I came in here for the first time a couple days ago and I'm pretty sure this will be my official nail salon. First I called just to get prices and if they accept walk ins. The guy I spoke with on the phone was so sweet he made me an appointment for an hour later. I got there a little early and I waited a little past my appointment, I wasn't in a rush and they were under staffed so I wasn't bothered. I would also like to add that everyone is very friendly there, it's also kind of quiet so it's relaxing. After I picked my gel color (they have a huge selection), the artist started to do my pedicure. It took over an hour, but it was the best pedicure that I'd ever had. They are very gentle, they don't poke and rip and your feet hard at all. I won't even lie, I was falling asleep. When I was finished I was very happy with how it came out, she made sure there wasn't polish on my skin and made sure they were dry, just to be sure she put them under the UV light twice. Can't wait to come back in a couple weeks to have a pedicure again. read more

This is now my go to nail salon. Amy worked with my mom. My mom is very picky with her pedicurist because she has ingrown and some nail tech don't know how or sometimes doesn't get or pull everything out. She also has diabetes and scared that inexperienced nail tech will cut her so she always needed to travel an hour to go to her usual nail tech. Luckily, she loved Amy and decided she will always come back to Bella for her. May and Ven worked with my nails and they are equally skillful in what they do, just like Amy. They are very detailed, meticulous and you won't feel rushed to make sure they did a perfect job. The owner is also bery nice and accomodating handing out water and snacks. They took us on time at the time of our appointment and did not need to wait. While we were there, they also welcomed some walk-ins and tried to accomodate late comers from their appointment. So I came here because of the great reviews and I loved the way they shaped the nails here the pics look spot on. So the first time I came in 7/23 crystal did my nails, she was super nice and got the shape like I asked but the nails started lifting from the sides so they only lasted me ONE week. I did short coffin gel and they were $40 not including tip so the fact that they only lasted a week is disappointing. Today 8/1 I came in for the second time for a full set (after the set crystal did that broke off) John did my nails, I asked for square narrow shape and showed him a picture he said ok will do. I mentioned if he could use more glue for the tips as my nails only lasted a week , he brushed it off but when it came to filing one of the nails the tip came off.... he then applied more glue. End result I'm not happy for what I paid for he didn't get the shape I asked for AT ALL and my pinky nail just looks bad. I've been hesitant to get my nails done here in Temecula. But when I came across this place I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend Crystal! She always does my nails on point everytime. Everytime I show her a picture of what I want she is always able to do it even though many times it was her first time doing the design and it always comes out amazing. This place is AMAZING! I get my nails done regularly and usually leave feeling somewhat disappointed. I try new salons every so often and I am SO GLAD I discovered this place! Everyone is so friendly and talkative. Everything is up to date and CLEAN! The chairs are very comfortable and the decorations are fun to look at (colorful, changing lights in the walls and ceiling, hanging fun lamps. It's perfect! Now for the nails.... The woman that did my pedicure TOOK HER TIME! Wow! Something I'm not used to! She was very sweet and gentle when it came to scrubbing my feet as she could tell I was ticklish. The man that did my acrylic with gel polish was even better! (John?) He had me laughing the whole time. He was talking to me and not just the other workers! He was very meticulous abs guided me to the perfect color once we realized the original one I picked out was too light. As for pricing, it's the least I've ever paid and the best job I've received. I came here to get acrylic nails removed. John helped me out. I was so impressed with what great service i received for a simple removal process. My nails were pretty new so it was definitely a battle to remove them. I let John know i was low on time and he tried his best to remove them as fast as possible. I randomly stopped in late last Thursday night and had the best pedicure of my LIFE!!!! I called in when they were about to close and they stayed open for me. The hospitality and the service made it literally the best experience I have ever had in my entire life. Vivian did my nails and she the most sweet, kind and amazing Nail tech I have ever had in my whole life. Vivian and the owner Shelly both were so kind to me and went above and beyond, offering me food and drinks and helping make sure I picked the right color. Those two were hands down the nicest people I have ever met in my whole life and I came home and told all my friends and family immediately. I live 45 minutes away and I will definitely be commuting back now to keep going to this nail salon. This places deserves more than 5 stars, especially Vivian and Shelly. read more

I will NOT be returning to this place. I was literally cut twice (once on my toe and the other on my hand) during the same visit by two individuals. This had never happened before. Not to mention the lady that was working on my feet tried to cover it up, cut my nails too short and didn't get the sides! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! read more

This has been my go to nail salon and I haven't been since precovid. I really needed some self care being a busy working mom and went here for a spa pedi and mani. My nails look great but it took sooo long. I was there for two hours and felt trapped. The two services I chose should have been around an hour total. Also, when I was shown the sheet to choose what I want I chose a $35 pedi and a $25 mani. When I was finally done and needing to rush out I was told my total was $90!!!! I was confused and was told "oh you weren't told it was $15 more?" I'm still confused why I was over charged $30. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. That was more stressful than relaxing. read more

1st and last time at this salon. When I arrived I was told by the rude man at the front that the wait would be 10-15 min. 35 min later nobody was working on my nails nor did anyone care. Then had my feet soaking for 10 minutes with nobody in sight to do my nails. I had to leave because I had other appointments I needed to be at today. Asked the rude man for a towel so I could wipe my feet and leave. Handed me a towel, put on my shoes and walked out the door without an apology or any concern that they just lost a customer. First time I was happy about my nails but my nails didn't last a week before they was lifting & falling off. I just went today 6/9/21 This time going to this nail shop was unprofessional. John has a terrible attitude. The first time I visit he was so nice & sweet this time I had an appointment at 11am I arrived at 11:10 and he tells me He has another appointment @11:30 when he knew I was getting a full set & pedicure. Why would you take an 11:30 am appt when he could never be done with my nails by then? So he sits me in the spa chair to get my pedicure done. After awhile when I notice there wasn't anyone in there waiting I asked if there's someone who does acrylic nails he says No! Nobody but me. You can't wait? Disrespectful terrible attitude . He didn't do my shape the same he wasn't satisfying at all. Then he couldn't do ombré tells me he can't do it . But his wife can. I went to have my gels done and the lady who took up the previous gel used the nail grinder on me down to a point where it hurt and it became very sensitive. After she was done with my manicure my nails were so sensitive for two weeks. I had to cut my long nails to help with the pain. My Mother experienced a similar problem with a different nail tech and kept telling her that it hurt her when she was using the nail grinder. It was told her to multiple times and she finally understood she was being too rough. We will not be coming back to this business. read more

I had an appointment two days before Christmas for a mani/pedi, I knew they would be crazy busy and they were but they kept taking walkins in front of me and I was on time for my appointment. When it was my turn, they didn't have two people to do my mani/pedi at the same time. Was expecting a way better turn out. First time coming here. Asked for a lay over. So the just use the acrylic powder to create a base then gel polish. Told the girl didn't want my nails any shorter and she continued to file down pretty much to the tips of my finger. Most are so uneven. My nails are lumpy and some even have air holes. Sadly I won't even be giving this place another shot. Hopefully no one else has this experience. read more
