The slice doesn't flop! And look at that home-made fresh mozzarella !

Here's a delicious salad with homemade chicken salad. Perfection and look at me caesar salad! It's prepared like a 5 star restaurant no just a "pizza place". The chef really care about his food!

    Thin crust holding up perfectly.

This was always a spot I walked by but never stopped, but after moving here and giving it a shot, I wish I could go back in time. Whether you order a hot sandwich smothered in sauce or a classic cold sub, you're guaranteed a loaded, consistently well-made, delicious sandwich. The attached photos are from today's meal, which was very quick, looked amazing, and tasted even better. We had two of the munchies, the Spicy Garlic Pizza Bites and the Fried Ravioli. Both were tasty and affordable. For the sandwiches, today I got The Balboa (1/2) and my boyfriend got The Italiano (whole). The chicken in The Balboa were delicious, traditional Italian style breaded cutlets. Despite being covered in their sauce and cheese, both the roll and the breading on the cutlets remained perfectly crispy. The bread is always great, and today I opted for the garlic bread semolina which added a great flavor for this sandwich. I got two thumbs up from my boyfriend about The Italiano, I couldn't really get a word from him while he was eating because he was loving this sandwich so much. I asked him if it was "better than Wawa", and if looks could kill, I wouldn't be writing this right now. His face said, "you didn't even just ask me that". Besides our successful meal today, I also wanted to share an amazing service experience I had at Ciao last week. The shop was packed, and I ended up waiting around 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't think much of it to be honest...Given how busy they were, the employees were clearly focused, working very hard, and turning out one amazing looking sandwich after another. When my order was ready, the owner (or manager) handed me my bag, apologized for the wait, and insisted I take a free dessert from their fridge. I hadn't complained and honestly didn't mind waiting, but that gesture spoke volumes. Some might see waiting as an inconvenience worth some sort of refund/reward, but given all of the circumstances I noted earlier, I see that as a sign of a small business thriving. So, to me, this gesture showed me how much they truly value their customers and how committed they are to creating a positive experience worth returning to. The fact that they went above and beyond only confirmed why Ciao has quickly become one of my favorite local spots. And can't forget... the cheesecake was also great! So whether you're ordering eat in and sitting outside enjoying Downtown, doing take out for pick up, or ordering to-go from online, I highly recommend Ciao for a tasty sandwich, great side options, and wonderful service.

Two sandwiches, fries and two drinks were over $50. The staff seemed to be walking around like zombies and the food took forever to come out. Not the best experience, and I'd probably look elsewhere if I was going for a sandwich for lunch.

My family was in town to hit the Crayola Experience and I checked yelp for lunch options. Luca & Son's stood out so we stopped into Easton Market to check it out. The market is a smaller yet modern version of the Reading Terminal in Philly. My wife chose a wrap and I settled on the Fuggedaboudit since I saw someone eating it in a wrap version. (its pretty much an italian hoagie without the hinge for you purists) They were running about a 30min wait which was fine. They gave us a pager and we hung out in one of the many seating areas while my son chowed down on his burger. After about 20mins our food was ready. There isn't anything I could ask them to change about this sandwich except for opening a place closer to me in Montco. Even after we finished the service continued to be fantastic. The woman working the counter saw me holding our leftovers while in the back of the line and without hesitation she grabbed a box and I walked over to get it. This place is now in my top 3. Great spot.

Luca won Masterchef back in the day, and you can tell. The sandwiches are awesome, and so is everything else he has. I'm a sucker for meatballs, and you can't beat his. If you are in the area, it's a no brainer!
