My husband and I have been coming here for about five years now. This entire office is great! Their rates are affordable, they are organized, and they are friendly. I especially like Ashley the hygienist. She is very thorough and will scrape off any last dirty spots I notice. (I am picky!) I never feel like she is rushing to finish. Dr. Brian is professional and calm. The one time I needed a couple of cavities filled, I felt very comfortable with him. Dr. Brian's wife Alisha is often at the front desk and around the office. She is always careful to thoroughly explain all the fees for cleanings, etc. It occurred to me to write this review after my cleaning visit today. It was my 2-year-old daughter's second cleaning ever and her first at this office. I took her to a pediatric specialist office for her first cleaning, and that did not go well. That office was very busy and loud. She hated it and screamed throughout her cleaning. But worse than that, the visit was about $350!?! Her visit today at Nevada Trails Dental was a dramatically better experience. She did fine throughout her cleaning, due to Ashley the hygienist's patience and fun manner. My tooth chipped. When I called to see when they can take me in, they told me come in right away. They took care of my fractured tooth and bonded tooth. I was out of there in less than hour and a half. Just had to wait for Dr. Brian to finish up with a patient. They have a super friendly staff that will treat you with awesome customer service. I have been to many different types of dentist & even went out of the country to find a great dentist place and I have FINALLY found a dentist for me! First of all, the secretary and dental hygienist are incredibly sweet and very helpful with everything. They answer every question and problem that I have. They always kept me informed and kept me comfortable when I felt anxious about any procedure that I had. Every appointment that I had is always on time; on previous dentist I have gone before I would wait for over an hour to get my teeth cleaned, but with Nevada trails dental I know I wouldnt have to wait that LONG. :) You are usually in & out fairly quickly. They also have a television for you to watch while they are working on your teeth. Lastly, Dr. Brian is so wonderful and A-A-Amazing! I read the reviews on yelp and decided to give this dentist a try. I had previously gone to another dentist in Summerlin, but they were way too expensive for me. I am a cash pay client as I have no insurance. The dentist in Summerlin had no real discount for cash pay. So I did not go back. I then scoured yelp for a good dentist that was willing to work with me as far as the cost issue. I took my son in to get an exam and minor dental work done. They worked with me on the payment that ended up being half of what the other dentist wanted me to pay. As for Dr. Brian, he is very professional. My son who is 8, said that when he gave him the shots to numb him it did not hurt at all. ( he got shots on 2 different appts) My son said there was no soreness in his mouth after either times. Staff is great and very friendly from the moment you walked in. Dr. Brian is very soft spoken and truly a pleasure to work with. Everyone, from the front desk reception, to the assistant taking xrays were very personable. The office is very clean and the most high tech dentist office that I've ever seen. The chair I was in had it's own TV and remote control. I completely forgot they were taking xrays at one point! I'm glad I went here and will continue to go here. I ended up picking this dentist due to the yelp reviews. They are as everyone says: extremely friendly, smiles everywhere, and extremely efficient. When I first called to scheduled the appointment, the office was closed and come to find out the Dr. Brian closed the office for a couple of days so everyone could be with their family (this is a one dentist establishment ! which I love!). Their office is simple but done very comfortably and neat. The receptionist, Jeanette, is very friendly and takes the time to explain the specific forms, the reasons for the forms, and where to sign. While filling the forms out there were two other patients waiting. I was very surprise how quickly they received them and had them in the back since they just open literally 2 minutes after 8am. My own wait was short, a mere couple of minutes, before Susan called for me. Susan explained at the very beginning what she will be doing with me and during each process (x-rays, measurements, cleaning, etc) she talks me through each step and what she's looking for (good or bad). My dentists in the past would do the cleaning after the exam but at Nevada Trails Dental, they did everything prior to the doctor coming in which I really like and you would think that would be more common since you'd be "fresh and clean" for the dentist. Susan is great even with me pestering her about whitening information. She provided me with her experience, cost, what insurance covers and why certain things aren't, and told me the pros and cons of their two options. Dr. Brian was friendly, along with his staff. I was a little surprise he examined the x-ray results in his office rather with me considering how his staff talked me through everything. The time with the dentist is pretty short (I was with him for maybe 10 minutes) and I was in their office a total of 90 minutes. But during that short time, he checked my mandible for issues, did an oral cancer check, and of course check my teeth (again, the only dentist I've ever had to do all those check!). There is one little confusion which is their hours of operation is not updated on their front door. They are open at 8am but the door still say 9am. Which through me since it was my first time and was worried I got my appointment time wrong. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience and glad I went to this office! ^_^ read more

Amazing dentist, staff, and office! I first found Dr Brian's office when I had a botched filling (from another dentist), was experiencing bad pain and fearing Id need a root canal. He took a lot of time and was able to save me from needing the root canal. Fast forward about 10 years...and I'm still a very happy client. In fact I live far from the office now, but travel the distance twice a year for cleanings and checkups. We searched a while for a new dentist that was closer to us. We came across this dentist office and then researched it. Everything seemed good and there were a lot of positive reviews. My husband and I both have gone, and we couldn't be any more pleased. Jessica at the front desk is extremely delightful, patient, and caring. She went out of her way to help with appointment scheduling. She even called us to get us in sooner because there had been a couple cancellations. Ivy, the dentist assistant is pleasant. She was gentle and patient with those very annoying and a lot of time painful bitewing x-ray thingys. We both had Ashley for our hygienist. She was awesome! She gave us both an amazing thorough cleaning and offered lots of advice on cleaning techniques and tools to use for better cleaning. We both are very happy with Dr. Brian. My husband had to have a little work done, and he couldn't be more satisfied with the results and with Dr. Brian. His wife Alicia was also in on both of our appointments. By the reviews, I was really excited to get a check up here. I called and asked the lady on the phone if they accepted my insurance and she said they did. So I made an appointment for 3 weeks later. 2 days before my appointment, they call me and tell me that they actually don't take my insurance and if I decide to keep the appointment and get the check up, it would be $150. They called me almost an hour after they closed so when I tried to call back (I missed the call) it went to voicemail. I'm not happy that they didn't tell me that they don't accept my insurance when I gave them my insurance information when I first scheduled my appointment and this experience left me a very sour note about this dentist office. After I change insurance, I will be sure to not schedule here again. I would ask them MULTIPLE TIMES if they take your insurance. read more

