I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours. I've got to say that I received the BEST manicure I've ever had! The service was great. She took the extra time to cut my cuticles perfectly. It's 5 days after my manicure and they're still perfect. My nails are thin and brittle, so I normally have chipped nails 5 days after a manicure. I'm so impressed! If gel doesn't last 2 weeks, something is not right. I requested an appointment with Eddy earlier this morning, and he got me in same day with no issue. These pictures literally do not do justice to the amazing job Eddy did on my nails. Not only was the service amazing, they were able to make an appointment for me the day of and got started on me and my friend immediately. I've been here twice and both times I have left with a smile on my face. They are also super responsible and when I accidentally scratched the top coat off some of my nails I went in the next day and Eddy made sure to fix it perfectly. They definitely put the customer first and made sure the drill wasn't hurting me and asked my opinion on the shape of my nails before proceeding. I just found this place! It's closer to my it will probably be my new go-to shop. They have a lot more dip options than the salons I've been going to. They also executed the dip really well! It's not nearly as thick as other salons but looks just as nice. Plus, the salon is very nice. And the owners were very nice and personable. UPDATE: They charged my card twice and I called to have it taken care of and he said I had to come in. When I came in I was waiting 20 mins before they helped me with my refund. Every time I relocate to a new city, I try to find all my "places"- lash salon, nail salon, etc. I am a picky person so once I find my "place" I immediately stop looking. Once you find good, quality people/service, you just don't leave! I tried a few salons in the area before coming across Bella. It's very conveniently located, very near University Hospital, Case Western, and Cleveland Clinic! In fact, it is halfway between my home and my work and I nearly pass it every day! From the start, I have had positive experiences with Bella. I have had my nails done multiple times by Seha (she is such a gem!) and she does a thorough job every time. I am not a very adventurous person when it comes to nails- I only do Blues for Red by OPI or Bubble Bath by OPI, but every time she nails it! She is kind, pays attention to detail, and really cares for her clients! And we care for her in return! Seha is also always great with dealing with my horrible chewed up thumbs (habit) and doesn't make me feel terrible for it. I have had my nails done by a few other others who work there and have also only had positive experiences with them! I get gel polish changes, but my roommate has gotten dip done there and also loved the experience! Lasts and looks great. She and I were just commenting the other day on how real and genuine the staff are there, and how that makes us feel more prone to returning. It's a laid-back, wholesome experience every time! And now they have expanded a section of their salon to also take hair and lash appointments with their new girl, Lena! She is from Seattle and also as sweet as can be. Update: While it pains me to say this, even though my experience at the salon was wonderful and my technician spent lots of time on my nails and they looked great, the gels lasted less than a week. As another reviewer noted, the brand of polish they are using (had never heard of it before) is ultimately super ineffective. Around day 5 an entire nail just peeled right off. Now this usually happens after 10-14 days when the bonds normally start to wear off. But after 5 days, for the amount of money spent is ridiculous. Within 7 days all but two nails had peeled off. Once off, I noticed that whatever brand they used felt super flimsy and cheap, like it never really had a bond at all. For how much they are charging for the gel mani's, Id check out somewhere else. If they change to a more refinished brand of polish I will definitely give them another shot. Discovered this place through Yelp and took a chance. Just started school in the area and this salon is right in the middle of everything and super convenient. Made an appointment through the yelp app. The store responded and booked immediately The technician was incredibly helpful and friendly! Apparently they just opened. Great selection of colors. Price is a little on the higher end, but you absolutely get what you pay for! I hate when you feel like you're being rushed at a nail salon, and this girl really took her time and had great attention to detail. I have followed him to 2 different salons that were closer to where I live, and am excited that he has finally opened his own shop and can train his nail techs to provide the same customer service he has for years. No rating. I would give no stars if possible. Horrible service. The guy does not know how to do nails.. he talks a lot to distract the patron, while he put nails on crooked, cut nails on one hand waaay shorter than the other. The place is dirty.. you can feel the dust mites on chairs.. had to take my clothes off for the washer as soon as I got home. He complained about customers and the type that he prefers to come in, when he should treat everyone the same, with common courtesy.. and then he wonders why he doesn't have that many faithful patrons which is because of laziness, rudeness and ripping off customers with beyond horrible services. I had to go elsewhere the very next day to get my nails redone, and the nail technician said, it looked like I had my nails done several weeks ago and was shocked by the way they looked with clunky nails.. it was obvious that he had purposely started waaay below the nail bed with filler so that the customer would have to return much sooner for a fill, which is why the very next day the new nail tech said that it already looked like I needed a fill, which I agreed because it was very obvious....
