The most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. I wasn't even a patron here and the unprofessionalism reached me. Their delivery driver who drives the Red Honda passed me at 50+ mph on Dumont road, not to mention with double yellow line. He then proceeds to cut the corners like he's driving a race car at dangerous speeds in close proximity to a residential neighborhood, Greenwich Chase. I observed him turning into the plaza by Home Depot still driving erratically, and blows through the stop sign by the Home Depot, all of this while not using a blinker, going at least 30+ mph at this point through the parking lot. I followed the car as, I was right behind it, and lo and behold....he delivers for Bella. I went into the restaurant to make a comment about how he drove. As I was leaving, after telling the workers what I just encountered, he rolled his window down and was screaming profanity and insults at me from across the parking lot as he's driving away. The words I will not specifically mention here. Just a hint....Words that started with F's and B's. Not to mention there was a child in my vehicle, who unfortunately had hear his profane language and was visibly shaken from what had just happened. I grew up right down the road from this place on 519, and my family has been in the area for generations. Our family has been patrons for over 15 years. I have never in my life been so appalled by someone's behavior. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this employee carried himself. I have had family members that have worked there in the past few years, and it was not like this. It is a shame this is who bella has working for them. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere after this experience, and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family the same. I am sorry to have to leave this review, but I couldn't fathom the acts of the delivery driver. My family gets pizza here almost every week during the summer. My brother lives and breathes off their buffalo chicken pizza. I have to say it's pretty good, the few times my brother let me try it (he takes a whole pie to himself). We recently tried something different this weekend and got the chicken calzone and spinach roll. Spinach roll isn't something I would try again, but I'm glad I tried it. This is one of my favorite pizza places to go to. The pizza is always really good and the pizza sauce is delicious. Also I have rarely been disappointed with their gourmet pizzas, garlic knots, calzone and many different pasta dishes I have tried through them. I liked them so much that I had them cater my wedding rehearsal dinner 10 years ago and still order through them at least twice a month. One thing I will say is that their pizzas do seem a little pricey, but it is not the worst... Definitely worth the splurge. Have ordered takeout from here a few times. Every single time, they tell me 25 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later, and every single time I end up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my pizza. This particular time, we called ahead to order 2 pies. We were told 25 minutes, and showed up on time. We even asked to cook the pizzas a little longer so the bottoms could be on the crispier side. We show up, the pizzas aren't even in the oven. Had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for our pies, which were rushed. The bottoms were soggy and the pizzas were drenched in grease. So I'm new to the area and after reading reviews here, was really torn about where to get my first Phillipsburg pizza. Ultimately, I decided that since I'd been to the dry cleaner and the liquor store, I may as well finish the trifecta in that strip mall. I ordered the meatball pizza and the garlic knots. The garlic knots weren't like any I'd had before - they were baked in foil with lots of what appeared to be chopped garlic tossed in with them. Unfortunately, they were overcooked and most of the garlic had fallen off and burned. They weren't all buttery/garlicky and fresh tasting. Turning to the pizza, I was initially excited by the amount of toppings on my pizza. Huzzah! But again, I was disappointed. The crust was heavy and "doughy" and wasn't all puffed up and crispy along the edges, which is how I like it. The sauce lacked flavor. There was a lot of cheese, possibly too much, and the meatballs appeared to have been cut by hand as they varied in thickness. Each slice was huge and heavy and just too much for me. Overall I was disappointed but during these crazy times who knows if this is typical? Bad night? Missing staff? Nevertheless, I'll be continuing my search for a better place. read more

The eggplant and chicken parm pizza slices are legit good! Crunchy crusts and you can even add ricotta and tomato sauce on the eggplant slice. In addition the other slices are also very nice. There are a few folding chairs and a small table set up outside as a make-shift outdoor eating area. The inside is slightly more spacious than it appears. The counter had a great selection of specialty slices and the staff was friendly. I decided to go with a plain slice and a penne vodka slice. Both slices had a good, fluffy crust with a thin, crispy base. The plain was a bit greasy, but a good, reliable slice. The pasta slice was filling with a great vodka sauce and a good ratio of cheese to sauce. This spot is a good go-to in my opinion. read more

Awesome selection of specialty pizzas that are delicious. Pizza aside they have great chicken fingers that aren't what you would normally expect when getting chicken fingers. They are almost more fillet like and have great flavor. Their garlic knots are not your typical small garlic knot and they don't hold back on garlic. If I could give them no stars I would! We have been a customer of Bella Mia for some time now. Living less the 5miles away it was a good deal and I always would give a tip to the delivery person. BUT tonight will be the last time I will be ordering from Bella Mia. Not only would they not deliver our meal to our doorstep the driver tried to give my husband a hard time stating that our call box was broken. It wasn't we just wanted our pizzas delivered to our door and to add insult to injury I received the wrong pizza. And the delivery person thought that was funny. For my money, Bella Mia in Greenwich is one of the most underrated pies in the Lehigh Valley. I was first told about Bella Mia by my dad who is himself a pizza aficionado and has been known to drive miles for a slice. When you drive up to Bella Mia you will find a small shop tucked into a strip mall. The decor is that of a typical pizza shop featuring booths and seating with a large open pizza viewing case. This is not a fancy stop nor is it a trendy place to be and be seen. Bella Mia is a place to come for quality pizza and italian inspired food. Having been to Bella Mia a number of times I have been able to sample a few different options. For starters, the pizza has been a step above most I have had in the Valley. I have had plain, sicilian (with cheese/without cheese), buffalo chicken, and white (w fresh garlic/broccoli). Each of these pizzas are brought together with one constant, the crust. The crust at Bella Mia has always been perfectly, giving the pizza a bite that many places using factory style frozen crust just don't have. Beyond pizza I have had garlic knots, broccoli rabe w portobello's, salads, and the pasta primavera. Each of these items were good, the garlic knots are very large, the broccoli rabe was seasoned perfectly and the salads were a nice portion. The service is great and the workers are always happy to see you. Bella Mia does deliver, sadly, I am far out of their delivery zone. read more
