RENTER BEWARE If you have a child with autism, avoid Bella Fiore Apartments at all costs. My experience here used to be positive--until new management took over. Since then, it's been a nightmare. The staff, particularly Elsa, has shown repeated insensitivity toward my son's disability. She has harassed me and even approached my autistic son directly, triggering emotional distress. She's also made false claims about his certified support dogs being aggressive--something no other tenant has ever reported. Despite providing complete documentation from his psychologist multiple times, management continues to harass us and create unnecessary obstacles. I've tried to reach upper management, but no one will provide contact information. At this point, I'm seeking legal counsel and plan to contact the ADA and local news outlets. If you value your family's safety and mental well-being, stay far away from Bella Fiore Apartments. read more

Nice apartments to stay in with a small family but never really got to use the amenities. the pool is always closed year around and the gym is hit or miss. Management is nice but not really helpful, maintenance is very slow on answering work orders, front gate has been broken and open for months but will have you pay for a key fob. To all future tenants before you apply, DONT APPLY AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE ASAP! The new manager Elsa and the new assistant manager Elena are THE WORST there has ever been at Bella Fiore! I have been a great tenant for 7 years and this is the worst it has ever been. First they do not pick up the phone, they ignore all work orders and requests. I have come by the office and it is often closed unless Edna is there and then it's open, what is going on here! Elsa and Elena are rude they do not know what customer service is all they do is ignore the property, tenants and work orders do not get done. They messed up my charges and then tried to lie about in regards to my parking charge. Elena doesn't know how to explain anything other than kick you out of the office while cussing under her breath as if I only bother her. The manager Elsa acts like she's too busy to even acknowledge you and also kicks you out of the office. How will anything ever get resolved around here? I miss the old manager Marcia and the maintenance team, they cared about us and took care of us and the property. Edna has been the only good thing left here, she has never ignored me, she has never kicked me out of the office and most importantly she has always helped me when I have needed help. What has this become? It is so sad to see this downfall and no one cares. I will be leaving and breaking my lease due to horrible I have been treated by these 2 monsters, something I never planned on doing as Bella Fiore has been my home. It is sad that they are 2 unqualified people run this place. Elsa and Elena you both need to look for a job that requires no human interaction as you both lack customer service skills and management skills. I feel bad for the staff at Bella Fiore having to deal with these 2 women as they suffer with their treatments daily I am sure. Everything was great getting moved in. All smiles from everyone. Since moving in however there's been problems. Both the pool and fitness center have been closed almost the entire 2 months I've been here. There's no estimate on when things will be back open and the management company will not compensate for the loss of these major amenities. So I've had to go and buy a membership to a club which I didn't think I'd need. If I were to do it again, I'd probably go elsewhere. read more

