathroom. Bob saved my butt plumbing wise twice now! I called him the first time to replace my toilet flange…read morewhich was cast iron. He quoted me without seeing the work and when it was a little more than he bargained for he stuck to his price. Not only that but he did a fantastic job replacing it making it the perfect height and cutting the pipe down so it would seal perfect. The second time I had him come out it was to help me install my bathtub. I couldn't take the old one anymore and honestly looked at a lot of options. I almost got it re-coated but I knew I wanted things done right. So I took out the old tub and drywall and bought a new tub. Now's when the fun started. I personally had no clue how to connect a tub. All I knew was that I'd have to get someone to do it for me. I bought the hardware and a couple guys I knew told me "oh yeah I can help you out man!" Famous last words. Word to the wise don't let anyone do you favors. All my "friends" wanted to cut corners and never showed up. So again I called Bob. He quoted me a fair price so I hired him. I was just blown away! He replaced all the plumbing from the main pipe up with new copper pipes (Not the cheap plastic everyone uses!) He even raised the height of the shower head for me. He even used 2x4 lumber to build a rest for the lip of the tub so it would drain in my unlevel house haha. To go one step further he even sealed the cracks between the wood under the tub and the gaps in the wall with some foam spray. To say he went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. Then to top it off he said it was cheaper than he quoted. Bob is one heck of a guy. I'm going to use him on all my plumbing problems and recommend him to my friends and family for all of theirs!
