She was confident I would get a personal call when her stylist returned from her week vacation . So then it was crickets, after 2-3 weeks went by I called the stylist myself . She said she was finishing a client and would get back with me . Crickets again , now we are at approximately 5-6 weeks, my hair is so overgrown. Took the bull by the horns and sent a text to the recommended stylist hoping for some kind of response by now . She apologizes and says , " Rose didn't call you ?" I said no , no one has . She told me she couldn't cut my hair because of a health situation and is not taking new clients . I understood the stylist's explanation but feel there was no follow through and this was very unprofessional. Especially when given my consultation it was explained that my haircut appointment would cost $200. If you are going to charge these prices I feel that the professionalism should be such .

I wasn't in a huge rush, but I can see that might be an issue if you're on your way to another appointment. She did a very quick, yet thorough job on my nail dip set, so I am very happy. Her technique was a tad rough as I felt my cuticles hurt a bit afterwards. All in all, the pricing is right and I would return.

I even asked her if she used 40 volume bleach because I could literally see the bottle when she poured it. She told me no, and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially because when I called beforehand, the owner assured me I was "in good hands." Clearly I was very wrong. There was NOTHING good about this experience. Honestly, I should have gotten up and walked out the second she started foiling my hair because the entire process was chaotic and careless. On top of that: - Before my service even started, she used a bleach/color bowl that STILL had leftover color from another client in it. Huge sanitary violation. - During the service, she knocked over her entire tray, bowl of bleach, color, brushes, EVERYTHING onto the floor... then picked it all back up and CONTINUED USING IT. I am absolutely mortified. I cried to my husband over this because that's how devastated I am about my hair. It has taken me YEARS to grow and maintain healthy long hair, and now I'm dealing with severe breakage, frizz, mushy overprocessed pieces, and damage that could have been completely avoided with proper care and professionalism. Due to the extent of the damage and the corrective services now required, I will be exploring my legal options, including filing a small claims case for damages and repair costs.