For the first time patient they required full xray so i suggest that you guys call your insurance first before having it done just to make sure that they don't charge you for the xray. Above comment was being deleted probably because i gave them 1 star. No wonder all reviews here were 5 star cos they deleted the one's that they don't like. I have posted this to let the reviewers aware so they won't be surprised to be charged at the end. I was only informed about full xray but wasn't mentioned that there might be a fee that I've should call my insurance beforehand. For that i gave them 1 star. Normally not all dental office (that i knew) requires full xray for new patients unless if you needed treatment like dental implant, etc. I learnt that they can only cover 1x in 5 yrs as per my insurance. so make sure to double check with your plan unless you are willing to pay for that. Secondly, i wanted to thank one of the front desk (not to mention her name) for squeezing me in when i was in pain but i don't appreciate the way she acted bitchy when I nicely asked her few questions about referrals and appointments and third was this chinese (i guess) dental assistant who helped this nice lady assigned to me do the xray. She is too harsh and ungentle in putting the film on my mouth. She knew i was hurt but never apologize at all. For Dr Brian and the hygienist, so far I don't have any issue with them. They're both nice. I gave them only 3 stars because I did not come back for my supposedly next appointment. So I don't know exactly how they do well. read more

I started seeing Dr. Brian after another local Dentist tried to make me broke with deep cleanings, suggesting new fillings, etc, etc. My husband and I came to Dr Brian to get a second opinion and SURPRISE, we didn't need any of that extra work. We have now found our Dentist and will not be going anywhere for Dental work but here! The Dr. is so kind, honest and thorough. His staff is great and the Insurance Cos must appreciate their thoroughness when billing, I know I appreciate the super simple EOBs received after visits. I've been going here for about 8 years and have always been very happy with them. I've never had to wait long to be seen and the staff is always nothing but friendly. They were happy to work with me when I didn't have dental insurance so that I could still receive proper dental care at a reasonable price. Even when I lived completely across town from them, I'd still make the drive to see them. I had a traumatizing experience with a dentist as a child, and have also had some shoddy work done from others as well, so I have always been apprehensive with dentists. I recently moved from Las Vegas to Washington state. I am so sorry I had to leave behind the best dentist I ever had in my life. If there was only a way I could convince them to move here as in my opinion there is nobody better than them. The quality of care you receive here is simply not comparable to anywhere else. The first time I moved out of Vegas it was 8 years ago and after having several bad dentists in California I said no more and drove the 4-41/2 hours back to Vegas to see Dr. Bryan and his team. Being at the hands of a bad dentist resulted in the loss of 1 tooth and I can not sing the praises of Dr. Bryan enough as I know he saved another tooth from the bad dentist I had in California. This review is as honest as it gets and it is heartfelt. I am terrified at the thought of shopping for a new dentist here in Washington but, anyone who is reading this review is so very lucky in my opinion to have the opportunity to have Dr. Bryan as their dentist! read more

I Didn't last long at this shady place. The final straw was one of the female assistants telling me she can't clean my teeth as she could lose her license! They tried to get me to agree to a more expensive job which cleans under gums. I told them I would reschedule for that procedure but for now just need my teeth cleaned. Wouldn't do it stating she would LOSE HER LICENSE!!!!! HAHAHAHAH. Went to another dentist and they welcomed me with open arms and cleaned my teeth the same day! Hmmmmmmmm, chasing higher insurance jobs? Cleaning not enough for Nevada trails?? Then to top it all off I get a bill after about 6-7 months. The best dentist experience I've ever encountered! Today was my first time coming to Nevada Trails Dental and I could not be more happy with my choice. I actually live right across the street from it, but there are plenty of other dentist offices in my neighborhood that I could have chose from. I was able to get an appointment in within two weeks of me calling which I just needed a regular checkup despite the fact I have not seen a dentist in over three years... I received a reminder text message (which I loved) yesterday to remind me of my appointment. I arrived a little early to fill out all my paperwork since it was my first visit and right after I was done,the dental hygienist was ready for me. I am always used to waiting at least 10 minutes in the waiting room, but they said they even strive to not keep their patients waiting. How great is that?!? The dental hygienist and the dentist, Dr. Brian had nothing but great things to say about my teeth. They complimented me on my great oral hygiene and I even got sent home with a goody bag! I've lived in Las Vegas for 13 years, but took a 9 year break from the dentist when I moved here in '99. I chose Nevada Trails for their proximity to my home and work. I let them know how long it had been since my last cleaning/check up and not only were they kind, gentle and understanding, they were complimentary of my oral health!! I have referred all my girlfriends and co-workers to them and everyone is thrilled with their service and care. It's 4 years later and I actually look forward to my bi-annual appointments!! You'll never wait more than a few minutes to get in and the office is clean and pleasant to be in. T.V. or music are provided for your relaxation too.
