I was given a few options when my child was referred for Ortho, but Apex just felt right. The office is very clean, we were provided a tour of the full office, and Dr. Kim was able to explain the treatment plan without any confusion. I also felt a bit anxious because I had to bring my two small children with me, but Dr. Kim was so happy to see all of us and that just put me at ease. I waited years to finally get my teeth fixed, that's on me. I'm a full adult now and doing a lot of corrections. Dental work scares me and I have a lot of sensory issues. The team at Apex is really patient with me and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. Everyone is very courteous and understanding. The office explained treatment and pricing thoroughly. I always get my appointment reminders and the office is flexible in making changes to the appointment time when needed. However my daughter with the braces feels the can make improvements by making sure all wires aren't loose, Making sure the wires aren't too long, making sure the workers don't have really long nails under their gloves because a lot of the times when I come here I'm getting stabbed by some woman's long nails. read more

My sons friend referred us to Apex and we are greatfull because they are amazing here. My son was extremely nervous and everyone here is so nice they made my son feel so comfortable. We have been coming here for 2 years now and the staff, Dr. Kim, and Dr Paul Lee are amazing and the nicest people ever! We just had my youngest sons consultation with Sandy and she was so great to my son telling him what he need to get done and all the steps that he has to take. We completely feel Scammed. I Checked other reviews and noticed I wasnt the only one. The pricing changes after you sign contract. Leaving you no option but to pay the additional fees. Today We arrived early to our 3pm appointment. It's 3:20 and still in waiting room. Not sure what the wait is for when it's just a band change. The staff is so AMAZING , love how they help work with my schedule when possible , the doctors are so caring and answer all questions , they make us feel so at home. I can't stress enough how much I enjoy my appointments at Apex. There's always so much love in here with the people that work here. Idk how they pick their employees but they do such a great job because I always feel the great energy of this place. It's going to be a year next month that I've been coming monthly for my appointments, it's flying by and my teeth are looking better and better. I really love how they walk me through every step they're doing before they even do it and how they walk me through what I might feel, they also always give me wax or whatever I need for my braces without hesitation. I love the fact that they give you a tour of the office before hand (knowing that the parents have to stay outside due to COVID), that was very thoughtful knowing exactly where your child will be and that their experience will be pleasant and not frightening. My son had a blast and I was very impressed at the time the dental assistant showed my son and I at the end for instructions on caring for his new braces. I recently finished my treatment here and I can honestly say that I loved this orthodontist office from the day I went in to get a consultation with Dr. Paul. Other ortho offices I had been to for consultations had quoted me a ridiculous amount and seemed like they just wanted the money but Apex Orthodontics is definitely not like that. I had the best experience coming to them for my braces and I'm so glad I did. The staff is amazing and has always been so nice and very welcoming. Jovanna was my fave.
