I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. Visiting from N.C. to see my mother in a hospital close to this pizzeria ,I was treated to the best pizza I think I've ever had. The staff was wonderful the pizza was out of this world !!!everything fresh !I promise you will not go wrong eating here.We had the meat lovers pizza .The owner was there and I had a wonderful conversation with him ,very hard-working people.They had a few tables for the people who would like to eat in and the restaurant was beautifully decorated.It was so good that my sister went back the next day to order more. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!!! In town visiting family and was craving Chicken Parmesan for a late dinner. I was so happy to discover this adorable Mom & Pop Italian restaurant that was five minutes away. The sweetest server took my order for Chicken Parmesan and allowed me to order garlic knots in place of the bread that was served with it. I am here to tell you that Bella Napoli makes THE BEST garlic knots EVER!!! (And I lived in NYC for two decades!) They are petite which made them absolutely PERFECT!!!! A delicious dinner salad is also served which was very fresh. Then, a massive portion of Chicken Parmesan and bowl of spaghetti was served. I was only able to eat half of it, so I took the rest home. You cannot beat this fabulous dinner for $12 and change. I indulged on a chocolate chip cannoli for dessert which was a light bite of something sweet to send me on my way. After craving pizza 4 Mondays in a row (yes, only Mondays... thanks weird pregnancy cravings), and having to be disappointed by my go-to pizza place being closed on Mondays, I took to Yelp to find a suitable alternative. I ordered a large cheese pizza. It was ready in 15 minutes, just as they quoted. Their sauce is great--it has just the right amount of herbs to add flavor but not be overwhelming. The cheese isn't nearly as greasy as many restaurants are wont to do, so that is a huge plus as well. The only critique I could give would be that the pizza wasn't crispy enough for my taste. A few minutes in the oven though, and it comes out perfect. I'd tried a few pizza places in the Ocoee, but have largely been disappointed. -No hand sanitizer available -employees don't wear gloves while preparing food -employees don't wear masks appropriately when customers are present, and not at all when they think customers are gone. -Employees don't have a basic understanding of COVID precautions, or they just don't care. I answered all of the Yelp questions about COVID safety precautions, yet I don't see it published anywhere. I will not be ordering from Bella Napoli again. Yes, the pizza is good. But the employees do not wear gloves on the line when preparing food, the female working the register did not have her mask pulled up covering her face. When I asked her "can you please pull your mask up?" she looked at me like I had three heads. Pulled it up halfway, still not covering her nose. A male who was in the food prep area had his mask below his nose. I felt uncomfortable but had already paid by this point, so I started to walk out the door. Before I even had a chance to exit, the female's mask was already pulled down and I could hear that she was talking about me for having asked her to wear her mask. At that point I said I will not be ordering from here again because of the lack of safety measures in place. The male approached, listened, and apologized, but still didn't fix his mask with exposed nose. When I pointed this out, he started to argue that his nose doesn't need to be covered, just his mouth so his spit doesn't go in my food. I explained that this isn't accurate, but he still didn't fix it. read more

I am a New Yorker and have now lived in Florida for over 15 years. I basically gave up on finding a pizzeria serving real NY slices and then, by God's grace, I stumbled upon this place. The name and sign piqued my interest as I drove by. NY pizzerias are generally small and not large restaurants. I busted out my phone and read rave reviews by my fellow Yelpers, U-turned, pulled up and walked into this charming, unassuming quaint pizzeria. I was cautiously optimistic as my hopes were dashed too many times to count in the past. I ordered two slices to go as I did not want the manager to see my disappointed facial expression when I took my first bite. I got into my car and before I put my seat belt on, I opened the pizza box and took a bite in seclusion and . . . OMG, I was transported back to NY eating a slice from my go to pizzeria. The next bite I actually closed my eyes and was in pizza heaven. Pizza here is so good that I have been back to this place 5 times this past month as I have had recurring dreams of pizza slices at night - no joke. I do not add any toppings, unlike when I am forced to get fast food pizza to cover up the insufficiency of pizza, as that would detract from the beauty of this slice. Perfect sauce - a little sweet with a delicate hint of oregano. Excellent NY thin crust -- not CA too thin -- which is the hardest part to get right. Was a good sign when the pizza man (Leo) was stretching, spinning and tossing it in the air. And perfectly melted mozzarella cheese, not the cheap rubbery texture kind. When I order my slices, I ask for a little more sauce and crust well done. Just my personal preference as I have moderate lactose intolerance. Bon appetit! read more

No one will answer a phone call from Slice customer service to the restaurant, nor will they answer my phone calls. Unacceptable customer service.
