Any concerns about parts alignment, color matching, or blemishes were quickly allayed when he went over all the repairs at pick up. I am going to take another vehicle there for a non-insurance repair, as they were willing to provide ball park estimates and work with us on a cost effective fix. I have to admit that I was initially concerned by the street presence. It looks like a little shop with a bunch of cars waiting (thus fear that I would be waiting as well).
