No one at Bell Collision stands by their word. They act like they care about you when in fact it's all a front. Horrible paint job, cracking paint on the roof of my brand new SUV. None of the doors or trim line up. My hood is still an 1/8 of an inch off. The back lift gate leaks, rear window slams down when try to power it down. Also when we picked up the vehicle my husband immediately noticed many cosmetic issues and the huge misaligned lift gate. RAY SMITH assured us both that these things will be fixed. RAY SMITH then told my husband and I to take the vehicle home and really look it over and write everything down and to call BELL COLLISION to set up an appointment for these things to be addressed. With that information in hand we took the vehicle home and did just that. Blue tape everywhere. So many things wrong. To top it all off in the end I was told my warranty was void because I popped off a plastic rear footplate. Just had some minor work done. They fixed the paint but the bumper didn't fit right. One side has a nice gap the other was rubbing on the fender. Joe was the person helping me he said all cars are like that but he would have the tech check it again. So I walked across the street to the Honda dealership and looked at a few of my model car and none of them had the bumper rubbing on the fender. Ten fifteen minutes later joe brings my car around nothing was fixed Joe said that's just how it is. I went inside and asked for a manager I believe his name was Derrick I explain the situation Derrick said he looked at it when joe brought it back and that's just how the car is but he would have another tech look at it. Fifteen twenty minutes later he brings my car back and it's fixed gap on both sides no rubbing. It should have never gotten to that point. read more

Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle even though it was 2 yrs ago the repair was made. The window on the lift gate hadn't been opened since the repair. I opened it to wash it after we took a ride on the Apache trail and got dust and dirt everywhere. Then I couldn't close it. You fixed the problem and I was on my way in less than 30 mins. Wish I could provide zero stars. After 3 weeks, I reached out because I had heard nothing on the repairs for my car. Multiple voice mails and emails later, I got a response. Every time they said they would let me know how it was going, I had to initiate the communication to hear from them. Finally, I was told I could pick up my car Friday. They would let me know when it was ready. Of course, I never heard from them. So I tried to contact them. No response. So I walked into the shop - only to be told it wouldn't be ready before Monday. It's one thing that they don't communicate well, but when they don't deliver on a promise? Customer service was already a failure - now trust is gone. I probably won't hear from them on Monday either. 4 weeks since I dropped off my car. How many times have they tried calling me? 0. How many times have they initiated via email? 0. How many times will I refer them to anyone? 0. That's a promise that they can count on. read more

Recently I reviewed an establishment that had all 5 star reviews and it only got 2 stars from me. That will not be the case with Bell Collision. My car had visited a concrete pillar in a parking garage, and I took it to Bell Collision because they were on my insurance company's pre-approved list and also had 5 stars on Yelp. I worked primarily with Mr. Grant Lowe who was friendly and communicative during the entire process. Plus they were able to finish the repair a week sooner than estimated. This is a great operation and while I hope not to be a regular there, if I had to be a regular SOMEWHERE, this would be the place! Brought my Jetta here in May after a no-fault accident and chose this body shop simply because it was closest to me. I have never used a body shop so I wasn't sure of the process, but my estimator, Tulio, explained everything and how it worked, and he even handled the insurance back-and-forth completely. Repairs were seamless and they even fixed minor scratches on my car that weren't related to the accident. Got my car back and the wheel alignment was a little off and they took the car back to correct it immediately, no questions asked. My car was dented from someone bumped it in a parking lot. Took it to Bell Collision and so far it took them 3 weeks. One week for them to file claim with the insurance company. One week for them to took out the bumper. Last week they told me the car in in paint. One week later the car is still in paint... I am sorry I took my car to this place. read more

Took my car here after someone backed into me was quoted four day repair took 12, after got the car back they had painted it the wrong shade of blue, told me a supervisor would be in touch, a week goes buy and don't hear anything back. Call them and leave several voicemails without response car is still not painted the correct shade of blue and I have not heard anything from them. Would not recommend at all. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Wish they had negative stars. My Ins. company referred me to them after an accident to repair my 2013 Non-Honda vehicle. At first they seemed very accommodating, and helpful. But when picking up my car, as soon as they had their money, it all changed, it seemed I no longer existed and was just a nuisance. Let me tell you how they returned my vehicle to me: First, I was handed a 4 page list of parts, which no one had time to explain to me, or show me where these part were installed. When I got into the car, the tire lock was just sitting on my passenger seat not in it's bag, like someone just chucked it in at the last minute. I keep it in the glove box in it's original bag. No sooner did I drive off the lot, when my "Check Tire Pressure" light went on, and I had to turn around and go right back. That's when I noticed that All 4 of my tire's valve covers WERE GONE. Why would they take ALL 4 stem caps? I was also missing was my Registration, which had to be with the car for it to be towed. The car I once Loved to drive now rides like a 1980's Yugo. Whenever I hit a bump or pothole, the car sounds like it is going to fall apart, and I loose control of my mis-aligned steering ability. When I complained I was told to come back, but guess what ... when I took Grant for a ride, he could justify all of my complaints, because the street slopes to the right, he heard no noise, its just how the steering works. I did finally get him to admit he heard the rattle, he rationalized it saying the tire jack was loose. I removed the jack after that, and the car still rattles. This morning I hit a post while backing up. The damage was on my front right fender and bumper. I have used one body shop in the past and have always been pleased with the service. I decided to try Bell Collision because of the proximity to my current house. The "estimate" consisted of an employee walking out to the vehicle and saying the estimate is "two thousand, wait three thousand but it may be more when we get inside". I stated that in my past experiences I had been given a written estimate that gave me the cost of parts paint and service including whether or not they were factory or oem parts. He said he could write his visual estimate of three thousand down on paper. I decided to go to the former collision center I had used (Van Collision). Within 15 minutes I was given a professionally printed estimate for $1497 which included all Subaru parts. This also included the fade in paint to extend onto the passenger door. read more

I bought my Honda from Bell Honda so when my son's vehicle was rear-ended I took my ford there to be worked on. They made this part of the process totally stress free. They even ran a buffer around the body and cleaned up a nasty paint transfer from when he first learned how to drive. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I am very disappointed with the disrespect and poor service I received here. I was hit from behind in an accident and the other person's insurance, Geico, was responsible for the damage. Both the collision inspector Jeremy Andrews and the Geico representative Chris Lomasney provided very poor customer service. They did a walk through on the back of my car, it looked fine, I had my two young sons with me in the car in their car seats, I get in and I see a 2 foot crack on my front windshield directly in front of the driver seat. They were so rude and had me leave the facility with that crack and refused to do anything about it. They both blamed the weather and then the Geico rep, Chris, was so rude to blame the crack on my 5 year old son in front of him saying he must have done that. I never had such disrespect and to say that in front of my son who afterwards said to me in a sad voice, "mommy, I didn't touch the window". Disrespectful and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