I have been here for almost 4 years and the first 2 years were no problem but after management changed it is HORRIBLE! Assistant manager Jesse and the manager Marcia don't actually help with anything. I have called with countless problems and they say they'll talk to the regional managers and no one ever contacts me. Don't be fooled by all the 4 & 5 star reviews. A lot of those reviews are just about the lady Edna. As far as the apartment complex, the unit I am in and overall environment is janky. First off when we first got our apartment it looked "clean" and smelled like paint. I was told a cleaning lady was in there yet I didn't see anyone. Later that evening while moving stuff in the apartment my boyfriend noticed roaches. These roaches were coming from the sink in the restrooms and kitchen. I immediately called the office and when I spoke to Edna's bitch ass she tried to act shocked like she didn't know but I call BS cuz after speaking with other tenants they also mentioned roach problems. They tried to tell me I would have to wait till they could get their pest control person. I was not about to wait and live with roaches so I contacted a pest control guy. He was coming monthly cuz the infestation was bad. He did a full check on the apartment and was shocked at how bad it really was. He found a lot of roach feces and dead roaches that had been painted over!!! The apartment was clearly not deep cleaned just painted and probably vacuumed. It was disgusting. While my bf and I had to deep clean we found cat or dog food around the kitchen, and a piece of shit under the stove!!! I contacted management (Tina's bitch ass) and sent pictures and asked if either I could get some of my deposit back, a discount for the following months rent, OR if they were going to reimburse me for paying for pest control. She did not want to do any of that all she did was apologize and say they would send another cleaning lady. Like really? I was not going to wait around for a cleaning lady who clearly will not clean shit right. They were so pushy and persistent to get our deposit and for us to sign the lease yet they repay us by giving us a literally shitty ass apartment. Now rent has increased drastically. Went from paying $1,110 to now $1,320. All I know this will be my last year or months with Bella Fiore. If I have to break the lease then I'll do that but ain't no way in hell im gonna pay more than $1,320 for this janky ass place. I'll pay more for my own house which I plan to get than for an apartment. Such a high increase yet they aren't doing anything to improve the units or complex. In the 2 years I have been with Bella Fiore the swimming pool has not opened. It's like they don't want anyone in there for whatever reason. Literally having people pay more to live in the same conditions. No improvements whatsoever just hustling people. I highly recommend to get a pest control person to go with you and view an apartment you plan on getting before you sign the lease. Cuz I legit wanted to cry and beat everyone's ass in that office. I hate management cuz all they do is apologize and not do shit. Like what exactly are y'all managing?? And in the time I have been here I have yet to see their pest control person. Yet they charge us monthly for that as well. Not much but still what exactly are those $5 bucks actually being used for. Overall place is trash, management is trash, parking is trash and all the pictures I have attached are the same ones management got. Please just check everything before you sing the lease, and don't let Ednas sweet talking get to you. Ask questions, if something don't look right tell them right away BEFORE you sign the lease. Cuz once you sign you're fucked and they won't give af either. (Btw the pics of the cupboards is where the feces was found. Kinda hard to tell but the feces had been painted over. These property has over gone some major changes over the past 8 months. They have new staff in the office and a new manager that means business. The apartments are amazingly clean. The new manager, Tina, is the best. She is firm, but respectful. She has done everything she possibly can to get this complex back to Grade A standing. I enjoyed working with her in finding a suitable unit. I would definitely recommend this complex to everyone I know. They have started doing monthly resident functions, which I think is awesome! You get to meet your neighbors and maybe find a new friend! This new staff they have is very into the tenants living at the units and are looking out for not only our comfort but our safety as well. I am currently relocating from California to Las Vegas and these women in the office have been nothing but great during my move. They have kept in contact with me during the process and their new apartments are BEAUTIFUL. I went to several locations when in town and i absolutely fell in love with these apartments and knew I had to get one! They also have installed new security and gates lock up at 7pm with a security guard to ensure the residents safety. Love them! read more

Don't move here the manager and assistant manager are rude, incompetent, and thieves!!!! I moved out on 11/02/2023 from apt 2069 due to the unsatisfactory customer service received from the manager and assistant manager. In September of 2023 I submitted a payment of $1490 for the total balance on my account. In October I received a call from Jessie Stating I had a delinquent balance of $200 from a previous month's rent. When I looked into my ledger, I saw they had deposited my checks for the month of September. Then reversed the one for the amount of $400 and deposited back only as $200. When I tried speaking to the manager about it, she was extremely rude. She stated they had reversed the payment in order to charge a deposit back from my initial move-in. Mind you my move-in had taken place a whole year prior on 08/03/2022. I reached out to corporate back on o 10/03/2023 to discuss the matter and I never received a response. Today is 12/01/2023 and I have yet to receive my final move out statement. When I called today 12/01/2023 to request my statement, Edna stated she had no clue what paper I was talking about. I'm honestly disappointed at the turn Bella Fiore has taken. I've been here since 2020 and have enjoyed my time here until the new manager has come in. There's definitely a roach probably, they come from the sinks in the bathrooms & kitchen & I've never once seen pest control. Also I received a letter stating my lease would be renewed in August and in October (before signing a new lease) i received a new letter stating it would not be renewed & I could pay a month to month lease for $500 extra a month. I agree with the other post that said the 5 star reviews are about Edna NOT management. The previous manager was great and willing to work with you the new manager and assistant manager will NOT work with you. read more

