The place is very clean. I was so happy I was able to be helped right away on a Saturday. The lady who did my feet did well but the lady that did my mani filed my nails really low. I was disappointed as I had been growing them out. She ended up putting hot gel to fix them back to match my other hand and it just took longer than I expected to be there.. it's possible it's a language barrier but she didn't express apologies. My nail beds on my left hand are super thick.. which I mentioned I didn't want... I'm not really satisfied with her particular work at all. I had medicure/pedicure yesterday. It was amazing. Kelly is the manager, and gave me a luxurious pedicure with massages, paraffin treatment. I had so much callous spots on my feet from hours on feet and running. The staff was incredible with Kelly, Yvonne, Sonny, abd Tran. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. Kat was the girl who did my fill and nail design. She didn't greet me when I sat in her chair. I had to tell her "hello how are you?" She then spoke to me. I showed her the inspo I wanted for the design she confidently said she can do it. However, that wasn't the case. I had to keep showing her areas that was really messed up. She was very upset with me. There was even small pieces of hair in my polish. I left so unhappy. I just wanted to have a nice moment to myself but that wasn't the case. Then my GF tried and couldn't stop raving about the quality, the great pricing and the personality of the staff members. So I tried them. QUALITY: As good as or better then all other salons in the area, plus better than the pricey places tried on the Westside in Brentwood, Beverly Hills and Century City. PRICES: As low as it gets not just South Bay, but even in the SF Valley. Personality: From the owners to each nail tech, all are kind, sweet and willing to go above and beyond when you have a problem (think ingrown toenails) or a seriously damaged fingernail. The fab four took care of us yesterday. Kelly, Sonny, Tran and Yvonne worked on both of us yesterday and they did such an amazing job. Kelly has such a great personality, she made nice conversation and suggested beautiful bright hip colors for my partner and I. My partner is a senior citizen and all of the staff went out of their way to make both of us (and were really great with my partner). Sonny is really good with designs along with Kelly. Tran and Yvonne were both very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The location is very clean and they use really good quality products. The location is in a very nice and upscale strip mall in Torrance near lots of good restaurants and stores. We had no problem finding parking and we didn't feel rushed or hurried. The salon was quite busy with lots of customers getting their nails done. They took a few walk ins while we were there, and they were very happy that they were able to get their nails done on such short notice. I came in on a Sunday as I need it an emergency nail removal and got a gel manicure. 3 days after the gel color went from pink to a cream color. I went in to have it changed and I was being charged $25 to change the gel color. The gentleman in the front claimed that the color changed because I must of rubbed my hands on new clothes or a lotion I used caused the change. I get gel manicures every 2-3 weeks and I have never experienced this. The quality of the gel polish was very poor. read more

The place is always clean looking too! The lady who did this mani on me was very sweet! She helped me get my confidence back about my nails after I had went to a girl who was NOT licensed, working from home damaged my nails sooo badly (the products she used). She was nice, but idk what happened but it disintegrated a piece of my nail and I had to let them grow out but they Still Looked horrible!! ((Look at last photo for my "before" manicure w/Bellagio)) I don't have a pic of my right hand but that one was worst. But thankfully, Bellagio nail techs fixed my nails up so nicely!! I'm so thankful they were able to help me out!! And literally the day before Mothers Day! So I was one happy Mami!!! And my pedicure of course was great too! The massage felt nice. I will do my best to not completely tear into this place, so..here goes. I made an appointment yesterday 7/28/18 with Kelly, for my daughter and I, to get two spa pedicures/mani/and a fill. I made the appointment for 7/29/18 at 10:30am. The day of the appointment, I arrived 3 mins early, advised Kelly I was there for my 10:30 am appointment, and then proceeded to wait for a nail tech. By 10:40 am, another woman came in AFTER me, and told Kelly that she has a 10:30 am appointment. The young lady's party wasn't there yet, so she waited a while for him to show up. Her party didn't show up until 10:45 am. All the while, my daughter and I were still waiting. As soon as the young lady's party arrived, Kelly took them to their spa chairs and proceeded to provide them with excellent service. My daughter and I were still waiting... After a few minutes, Kelly called out to my daughter and told her to have a seat in one of the spa chairs. She told me that she'd do my nails first. Mind you, the day prior, she told me that my daughter and I would have our pedicures at the same time; and my nails would be done last due to schedule conflicts. At this point, it is now 10:45 am, and my daughter still hasn't been helped. The nail techs, literally, walked away from her. My daughter was trying to fix the chair and no one even attempted to help her. I keep looking at my phone for the time, and its now almost 10:50 am. At this point, I'm PISSED! I told my daughter to get her damn feet out of the foot spa and lets go! I told Sonny, who is always rude to me when I come in, that I came in BEFORE the party being serviced. Sonny had the audacity to tell me that the party had an appointment. I informed him in the most DIRECT way I could that I had an appointment as well.. and I left. I was and still am, LIVID. By the way, the place did try and call me after I had already left. I will NEVER return to this establishment AGAIN. It's sad because I really liked Kelly but apparently, the feeling wasn't mutual. I'm really hoping this has nothing to do with race, due to me being black and the party being white. That's the feeling I got, but I cannot confirm that for sure. I looked up Nail Salons near work in Torrance and happened to come across this shop. I didn't make an appointment and just walked in. There was no waiting and the first person to greet me was Sonny. At first glance the shop looks brand new and the equipment does too. I asked Sonny how long has this shop been open, he said 10+ years. I knew exactly what I wanted which is the pink and white ombre nails. He show me alot of nail samples of the ombre and I chose a baby pink with glitter. Needles to say I was not disappointed and was happy I came to this shop. Sonny took his time and his technique is greatn very attentive to detail. They do take credit cards, debit and cash. I always had a good experience when the ladies with more seniority took care of my acrylics but Friday 27 of November 2021, I went and they assigned me a hound young girl (in her 20's maybe) of the crew. horror! I have 3 bleeding fingers! my pinky Is filled with acrylic under the nail making It thick and glued to the skin. My thumbs are un-even one longer than the other. As they were closing we had to rush out so not until i was in my car I felt the pain throbbing and how horrible the nails look. I was asked to get back but I am traveling and i can't get back to have this fix. But even if I did my skin Is hurting from the cuts and they wouldn't be able to touch them due to how sensitive they are. Never let the young girl do your acrylics and the owners need to bring people with experience. I should get my full refund. read more

