I also had a rewards check I was planning on using. I didn't really need a cart for what I wanted to buy, but you know how it goes there. You always find something you didnt know you needed. So I actually stuck to my game plan, and got the three small things I needed. I then head to self check out, where I ring up all my items and then try to use my rewards check. An employee comes over and explains to me that I can only use the rewards check in regular check out, and not in self check out. Kind of a pain because this is not stated on the check itself, and the regular lines were much longer. So I get in the check out lane closest to the self check out area. Just my luck, I get stuck behind the only Costco customer in a decade that decided to pay for all his crap with cash. So I wait... When its finally my turn, I place my three items on the belt, and keep the cart on my side. When its my turn, this rude little employee with gauges in her ears and a profoundly terrible tattoo on her chest informs me that the cart needs to go on their side. Why? I have nothing bulky. Makes no sense. She informs me that the pathway between the regular check out lane and the self check out lane is too small, and people can't get by. As such, carts need to remain on their side. Yea, she needs thicker glasses. There was PLENTY of room for someone to get by, even if I keep my cart with me. Plus, this employee had plenty of time to inform me of this before I got to the front. She wasn't even the one doing the checking out. Not sure what her purpose was, actually. She didnt seem to be doing much of anything. Anyway, because of this illogical order, and her lack of observation/communication skills, everyone in line had to back their carts up so I could bring mine around to their side. A little communication and common sense goes a long way. It would have been nice if this employee exhibited either. Do better, Costco!

My husband and I had a total kitchen remodel fourteen months ago. We chose all licensed and bonded installers as we figured they would provide a higher quality of work. In only five months, a few of the 24" x 24" porcelain tiles, which had been installed on the floors of our kitchen, laundryroom, diningroom and entryway, began to come loose and one of them cracked. The installer came out and replaced the cracked tiles to our satisfaction, however over the next year, nine more tiles became loose After trying to work it out with the licensed installer, we were forced to have an independent inspection performed to see how wide spread the problem was. After having five different Tile contractors out, we were appalled that only one out of the five would we hire. Sam, from Brothers IC met with us and took the time to inspect the previous install. He was professional, very knowledgeable and although his bid was the highest, he was the only one we felt confident with. Sam and his three man crew did a great job and paid attention to every detail. We highly recommend this company!! Thanks Sam!

I called in the afternoon stressed out, sent photos over text, and Jonathan patiently worked with me to identify the exact match to our existing floors. By the very next morning, he had already confirmed the match, sourced it, and had everything ready for pickup that same morning. The turnaround time and customer service were honestly incredible. Thank God Jonathan was so patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond to source the flooring ASAP and saved our project timeline. Highly recommend working with him if you need someone who actually cares and knows what they're doing!

We found another installer that called them for a quote for the wood and The Floor Store salesman told the installer "they can't make up their mind" and provided him The Floor Store quote for our installation; cost us money and ultimately we purchased the flooring elsewhere. They provided our personal information to the installer we found. The Floor Store salesman is either petty or is ignorant of law.

Vadim first helped us figure out a way to expand our shower seat for improved safety. Relying on…read morehis existing inventory, Vadim found a quartz with hints of lighter veins that perfectly enhanced with the existing porcelain tile design. He then fabricated a precision alignment of the quartz veins, so they flowed seamlessly at the corners - mimicking a high-end, single slab that could cover the existing built-in, tiled seat. WOW. Hey Vadim, can you also make our existing vanity marble sink look good again after years of no maintenance? He advised it would be more cost-effective to install a new Kohler porcelain sink. We found a semi-recessed vessel that would require cutting out the old existing off-the-rack boring quartz top. Again, we managed to get on Vadim's in-demand schedule for the rescue. Fortunately, his office assistant Karin found options within the existing inventory to help us keep costs down for this small project. And again, Vadim was able to engineer a custom top that simulates a 2.5-inch quartz slab with Kohler electronically specified cutouts. WOW. FYI, Vadim's a perfectionist, relying on computer generated measurements and a massive automated industrial cutting system that is beyond comprehension. FYI, we could not even lift the old marble vessel, but installation assistant Aiden carried it out like a bag of chips and the work site was left too clean. Maybe we should have Vadim replace our kitchen granite countertops that were poorly installed years ago by another contractor.
