These aren't homemade, special family recipe...these are restaurant depot type resales....they are fine and tasty but for the price being charged, I expect something special. Many food trucks charge this much and more and I am happy to pay it when it seems like something unique and special and not something I can pick up from a frozen section of a food store. Even though I am a Louis Prima fan (sorry for the obscure reference) the bone to meat ratio just doesn't make up for the higher fat content. At least for me. This guys ribs changed that. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them.
