This was my first visit to this dentist and so far my best experience. From the moment you walk in the lobby is extremely clean and the receptionist at the front desk were very welcoming. I was attended by three different people, a woman who took my x-rays, which was quick and easy, another woman that did my teeth cleaning which had a gentle hand and then Dr. Chase, who helped me out with a crown that had fallen off. I'm highly disappointed and left frustrated after my appointment yesterday. I went in for a wisdom teeth removal consultation. They were trying to up sale a cosmetic procedure that was NOT required for $1,800 out of pocket. I told them I did not want the additional procedure but the staff was persistent that it was required. I firmly asked to just have the wisdom teeth removed without the procedure. The staff re assured me that their dentist will not work on me if they don't add the bone graft & membrane. If it's for my health, I will gladly do it for my own well being. Mind you, this is for wisdom teeth. Wisdom teeth do not need the graft and membrane. They will try to up sale anything that is "required" by the dentist. I recommend going to several dentist to hear different opinions. read more

This is my 2nd review for LP Advanced Dentistry. I have 2 appointments this December 12/12/25 and on the 30th, I'll leave my last review on the 30th. My second visit here was to insert a temporary crown on two teeth. My experience here was just as better and laid back as the last one. Doctor Chase and his dentist assistant (Didn't get her name, sorry) were a great team, they made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the procedure, even if I told Doc there was slight discomfort, not pain, while grinding my tooth down he put more numbness just as precaution and didn't ignore my "slight discomfort" as a means to "let's just keep going" with I'm sure other dentists do. I also enjoy a good conversation which they were glad to chat with the entire time I was able to. Amazing team! Shout out to the ladies at reception too. Idk where to begin.. i spent over 2hrs reading yelp reviews from various dentist in the area and couldn't bring myself to go to any because of the mixed reviews. Until I came across La Puente Advanced Dentistry, right away I knew based on their reviews I wouldn't be disappointed. I called on a Wednesday around 2PM trying to schedule an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient and they were able to schedule me the same day at 4PM!(green flag already) Right off the bat the office was very clean and neat, I didn't have to wait a long wait time either. I literally walked in, filled out paperwork, & was called in right after to get my X-rays taken. The customer service was 100% everyone was so nice and very attentive. They are very nice and fun to talk to! I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Angel and let's just say he left my teeth feeling BRAND new. I'm happy to say I will be staying with them for a very long time to continue any dental work I need done. I highly recommended coming here. I cannot thank Dr. Kermit and the loveliest dental assistant ( I wish I got her name pretty one with blonde hair) and front desk enough for how amazing they were on my appointment on 8/24. I had been in excruciating pain for about 4 days not being able to sleep or eat. I had previously gone to a different dentist in my area on 8/21 and due to my insurance plan they could not help me. All they did was give me pain medication and sent me on my way. I called La Puente dentistry after a family member told me they had seen an emergency dentistry close to their home. I called on 8/23 and was given an appointment for 8/24. It was a difficult wait, but I'm so glad I didn't keep searching. The tenderness, the care, the compassion from the moment I sat in the chair for x-rays to the moment I walked out just truly amazing. Dr. Kermit gave me an anesthetic right away, which took my pain away. His bedside manner was awesome not only very sweet but funny too. My insurance again was an issue but I was also offered a service that I could pay out-of-pocket that I was NOT offered at the other dentist. Standard pricing for dental work, but it didn't break the bank. My situation is a little complex so I do still have to return to see a specialist, but I am in ZERO pain. After living off of ibuprofen and Tylenol for almost a week I am so grateful! If you are looking for quality and compassionate care look no further this is the place!! They truly care about their patients. I will have a better dental plan very soon and this is where I will be going from now on. It's definitely worth my trip from East Hollywood to La Puente. Here goes my honest review. This office is updated and clean. Staff are great! The dentist is awesome! I had Dr.Tran. He was great, kind, and explained everything well. Office scheduled me and my two kids on the same visit which was so convenient for me. Four stars only because they don't offer regular cleanings. You must pay for the mouthwash that cost $115. I respectfully declined and they brought the price down significantly but thats not the point. A regular cleaning should be of no charge. read more