NO POOL! Ok, I just seen that you replied almost 2 years ago (i missed your reply and dont know how i didn't see it) so I stopped by(6/09/2019) to see how much of what you say is true. I'm giving you 2 stars this time because there have been some improvements. 1st the gate actually works! 2nd they built a new gym building. 3rd they added dog stations. 4th it is cleaner. But, the smell from the carwash next door is as strong and nasty as ever. Walking around I see the same old rigged up poorly maintained Air conditioners that make for a high electric bill. Also I noticed the pool was closed so I will call this morning (6/12/2019) before posting this update. Well its 11:00am and my 4th call and finally someone answered. Bad News - No Pool, and its summer time. I was told they are working on a eta to get it fixed, not to fix it. To get a estimate to get it fixed. So no Pool this summer. Sorry it just don't seem like much has changed. So unless you like the smell of Sewage in the morning, high electric bills, poor service and maintenance, and you don't care about the pool I'd find a better place to live. And if you do decide to move here cause it's cheap- check your apartment throughly, use your eyes and your nose. Make sure all appliances work, look and see if your apartment has a old Air Conditioner, make sure your sinks and tub's drain. Smell your garbage Disposable and kitchen sink. Once you move in, Nothing will get fixed unless its a emergency that affects them! Example - I had the same half working stove for 2 years! It was suppose to be replaced (the day i moved in) They replaced it alright (supposably temporarily) with half working nasty one from different apartment till a new one arrived. It never did! Stayed here for a full year with my two toddlers. My experience was great and they were fast in their response whenever I had issues. It's a new management that took over the building over a year ago and they've turned this place around including adding a gym. Great apartments! The staff, especially Bobbie, makes you feel so welcome. From the first time we came in for a tour, she was sweet, straight forward and just all around amazing. Whenever we need any assistance, she makes sure it gets taken care of. The only reason i did not rate 5 stars is the maintenance crew doesn't always follow through. The cost of rent is a little high as well. Great handicap accessibility. Wide doorways, not steps and able to get around in a wheelchair easily. read more

I've been a resident of Bella Fiore Apartments going on two years now and although it's not a long amount of time, I've seen dramatic transformation from the time I first visited the property to now. The previous management company, although a little friendly, had a ghetto vibe. The previous office staff would be talking to residents about their personal problems and I believe that's very unprofessional. The NEW staff and management company is so amazing. Ms. Edna always has a friendly smile on her face the minute you walk in the door. She greets you professionally and she makes you feel right at home. Ms. Monica and all the other office staff members are very friendly and always willing to work with residents to make their experience a positive one. They have daily security and the entire complex is always clean and well maintained. When I repost an issue with my apartment, although very rare is there a problem, the maintenance team is very prompt. I just signed my lease for another year and if everything permits, I would stay as long as I can. Thank you Bella Fiore for your pleasant, professional, and amazing atmosphere you provide daily. moved from California to this DISGUSTING DIRTY infested with roaches. On April 28, 2017 Jessica in the front office had helped me when i walked in, she told me about the 2 bed 2 bath apartments they had available. I was the last to be helped so she was in bit of a rush so when i seen it i liked it and we went back and i gave her a check to move in same day. As soon as Ihad recieved my apartment keys I went inside with my friend to check the placeout and as soon as we walked in we spoted a roach crawling on the wall so we start to move the stove (more started running up the wall), tge refrigerator (even more roaches), in EVERY SINGLE cabinet (ROACHES). That same day i immediately went to Wal-Mart and spent $50 on the sprays and foggers and felt so disgusted i left! I called the next morning with my complaint and they said they would have pest control come by and change all appliances in the apartment. So the apartment was still unliveable so i left back to California come back May 21,2017 to my house with the same appliances and roaches still behind them craeling out. I once again head to the office and the lady even agreed it was still dirty amd disgusting and the refrigerator and stove will be replace the next day so we pulled the old ones out and cleaned and went to Wal-Mart and spent ANOTHER $50 on roach foggers.... When i arrive the next morning I come to anotger refrigerator and stove but with EVEN MORE BIGGER ROACHS INSIDE THEM!!!! I Recorded everything, pictures, everything.... when i showed the office they said they couldnt do anything to the next day! Im so upset with the time, money, stress, and labor in cleaning this has caused me and they didnt want to return my money. I have lived here for 5 months and must say I'm high in customer service and all of my needs have been met...my work orders are completed on time and with accuracy! Kelvin is very knowledgeable and quick he is a fantastic maintenance man and I have confidence that when I put in my work order, he is going to make sure it is taken care of. I am impressed with the overall condition of the property and how secure I feel... I'm a single parent and feel safe coming and going at anytime during the day or night. The office staff is cool too they are very friendly and helpful. Ms Edna made me feel like family and was very warm. Ms Tina the manager has always helped when her staff is busy and I appreciate that I had a problem with my gate opener and she had it fixed within minutes. Ms Monica is a doll too.