Absolutely disappointed. I went to get my nails done for my wedding. I got the dip nails and selected a burgundy from the samples. I also got a gel pedicure. When the man finished my dip nails the color was BRIGHT RED instead of a dark burgundy. I told him and he said he had already done 3 shades and that was the color. I asked him to bring the sample I had selected and sure enough it was a different color. He then applied the gel color from my pedicure onto my nails to cover the bright red. But nonetheless he charged me for the dip nails despite the fact that the ultimate color was just a basic gel color. Second complaint. My bridesmaid asked for a gel manicure. One of her nails was broken and she asked them to glue it. They refused and simply painted the nail with gel. Which will now break within a week. I will NOT be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

First time coming here and it was definitely not like any nail salon I went to. The place is air conditioned and they have nice seats available if there is a crowd. There are TVs on each side of the wall, so no matter which way you are looking you won't miss anything. I came around 3:30pm after work as a walk in, and right away was greeted. Since it was my first time I did ask the prices for gel and holographic nails. I opt out on the holographic because it was $15 more added to the gel nails. It was pretty pricey compared to the one I usually go to. My nail artist was Lynn and she was very nice. She did a very good job on making sure all my nails were even and came out nice. She took her time and made sure that it was neat and not sloppy. (No lumps or clumps on my nails :), big thumbs up!) at the end you get a complementary massage. It actually felt nice, since I'm always typing and a massage was definitely what I needed. I also squeezed in a pedicure, which was the first time I had one that gave a rock massage. That was pretty interesting. They clean your feet like all salons do, but this one included a hot rock massage and a hot towel massage. Both felt very nice! Oh and if you come to this salon, which I think you all should, don't worry if you forgot to bring sandals, they provide temporary ones for you:). All in all, I give it a 4/5. Why not 5/5 since I think they are good? It's due to the price of additional items like holographic nails. It's a bit pricey for me. I would probably go to my other salon near my house for that. But there is nothing wrong with this salon :). Everyone is nice and helpful. If you are unsure about something, they will help you and make sure you are taken care off. read more

I came in today to get my nails done with SNS(dipping powder). The salon is very clean and I was greeted immediately. I told the gentleman wha I wanted and he gave me samples to look at. There were a moderate amount of colors but I can say I was a little dissatisfaction with the selection. I was just expecting more fun options. I came from Atlanta and my old haunts had a lot more to choose from than your basic grays, pastel pinks etc. I chose a teal and glitter combo and was seated. The service itself was uneventful. It was $40 which I think is a little steep, since I didn't even get a hand massage. All in all, it was okay. I think I can find better in LA. Update: So a week later all of the top coat is peeling and chipping. This is terrible. I will never be back. read more

I feel that there may be some discrimination going on here, but removing that they still fail to meet my standards as it relates to customer service and quality in their work. I am never greeted here, yet I see "other" people getting warm welcomes. They are very rough and treat me in a rude and condescending manner. The salon was clean and bright. There was a bit of a wait but we were warned and decided to stay as it was expected without an appointment. The menu seemed clear and we picked the deluxe pedi at $38.00. The tech I had was attentive, polite and ensured I was comfortable. Turning on the massage chair etc. The other tech was not quite as helpful and waved off requests to cut big toe nails a little shorter, but eventually did it. She did not talk and was not interested in participating in the conversations we and my tech, and another customer were having. She was difficult for my friend to understand and didn't seem to understand my friend was blind and thus her guide dog. My tech though I think tried to make up for it and was very friendly to us both. It was disappointing that when finished my pedi cost the 38.00 but my friend who did not even get polish when done was charged 44.00 because she had just a few nails that had some gel polish still hanging on and was charged to remove it. I had two nails with gel polish still on and was not charged more. I't was frustrating as the other tech was trying to tell my friend the price and would not show her or me the paper with the price on it even after being told my friend cannot see may I please have the ticket. She would not show it to us until I told my friend that "it must be 38.00 like mine we had the same and you didn't even do any polish". She gave the woman 45.00 and the lady indicated it wasn't enough and finally showed me a scrap of paper with 44.00 written on it. I told my friend and then tried to ask why hers was more when she had the same as me and didn't have any new polish done. The woman tried to indicate my friend's was more because she had to remove the bit of remaining gel nail polish on her toes. She did not do any polish (not even a clear coat) nor any buffing. It was stated on the menu that to do gel nail polish was a higher price but nothing about removing some that was left on a few toes being more. It was no more difficult than taking off regular polish. My tech helped place my sandals back on my felt but the other tech didn't even bother to hand my friend her shoes to put on herself, leaving her to have to get them herself and put them on. I think she was bothered by my friend's guide dog. the lady that helped me was kind and repeatedly asked about the guide dog and complimented him several times, sometimes seeming in compensation for how the other lady was behaving and engaged in pleasant conversation with us both. I thought those issues disappointing and it made things awkward at times, especially at the end with the bills. Not sure I would return with my friend maybe alone but just something to think about. read more
