It's just a relaxing, light and friendly atmosphere. I've never left dissatisfied- but always giddily feeling a little bit prettier. Excellent service! I had an appointment at 2:00 and they sat me immediately when I walked in and offered me water, tea or coffee. My pedicure was done by Mimi would did an excellent job and asked after the first nail if I was happy with the color. It wasn't as bright as I was hoping and she immediately brought a better match for me. The leg and foot massage was excellent and the owner and Mimi were both friendly. My husband just came back from deployment, so we both got pedis done. They always take their time to make sure your toes are looking good and skin is feeling soft. Two stars because my daughter loved her pedicure and the staff was nice to her and my husband. My other daughter and I walked in hoping to get pedicures while my other daughter was doing her nails. Asked if they could accommodate us and they all looked at each other then the time (5pm, 2 hrs before closing) and that was it. We stood there for about 5 mins and still no answer so we left and went to GOLDEN NAIL SPA! (Amazing and highly recommend) My daughter shows up to the other salon after her nails were finished and I couldn't believe what they did to her nails! She got extensions with dip nails. I'm assuming that's acrylic but I'm not 100% sure. The nails were uneven, THICK, and lumpy. My daughter is too shy to say anything but disappointed at the over all look. I'm not sure what was going on that day but they did my baby dirty. She naturally has nice nails but wanted something extra. Photos attached below. Never again will we go here. read more

WHEN I TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS THE BEST NAIL SALON IN MURRIETA BELIEVE ME!! First, I will start off by prefacing that I write this review entirely based on their hospitality. I walked in at 10:00am, they ask me what I would like and I responded with, "Gel manicure and pedicure". They spoke to one another and discussed that they had two appointments coming in at 10:00am. They then turned to me apologized and asked to schedule an appointment. I honestly didn't want to say yes, but I had a good feeling about this salon considering they took into account other customers. (I had a suspicion that they might treat me well when it was my turn). 11:00am came and I arrived. I was greeted by everyone and seated. They started immediately and were very gentle with my hands and feet. VEN: ($48: Gel pedicure with french tip nail design) did my beautiful frog manicure. she was amazing in conversation and extremely personable. She used her intuition to suggest things like color choice and nail choice as well. She communicated efficiently and had amazing jokes. She was charming and charismatic! I loved her service. I came in with a book and I personally didn't want to do anything but read my book, but she made me WANT to talk to her. Amazing service 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. She was extremely positive in her rapport. VICKI: ($42: Gel pedicure with flower design and callus removal) did my pedicure. I ordered the #4 pedicure with callus removal. I'll be honest my feet grow calluses fast and I had a lot to remove but she was diligent in her efforts to make my feet smooth. I appreciated this so much. She was very tedious about my cuticles and nail art. I really valued what she did and how she interacted with me. Lastly, every single one of the associates were interacting with me and making me laugh so hard my cheeks hurt. You can tell they are all friends with one another and this place was filled with love. I loved this nail salon. I've been to places that are reliable, good workers, great price, BUT this place is very far ahead. I loved the customer service, the prices, the nail art. The owner is very nice, but I've never seen her do nails. Although I'm sure she does. I get a gel manicure often. I've gotten one here twice, both times the gel chipped after three days. Other places I don't start chipping for two weeks. Most of the time I don't chip at all, nails just grow out. I called after it happened the second time to see if they wanted to fix the nails or do anything at all. I had left a voicemail, but never received a call back. Customer service is good only when you're in the shop. read more

Bella Nails and Spa is one of the best nails shops in Murrieta. I have known the owner for more than 10yrs and Jenny is phenomenal! The shop is always clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a nail shop that will take care of you, this is it! *Note to Add: the negative comments posted by Killah G. Of San Francisco and the photos which are not of Bella Nails and Spa and are of another nail shop are from a previous employee who was let go for not showing up multiple times when clients had appointments. When clients have appointments and the nail technician (in this case Killah G. ) is unreliable you have to let them go or risk losing your clients. It's obvious Killah G. has worked in unsanitary locations in the past. This is not Bella Nails, all tools are sanitized in open view of all clients, all Clients are asked to wash their hands at the hand washing station and all pedicure bowls are lined with plastic bags as an added sanitary step!
