I paid a deposit online as well for half the amount, and I got a classic facial for $115. I found the price worth the money and I had such a good time!! I cannot recommend Nicole enough, she is knowledgeable, professional, kind & thorough. Even though the extractions hurt a little, she was patient and checked in with me during the process about the pressure she was applying. It was super relaxing and cozy with the music and candle lit. My favorite part was the facial massage. She answered every question and gave me great advice and tips on how to improve my skincare. You even get a complimentary drink with your service. However, I was not pleased with an interaction I had yesterday when trying to get a manicure/pedicure. There is normally a man that works the front desk, schedules appointments, handles flow, discusses rewards points, makes drinks, etc and he is always wonderful. However, yesterday there was a woman there who was extremely rude. We were scheduled for 3 pedicures but my mom and I decided to get manicures after we arrived which my sister informed the front desk of and they said okay. When the technician was doing my pedicure, she asked if I was also getting a manicure and I said yes and after my pedicure was done she pointed me towards the manicure station to sit down. The lady from the front desk came up to me quickly while I was putting my shoes on and told me "you only booked a pedicure, you did not book a manicure so you'll have to wait" in a pretty rude tone. There were only 2 people waiting who already had techs assigned to them. I tipped my technician (who looked extremely uncomfortable after being told by the lady that she was not to do my manicure) and left feeling really uncomfortable for being berated about a manicure. I will return but I am hoping she will not be working the front desk next time or works on her communication with customers. Side note: my mom got a manicure with no issues despite also "not being scheduled"

No fluff, just maintenance services for Summer. I've never left unhappy.
