We'll start with the best part... Our server was fantastic! Efficient, pleasant and chatty without overdoing it. She talked eyelashes with our 15 year old granddaughter which was a huge hit. The food was plentiful and good but nothing really to write home about. Two of our salads had large chunks of core and the bread was cold with hard butter packets. The dinners were solid but nothing special. It was a little annoying that the only way they could honor our reservation was to stick us at a small booth in the loud bar area. The music blaring from the speaker over our table was fine but not really conducive to pleasant dining and certainly not what we would expect at an Italian restaurant. We had to raise our voices to be heard over the bar chatter. I think that we hit this place under some bad circumstances so I wouldn't write them off. Dropped by Bella Pasta last night for my son's birthday dinner. It was super easy to make reservations and was seated very quickly after our arrival. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the restaurant was inside. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful in ordering. I liked that the meal wasn't rushed and we had time to chat and just enjoy the atmosphere. We tried several dishes and they were all delicious. Bella Pasta was the chosen spot for Friday night's dinner. We went without a reservation and had to wait about 30-40 minutes. It was a very busy night and the bar was also packed. There wasn't any place to sit down and wait for our name to be called. So luckily an older gentleman saw that my significant other wasn't able to stand for too long got up and offered him his spot. That was really nice and there was room for me too. So when our name was called and we were seated it was the table right up against the hostess station on the right side. That was perfect for us. Joy was our waitress and we like her. She is very pleasant and she strikes up a conversation with you. She's also a really good waitress. So we got our menus and place settings and Joy came to the table and took our drink and soup/salad order. We both got ice water with lemon and I also ordered 2 glasses of wine- Moscato throughout the course of dinner. I ordered the minestrone soup it was so good and hot that went right quick. He got the salad and his was good too. Then he ordered the broiled fish and had a side of penne with red sauce and I got the greens and beans over penne. And mine was super good and after we finished eating we ordered dessert which was the chocolate cake of course his favorite. That was also very good and a nice end to the meal. So in the course of our conversation with joy I asked if Mariah still worked there and she said yes. The place has a dining room, bar and banquet area. Service was very good. Our waitress did a great job considering she was the only one. She was friendly and we got our food quickly. I had the ravioli French with artichokes and a side of shrimp. My mom got gnocchi with vodka sauce, 1 meat ball and 1 sausage. My raviolis and artichoke French was really good. My mom's vodka sauce was ok. It was more like a pink Alfredo and didn't have much flavor. The Italian sausage was good but the meatball was not. It had no flavor at all. Her dish was disappointing. For the past month, my partner and I have been trying -- repeatedly -- to order delivery through GrubHub. Every single time we log on, the restaurant shows as closed for same-day orders. Fine. Inconvenient, but fine. So we did what any reasonable person would do and planned ahead -- placed our order the day before, confirmed it, and went to bed thinking we'd finally get to enjoy a meal we've been craving for weeks. We woke up to a cancellation email. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Just... cancelled. I am completely and utterly done. There is no dish on this planet -- no matter how incredible -- that is worth this level of dysfunction and disrespect for your customers' time. If you have made the business decision that delivery doesn't work for you, that is completely understandable. Just GET OFF OF GRUBHUB. Don't leave your listing up, don't let people place orders, and don't waste the time of people who are genuinely excited to support your restaurant. The kitchen is clearly talented. Went for dinner with friend. We both ordered chicken Florentino with artichokes. We received regular chicken French with artichokes. Chicken was very rubbery. We let waitress know. She was kind enough to have a new piece of chicken cooked for friend but never offered for me. Why??? Not sure. I was not unkind to her only agreed chicken was rubbery as my friend had stated. Went to Bella Pasta for a special occasion with family from out of town. One of our guests ordered prime rib. The prime rib and baked potato were both cold. We sent it back to have it warmed up, when it came back out it was very, very tough and very hard to chew. Ordering an expensive piece of meat like that should have been cooked to perfection. We let our server know that we were very disappointed she said she was going to have "Randy" come over and speak with us, however "Randy" never came to the table to speak with us. Very, Very disappointed and will never recommend or ever come back again. Also it should have been taken into consideration how expensive food is and some sort of compensation should have been made. This place was fantastic! Food was really good, affordable, and sizable. I had the Veal Asiago and it did not disappoint. Everyone in my party seemed to enjoy their meal. We had a great experience at Bella Pasta! Our family gathered in their event room for my Grandpa's Funeral Lunch. The food was delicious! My family arranged to have the Chicken French, pasta with red sauce, roast beef, salad, and dinner rolls. Everything, including the dinner rolls, were superb! We went to Bella Pasta on a Sunday night instead of making dinner. We were seated in the bar area in a booth. There was a nice amount of people eating and some at the bar. It wasn't too loud - just a nice atmosphere. Our server was very friendly- she brought us our drinks and some bread to start. My wife ordered the Bella Pasta Special- angel hair pasta served with artichokes, kalamata olives, onions, sundried tomatoes & mushrooms in a marsala wine sauce. She enjoyed it. Our group of 10 arrived on Wednesday, April 3rd for our spring luncheon. One of our members had previously met with Kelly, the manager, to personally make the reservation and to arrange the seating . Imagine our surprise when we arrived and there was no reservation for us.Our seating plan went south because the room we chose was being used and there was no longer a waitress assigned to that area. Be forewarned: call to confirm your reservation ! Went to the Ridgeway restaurant today with my wife. We ordered lunch, but then were told one of the items was not available. I thought "no problem, just refund me for that missing item". I was refunded, but then when I took my food to go, there was something extra there, much like what I originally ordered. Their beer batter fish fry was horrible. The batter was so overcooked I couldn't chew it. I had to just take the fish out of the overcooked batter to eat it. Then I asked the server for a box for the french fries but she boxed it for me. When I got home, she not only put the fries in the box, she put the scraps I had left from the fish. I haven't been there in 4 years and it sure has changed. If I ever go back, I'll stick with a sandwich. The people with me were not very happy with the quality of their Italian dishes. I cannot say enough good things about Bella Pasta. We reserved the small party room for 30 guests to celebrate my birthday. It was fantastic. The event organizer got all the details right. Every item on the buffet was absolutely delicious. Our server (Sue) was excellent - readily available, friendly, and helpful in every way. It came out beautifully medium rare- just the right amount of pink/red. Just perfect! A nice thick piece, tender and flavorful. And only $30!!! This is my go to spot. The food and service are always excellent and tonight was no exception . Called yesterday and Made a reservation for my birthday dinner the "big 40" . When we ( a party of 5) arrived tonight we got there a half hour early . We went to the bar and after 10 minutes I noticed the place starting to fill up so I decided to check in . The hostess couldn't find my reservation . We went through a few names but none were mine. I even looked on my phone when I had called the day before to double check. Great food and service. Took my kids out for lunch and it was so good. We had the best server. She was very accommodating and wanted to make everyone happy. She was very personable and called us all love which was cute. We had the Sicilian calamari for an appetizer and it was simply the best I have had. It was so tasty and lots of garlic. For lunch I had the special which was chicken and broccoli french which was very tasty and plenty to take home and have another meal.
