I always get my nails done here. I've had some great experiences and some not so great experiences, it all depends on who does your nails. Amy is new and she did my gel pedicure today and did a great job! She took extra time to do callous removal, making sure to make it worth the extra fee, and I've had nails done before by Henry who is also so detail oriented and good. Daniel literally refused to do my nails because of the design I wanted. I wouldn't go to him. hes clearly comfortable with his regular clientele and does not care for new ones. i drove all the way because he did a great job last time, but this time he literally refused to do the design because it would take too long and then he proceeded to violently try and file my nails down to try and hurry. It's superbowl Sunday and he said he wanted to watch the game because he's an eagles fan. Like what? why are you working? I do not recommend but I will say all of the women working were very helpful and they finished what he started. So one star for him and 5 for them. I took a client there to get both of us a manicure. I was shocked that mine took about 10 minutes cause I just did regular gel and she asked if I even wanted a second coat, barely filed them where they are catching on everything and four days later, they look like I did them myself. They are horrible but that's not the kicker. So my client was burnt by the nail guy who laughed about it and said ha ha ha acrylics not supposed to go under the light when he put her hand there. s When she put her nail on my skin it made me jump. It was so hot. I felt like she burned me so this is ridiculous and then they charged us $185 crazy right and the guy didn't even finish her manicure. when she did not like one nail and requested to have one coat of glitter over the top of it. The guy threw a fit, jumped up and said I'll just do a whole new set. I'll just start all over take them all off and walked away. He never cut her thumb nails and every nail was a little different in size and shape. I didn't want to cause a scene so I paid but I really am trying to get my money back but the owner Vivian will not contact me even though she responded to my Google review saying I am so sorry I will be in contact with you as soon as I figure out what happened so we can resolve this issue which was six days ago now and I have not heard a thing. I wish I would've read the reviews. There's ones where they add tip on credit card payments without people, knowing which I assure you that happens because they sit there and they talk in their language and laugh and look at you like you're dumb I would not go there ever again. If I was any of you reading this save your money go somewhere better. This place is shady as heck. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I've came here before and l try giving them a chance to do better in their lump, uneven work. I stopped going there because they are so rude and you're satisfaction with the end result is NOT important to them. I dropped off my little sister to get a full set done since other locations were booked. Picked her up and she was crying because after the terrible job they did, she tried telling the lady to fix it but she ignored her and kept asking to be paid. Kindly asked the manager/owner (Vivian) to file them down and fix them when she could but she began yelling at us saying the were good and that she wasn't going to have anyone fix them. We got yelled at and then ignored while we waited to see if we could get them taken off, fixed or refunded. She paid $55 for this terrible job AND this is the manager( Vivian) who yelled at us. After going several times for gel manicures, I won't be back. What bothers me the most is when they remove the old polish and prep the nail. Their process trashes your nails. What's the purpose of applying the remover when you barely let it sit and just sand it off with the electric sander. I tell her respectfully as she's doing it, I don't care for it and she grabs the other hand (like she's mad) and starts hacking at the polish with a nail file. Now you know how there's fine sand paper 220 and a heavier grit 80? Think 80 here. At this point, I've had it with my nails getting wrecked. I show her, look, see all these swirls and gouges in my nails? She says, it will just buff out. Right! So here, as you can see, three weeks later and no polish, my nails are still damaged. read more

When I lived close to this place I would come here all the time. Since I've moved I started going to one closer to my house. The other day my mom and I decided to go get our nails done and remembered this place being awesome so we drove the extra few miles. They redecorated nicely, however, it seems more cramped to me. I miss how it was, honestly. It was more spacious and calming. The staff was also better in the past... I got some guy and requested a full set. He didn't clean my cuticles. He didn't do anything... just started roughing up my nails...barely and gluing some tips on. The tools he used didn't seem clean... He didn't even go to the bottom of my nail with the acrylic... I had to ask him to add some cause it was ridiculous! My nails looked so lumpy and ​uneven... I ended up removing them after a week cause they were embarrassing​! Have had multiple experiences here and it is never consistent. It really depends who does your nails. Average rating because sometimes you get lucky and get the owner to do manicures. She is attentive to details and takes your time. Pedicures on the other hand are harder to find success with. John is nice, but VERY talkative and sometimes talks down to you. He didn't listen to me when I asked for nails not to be cut, now I hardly have nails left and a few of them were bent. I dare not ask them to be fixed since so little nail existed. Also, the polish chipped a few days later. Good note is they seem to clean between clients and take hygiene seriously. read more

Very disappointed in my recent visit here. Previously I've been offered two different colors under the same name (Sweet Romance) and have been very happy with the color I choose-- the more pinkish nude. This time, I explained I wanted the same color out of the two usually offered. I was assured the color would match for pedi/mani. Pedi first was great, but I noticed it was slightly off color-- very pink. Once it came to the gel mani, the color was way off and I pointed this out-- very white/nude/peachy. They told me they "ran out" of the color. When I pointed out the difference in mani/pedi color, and even used the display as evidence as to the lack of similarity, they just kept telling me the color "looks really good" on me. What was supposed to be a pinkish nude is now a peach nude on my nails, with purple pink toes. The worst part is I was coming in to make sure it was the color I wanted for my wedding in 2 weeks, and now have to start my nail color research over. No offer of discount when politely sharing my dissatisfaction, and left paying $58 for colors I dislike. Disappointing. read more

Mediocre at best. . . Pros: Inexpensive Good massage chair Cons: Pretty much everything else. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't good. Classic example of you get what you pay for. It is a great price, but your nails will look mediocre and the service will be as well. For both of us it was minimal work on feet. Trim was basic, cutting cuticles was limited, scrub was short. It just felt like they were cutting corners everywhere possible. My husband who paid additional for the scrub and callus remover did not feel like it did anything. For me the gel polish was on my cuticles/skin so of course peeled as soon as it grew out a little. I would not go back again, even though it is a good price, overall my feet didn't look very good, definitely did not look professionally done. This place is a joke! I was getting my nails done toward the end of the day and tbh they we're rushing the whole time since me and my friend was the last one in the salon. On top of that, my gel polish was all jacked up and uneven, but I didn't realize it till the next day since I was in the salon for so long. Keep in mind they were rushing to the point were I didn't even get my "massage" all I got was oil and messed up nails for $30.00 I usually don't leave reviews like this but today just topped it all off. So I came back to get it fixed and I have been waiting in here for 30 minutes or more waiting to be helped. They don't care why?
