Blaze pizza is such a good spot for good pizza and salad with great prices . We didn't want to cook dinner after long days at work so we decided to go enjoy one of our favorite places. This time I decided to try the BBQ chicken pizza without jalapeños and instead of the ranch drizzle I got hot honey drizzle and it was delicious. I always get a side of Greek salad with strawberries and the balsamic glaze dressing as it's a must every time. Service was excellent and I love that it's always clean and they don't rush you out the door. Two pick 2 meals and drinks for $35 and you leave nice and full. read more

Blaze pizza is always an easy choice when youre looking for something quick, yet delicious. My husband and I failed to agree on any of the 50 restaurant options given prior, but Blaze was finally it! We showed up Saturday night to a less than busy establishment. I walked in and there was water all over the floor by the window (i couldn't tell if the ceiling was leaking or someone spilled) and the trash overflowing. That was my first impression. I got over that pretty quickly and walked up to the counter to start my order. The girl standing there was rude and quick to rush us along. I had forgotten the process, but received no assistance or reminder. I ended up getting a majority veggie pizza & my husband majority meat. I was aggravated by being put off by the employee that after ordering I went to car and waited for my husband to pay & retrieve our pies. While my experience in the restaurant was not great, the pizza itself did not disappoint. It was flavorful and the crust was crispy. The individual pie was enough to feed me and to give my husband a slice, too. Overall, my experience here was eh. And while i will return, i hope for a cleaner environment and a little more respect from their employees. read more

This was hands down our best experience yet at Blaze Pizza! My husband and I have been to many Blaze locations in the past, but this visit really stood out. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the pizza counter where you can fully customize your own pie. We always go with the "build your own" option because we love choosing all our toppings, but they also have great pre-designed pizzas if you're not in the mood to make decisions. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The entire restaurant was also very clean and well-kept, which we definitely appreciate. In the past at other locations, we've had to practically fight for a table because it's usually so busy. This time, though, we got lucky and found a seat right away -- such a win! What made it even better was that our pizzas were brought directly to our table. At other locations, we've always had to pick them up from the counter ourselves, so this felt like an extra touch of great service. My favorite pizza ingredient bar. The prices have gone up, so I dont come as often but I do enjoy a build your own every now and again. Im not a huge fan of red sauce, I will eat it, but I love that they have the white sauce option, pesto etc and fresh toppings for one set price. You can order from the menu if you think your creativity will fail you, but for those who enjoy a medley of toppings this place is for us.so many ways to make a pie. I love that its woodfire made as well, and doesn't take long to cook. I always top mine with arugula, olive oil, and some oregano and salt to really take it to the next level. I'm going to rate this a pretty good 7 overall. Now I will say I'm from Buffalo Ny, so we love our pizza and wings. This is what I judge things by, this of course is no Buffalo style, but it's a good pie. The fact that it's cooked in a gas oven VS one of those tunnel ones is a big plus here. You'll get the black / crust taste your looking for. I was there around lunch time, busy but the line moved decently and the pie's only take 4 to 8 mins to bake and get sliced. Kudos to Sarah, As regular customers, we placed an order for a delivery, when looking at the on-line order we noticed it said pick-up instead of delivery. What transpired next was unbelievable! Spoke with a GM Sarah and we were immediatley at ease and there was no question she was going to fix the issue. It was the most impressive customer service I have experienced in years. First time at this location. I went about 4 years ago to the one in Disney Springs. Staff was very friendly from the person taking the order, to the person making the pizza to the person ringing up the order. We ordered a kids meal which included the pizza, dessert and a drink. My girls shared that. I ordered a pepperoni for myself and then a cheese pizza for my husband. We shared the kids dessert which was the cinnamon bread and that was plenty for all of us. I will preface this by first saying I've been a fan of Blaze Pizza since the Disney Springs location opened. However, I don't know that I'll be giving the Winter Garden location another chance. I've never had a problem when I've ordered on site. However, every experience ordering through the app has been a disappointment. A couple months ago I ordered their "Feed the Family" deal through the app for delivery. When it arrived, half of one of the pizzas was burnt, and one of my side items was missing all together. When I decided to try again last week, they completely left off the shredded mozzarella on EVERY pizza. After each of these experiences, I sent my concerns to customer service, and included that I would like a response. I never got a response to my email sent in April, and I haven't gotten a response to my email sent last week. It's completely disappointing. I honestly don't know that I'm willing to give this location anymore money, because too many times now I've felt like it's an absolute waste. Truthfully, the only reason I gave more than one star is because I have had fairly good experiences when I've dined in... but at least then you can watch them making your pizza and know nothing is missing.... And you're able to say something if it's burnt or they forgot an item. It's like they don't care about quality if it's ordered through the app. read more

I love eating at Blaze pizza. I always get the build your own pizza. Which comes with 2 free toppings. I get onions and sausage. You go up to order and you watch them prep your pizza. Then you go to sit down and after your pizza is done cooking they bring it to you. It is always fresh and delicious. You get your food very fast and there's never really a line. The people very nice here. The place is clean and so are the restrooms. Plenty of seating inside and outside. read more

Pizzas in oven caught fire on top when our pizzas were taken out yet replacements were not offered. Manager needs to be watching youth employs and directing on customer satisfaction. Good food but lousy service. Our pizza was made to order exactly as we wanted it, but the two guys working the end of the line were openly hostile and unfocused. Andreas was working the oven, and instead of putting our pizza in, it was out to the side. When I asked why, he snapped at me "I had to get a number" and then he threw the metal number on top of the pizza so hard that it tumbled over. He put our pizza in the oven and then walked away. The pizzas are meant to be stirred with a long wooden paddle to be sure that they're cooking evenly and not burning. He went over to the line to do something else and ignored everything in the oven. By the time he went back to the oven, the edges of our pizza were black. The guy working the register wasn't wearing a nametag (neither was Andreas, but his name used by a coworker) was a short white guy with a long goatee and a really bad attitude. He was snarling at all the guests as if it was our fault that he hated his job. He was ignoring the metal numbers and wax-paper slips that went with each pizza, so he was losing track of which pizza was for which customer, even though it wasn't busy. When he looked at us and asked, "Which one is yours?" I pointed down and said, "the burned one." He FLIPPED OUT and started shouting at me - and so did Andreas at the same time!! Both of them were SCREAMING at me that it wasn't burned and then they accused me of having a "bad attitude." When I calmly pointed out that I wasn't the one screaming, they kept sniping at me and saying they were "tired of dealing with this" even though we'd only been interacting for less than a minute. I was asked if I wanted my money back, and when I said no, the pizza was put into a box, shoved in my direction, and Goatee Boy said I should get my bad attitude out his "his store." He wasn't dressed differently, so I don't think he's management, but anyone who screams at customers shouldn't be employed, much less running things. I've always enjoyed Blaze, but I don't think I'll go back to a business where the employees scream at customers. read more
