I enrolled my daughter at Believe Athletics with the expectation of a supportive, structured, and engaging environment, our experience has unfortunately not met those expectations. First, I am concerned about the lack of personal engagement from the coaching staff. Over time, it has become evident that none of the coaches have made an effort to learn or remember my daughter's name. Additionally, there appears to be limited interaction and encouragement directed toward her and other participants. This creates an environment that feels impersonal and discouraging for young athletes. Secondly, I have observed coaches engaging in personal conversations during scheduled class time. This takes away from the instruction time that parents are paying for and reduces the quality of the sessions. Furthermore, instruction itself has been minimal. Skills and poses are often demonstrated only once, with little to no breakdown of proper form or technique, leaving the girls without the guidance they need to improve safely and effectively. Another concern is the lack of communication with parents regarding progress and skill levels. At no point have I received updates or explanations about my daughter's progress, grading, or advancement. Parents are instead expected to check the website independently, without being informed when updates are made or what those updates mean. For families who are new to gymnastics, this lack of communication makes it very difficult to understand the program or support their child's development. In addition, I experienced a billing issue in which I was charged twice in one month due to a missed charge from a previous month. This was done without prior notice. When I brought this to management's attention, the response I received lacked both clarity and empathy. Rather than offering an explanation or working collaboratively toward a solution, I was simply referred to policy. Overall, I was disappointed by the response from management. My concerns were met with brief, impersonal answers, and at no point did I receive an apology or reassurance that these issues would be addressed appropriately. While I was told that training would be provided, there was no acknowledgment that the behaviors described are unacceptable or impact the quality of the program. Believe Athletics Gym may be fine for recreational classes, but it is not the right place for competitive gymnastics or serious athlete development. The facility itself is poorly maintained--it's often unclean, and there's no air conditioning or equipment to regulate temperature. This creates an uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe environment for training, especially during extreme weather. Progression beyond basic skills is very limited. There's no clear pathway for growth, and the coaching lacks the structure and consistency needed to support higher-level athletes. The environment is heavily influenced by cliques and favoritism--both among parents and staff--which affects how athletes are treated and supported. Coach Tayler, in particular, has been openly disrespectful to parents and athletes and contributes to a toxic atmosphere by gossiping in front of children. It's incredibly unprofessional and demoralizing for the athletes. Even more concerning, when families advocate for their child's inclusion, safety, or fair treatment--especially in the case of ethnic athletes--their concerns are often dismissed. In some instances, families have been removed from the competitive program altogether after speaking up, which feels retaliatory and unacceptable. I'm absolutely thrilled with this gym! We've been here since the beginning and watching the gym grow has been awesome. The coaches are not only amazing at what they do, but they also genuinely care about the kids, fostering both skill development and personal growth. The directors of the competitive teams are outstanding, always going above and beyond for both the kids and the parents. Their dedication is truly inspiring. While it can get a bit warm in the summer due to the industrial building, I appreciate that they've installed lots of fans to help keep the space cooler. Plus, it's entirely my choice to have my kids attend during this season, so I understand and accept this aspect. What I love most is the sense of community and support from the staff and coaches. They create such a positive and encouraging environment that my kids thrive in. I can't imagine having my kids anywhere else. Believe Athletics is awesome! My niece and nephew have been going here, and it's been fantastic. Great Facilities: The gym is clean and has everything the kids need to practice safely. Amazing Coaches: The coaches are super knowledgeable and supportive. They've really helped the kids improve and feel confident. Lots of Classes: There are classes for all levels, and the schedule is flexible, which is perfect for our big family. Friendly Atmosphere: The gym feels like a big family. The kids have made good friends, and the parents are all supportive. I personally have been a student there and it was definitely not he greatest time ever, and it makes me so happy to see my niece and nephew enjoy it and talk nonstop on how much fun they are having Impressive Results: The teams do well at competitions, but more importantly, the kids are learning teamwork and dedication. My two girls love this GYM, my oldest daughter started when she was about 6-year-old she took a break for 4 years to do taekwondo, after accomplished what she wanted in taekwondo she decided to go back to her GYM (Believe athletics) wanted to qualify for power team but I was afraid that she wasn't ready after a long break, and I signed her up for private lesson and couch Tylor help her so much to improve all her skill for the power team. Tylor and Carlee are such a great support for the girls. The power Team is a great example of the couches they all one team and you can see it every performance how they all work together. And for my younger's daughter I spoked to Tylor about her performance and see we can push her a little more and she got back to me with positive Feeback about my daughter and I know Tylor will do everything on her side to pull all my daughter skill to the max. read more

I've been going to this gym for 10 years now. It has always been so great and all the coaches there are so kind and understanding. Carlee and Taylor have been my main coaches because of being on the competitive team. They always push me beyond my limits. I am very thankful for them.
