This is a great salon, I love it (was referred to this salon by my sister). It is very clean, professional, and staff are always helpful & friendly. My stylist (Deborah) is simply amazing. I don't know how she is able to get my hair the light blonde shade that I always request but I just know nobody else in my past has been able to achieve it (I'm Asian so it tends to turn brassy/orange instead). She does it perfectly! I love it so much every time I get it touched up. Deborah is very skilled and overall just a lovely person to talk to as well. Negative stars, don't get your hair trimmed here. My hair was more than halfway down my back when I went in, now it's about shoulder length. It's one of the WORST haircuts I've EVER had!! I've been in to have it recut and it's not much better than it was after the first time. It will take more than a year for my hair to grow back. I had the pleasure of meeting Suzy the owner a year ago. It was kind of an accident how I found her salon. Upon calling to make an appointment I was greeted nicely by Alma her receptionist. From the start of my first initial experience to now the 3rd I've always had great results. Her salon is clean. Suzy is very sweet as well as the other ladies . The salon is clean and they usually have a nice little coffee station when it's not "Covid" restricted . The products they use are awesome and do not irritate my overly sensitive scalp. I was previously blonde and needed a refresh / new start. So I decided to cut my hair really short (prior to coming in the first time) and revert back to a more natural hair tone. Suzy was super nice, listened to my hair dilemma lol and reassured me that once I got past the awkward above the shoulder length I'd be back in layers. Sure enough 6 months later here we are !!
