Jimmy is one of the most kind hearted passionate people you will find. His passion for food and health translates u to his food which absolutely delicious! He goes above and beyond and on point with everything he makes. The whole ljcatering staff is so sweet and helpful. So grateful and thankful to them! He catered our teachers appreciation luncheon. WOW! That was some amazing BBQ! Jimmy catered our high school graduation. The chicken skewers were so tender, juicy and delicious. The ribs were to die for. The tri-tip was amazing! Let me say it loud and clear! I tried finding Jimmy's Catering on the web and could not. I finally asked a Church Sister to help me and she asked another person and finally she came through with flying colors. Jimmy and I met to discuss my party of 20 and what he could offer me to please each guest. Jimmy was on his game! He suggested 3 different layouts and they were all excellent and so I left the decision totally to him and boy I am NOT sorry I did. Luscious Jimmy has catered several parties for me and each one has been outstanding. The first one was my 40th....everyone raved about the food and it was above and beyond my expectations. Delicious, unique, and it was the talk of the party. Then he did a 60th for my husband and it was unbelievable. The variety of the food, again, it left us speechless. All the food was hot that was supposed to be hot, and the cold, cold....., we had lamb, shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, vegetables...., and the display was like no other.
