I came in for my appointment I was a bit early since I got off early and the traffic was decent . I come in at about 148 pm and she looks disgusted at seeing someone walk in . She then asks if I have an appointment and I state that I do it's at 230 and I'm just a bit early . She proceeds to say that she is going to lunch and I can come back at 230. I ask if she had anything before that time and she respond with "today?".... She then proceeds to tell me she is on lunch and going to lunch a few more times , all the while she has an empty plate of her food sitting in front of her. So I ask her name and she does not want to give me her name I ask again and she said she did not have to give me her name. She refused several times to give me her name . About 5 minutes later I get an appointment cancelation text message so now I'm on the phone with customer service questioning why my appointment has been canceled. Thankfully I was able to get ahold of a Removery specialist who was able to reschedule my appointment and listen to my concerns about this technician. A message to the center manager will be placed about customer decency. Hopefully Andrea learns how to be a bit nicer when she is sitting at the front desk .

I make an effort to come see Dr Rispler and his staff at least once every 3 months or earlier but in those times I'm always greeted with a smile and good vibes. I've had laser done to my acne prone face and the laser that was used really killed the active acne off in literally hours. This was years ago and I'm proud and happy to say that with the right regimen and proper care from your dermatologist ((Dr Rispler) you will look the way you want to look sooner. Nowadays it's more maintenance and eating right. It did not, because I would then have to take even more time off to make it to a second appointment. She ended her message with a request to call the office to discuss a "$150" payment. I responded forwarding my email re: confirming for 5pm, I included how the only reason I was able to reschedule was through her associate AFTER she walked away cowardly, and that I would be calling to cancel or reschedule.
