I wanted to like it, cause of the convenience, cause i live close to the salon, and i wanted to like the hair stylist, i ended up with Leah, I do not know if it is an Ohio thing, but this person can not take directions, i went there to get highlights done to my hair, a basic thing is to have the roots the same color than the highlights, i brought my formula and written directions from Chicago, to make a long story short i went back like 3 times, just to give this person an opportunity to prove me wrong, i made an appointment for october, (my 4th appointment) cause i have a big event i am attending and this "stylist"chose to call me one day before the appointment to tell me she does not think we are a match,and... that it takes too long to do my hair and she just does not have the time! lol, are you freaking kidding me????? and she only texted me cause i sent her a message before, i mean the level of professionalism here is ZERO, non existant. I do not go to a hair salon to make friends, i do not care if the person i am paying to do my hair has a "connection" with me or not!!!! , a person goes to a hair salon, you go there to get your hair done, not to become best friends with the hair stylist (if it happens? good for both of you, but that is not the reason why i go to a hair salon) . i mean be a professional, do your job, nicely! do the highlights, cover the roots of course (is this even something i have to ask for???????? ), you dont want to pay, and....... you know what, it is cheap, about $120, so i guess you get what you pay for! but man!!! Do not go there! you wont be happy with your hair, and god forbid the hair stylist doesnt feel she has a connection with you and cancels on you a day before your appointment. Think of Lotus Blossom as the Walmart of hair salons, or super cuts. you have been warned!

They did a great job with the decor in the lobby and in the spa rooms. The spa is on the second floor of the building and I believe that there is a med spa underneath. The location is right on Mayfield, whis is a pretty busy street, so pulling in and out can be a little tricky as you may have to wait a bit, but parking is easy. Brea is super knowledgeable about skin and skin care products and has really empowered me to be more serious about how I take care of my face. During my initial consultation we talked about my skin and my cleansing routine and she determined what type of facial would be best for me. Throughout the entire facial she talked to me about the products that she was using and answered every question I had about how to achieve a naturally clear and glowy complexion. I was truly impressed by how much information she was able to share with me. The spa has all of the gadgets and gizmos you'd want during a facial and the space is super relaxing. When I was done asking questions, I fell asleep for a bit. It's really calming in there. One of the best things about Brea is that she has her own line of skin care products. She really lives out her philosophy and understanding of skin care through her products, which are natural and fragrance free. She's not pushy about people purchasing them, but offers it as an option to continue working on your skin. I've purchased her exfoliator, turmeric moisturizer, toner, and brightening serum and continue to use some of the cleansers and serums that I already had. I LOVE the liquid exfoliator. I can really feel it working and have noticed a difference since I've started. She's good at helping you to create a simple routine to help improve your skin. Overall, this is a really great spa. However, I am returning in March and do have an appointment scheduled. You guys need to open one of these in Vegas, it would do so good!
