They explained every step in a way she could understand, kept the atmosphere light and positive, and made sure everything was completely clean and safe. What really impressed me was that they used two piercers at the same time, so both ears were done instantly. This made the process so much smoother and easier for her -- no time to get nervous between ears! The piercers were incredibly gentle and patient, which made the whole experience quick and stress-free. My daughter left grinning from ear to ear (literally!) and has been proudly showing off her new earrings ever since. I came in here without an appointment and not sure what piercing I wanted to get. The receptionists up front were super knowledgeable and educated about all of the different piercings you can get. They helped me decide which piercing would be best for me. After I chose my jewelry there was no wait time to get pierced even though I didn't have an appointment. I was super nervous to get my first helix/cartilage piercing. Jenna was my piercer and she helped me stay calm and was my biggest supporter there. I went to Bella Piercing because my nose piercing had shrunken on me and felt like it had closed, because I couldn't get my nose ring in to save me! I went to Bella Piercing, and before they would charge me for another piercing, they tested it to see if it was still open.....it was!! Frankie was really great at widening the hole and putting my new nose ring in place. When it's time to change out, I will be going back. I just had my nose pierced by Jazzy!! She was amazing. Made you feel comfortable with the process and let you see where you wanted the placement.
