For our rehearsal dinner, we had an Italian spread, and I am not exaggerating when I say the lasagna was literally the best lasagna I have ever had in my life. I ate the leftovers for an entire week and was genuinely sad when they were gone. For our wedding dinner, we had a taco bar, and it was a dream. The chicken was freaking phenomenal, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. Dawn also made our wedding dessert dreams come to life with an assortment of desserts that were just as beautiful as they were delicious. Beyond the food, their professionalism, presentation, and display were unlike anything I have ever seen. Everything looked amazing, ran smoothly, and felt so thoughtfully done. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding weekend without them. The only downside is that the food was so good I felt morally obligated to ask Dawn and her team to move into our home, because I'm honestly not sure how I'm supposed to live without their cooking now. Jay's makes the whole process easy and seamless. We worked with Brittany, and she was such a joy to work with. She kept us informed and helped us every step in the process. They were making the pizza right there and each pizza was being ready in 3 mins! The employees were super nice and attentive. From the beautiful custom sign they made for our cross, to the tableware, arch, setup, and all the little details, they truly cared about making our day special. And the food was AMAZING.
