I absolutely LOVEEED my experience at Elegant Nails in Torrance. I get my nails done at least once a month because otherwise I will bite them :( I have been doing builder gel for the past 3 months, and Elegant Nails is BY FAR the BEST, especially with Trang!! Her attention to detail was amazing, and she took her time with making everything look beautiful. The cat eye effect was so cute and pretty, which I decided to add when I saw her own nails. They gave me a cold bottle of water, and the overall vibes were very positive and upbeat, even at 5pm in the evening. If you're even thinking about it, BOOK HERE. You won't regret it!!

Came back here for the second time and updating my review with more recent photos. The first time around, I did the cat eye nails. I loved them. They lasted a good month and only had to come back because my nails were growing out. In light of the upcoming season, updated my color schemes to reds this time around. Similar to my first experience, John did a wonderful job on my hands (gel builder). He's thorough and really cares about customer satisfaction. A woman named Cindy did my toes, who also did a good job this time around as well. All in all, the both times I've been here thus far, have been wonderful experiences!

It's probably been five years since I've last done my nails... After putting it off for so long, I decided to finally get them done for an upcoming event! I got gel-x for my hands and a gel pedicure and I couldn't be happier! The staff are very attentive and took really good care of me! My nails feel sturdy and they're the perfect shape to compliment my hands. It's always amazing how a good set of nails makes you feel so put together! It is definitely a far drive from LA but def worth the trip if you're in the area! I will definitely be returning!

This morning me and my daughter came in for gel manicure and pedicure. We made an appointment online in the middle of the night and it was accepted about 6am so that was great. We got there about 5 minutes early and they were ready for us, they already had our assigned seat waiting for us to start our pedicure. We both sat down by 9:30 and were out at 10:26. We love our manicure and pedicure and I love how much attention to detail they paid to mine and my daughters nails. They always make us feel comfortable and We will always come back here to get our nails and toes done. We have been here a few times before and recieved the same exceptional service even when they are busy! You won't regret making this your regular nail salon.

We asked if they did gel-x and they did so we said let's try it. I am so so pleased by the service, the friendliness, professionalism, quality of this place. My nails came out beautiful, and my pedi they are very detailed oriented, they take their take and make sure it's exactly what you want. Super clean, music is perfect volume. This will be my go to spot. Kim is very sweet, John if I'm not mistaken doesn't speak much but his work is great! He did my nails in about 15 minutes.

I've been coming to this salon for the past few months and I'm obsessed with the quality and the service. I always get a manicure with John and he does not miss ! He's a perfectionist and it shows because my nails are always even, well shaped, no lumps or little pieces of gunk left under my nails. He always makes them thin how I like it. The owner is also very, very nice & welcoming. She will remember and greet you by name which is a nice touch. I also do my pedicures with Tin which I recommend. Honestly everyone is very friendly and nice and does a good job. Can't recommend this place enough.

The nail shop was very clean, and inviting. Staff and owner were very friendly. Prices are slightly less than surrounding salons. My pedi and manicure was an enjoyable experience. Discounts and package purchases are available. I made an appointment to have my back waxed. This service is 30% less than I usually pay, when I can find a salon. I recommend Elegant Nails Spa. Call for an appointment for any special services such as, eye brows, eye lashes, partial or body waxing, This spa has been open about six months and their client list is increasing.

I have been to a LOT of nail salons in Torrance of the years, but this is by far my favorite. Trang was so careful and patient with all my requests and did a lovely job on both polish and nail cleanup. Additionally, I never felt rushed or anxious. It was a very relaxing experience. Always the best experience here. I've been coming for over a year now that a new salon owner took over and its quality is 10/10. Best nail techs from my experience: Trang, John, Mia, Cindy, and Chi I personally get hard gel because I want polish that lasts me 3-4 weeks and they do a phenomenal job. My pedicures (gel) last 2 months and the shine holds. I work in healthcare so it's important that the builder gel is sealed tight otherwise water will live under my nails and allow bacteria to grow. This place makes sure the health of my nails stays good! I can't speak on design because I love a simple nail. They have DND, OPI, Apres and more! Best part of this salon is they don't treat it like a factory. They take their time and they're even found on ClassPass! read more

I was a "walk in" on a Saturday around 10:00am. I was greeted and seated immediately. This place is a nice size and very clean. They have a check in service where you put your information in to give you points for your visits. This is a plus!!!! They also give you a stamp card. I had a manicure and pedicure and everything was great. The workers were kind and did a great job. I met the owner Chi and she is absolutely wonderful! I wish more owners of businesses had the customer service skills that she provided. I have definitely found my new nail place. read more

I've been coming to Chi for over 15 years. So, that says a lot. I love her husband John & their whole team. They do amazing nails consistently, no matter the ask. They're both so cute & their customer service is always top tier. They've taken care of my family & I so much. Tiim is the best at pedicures! I cannot say enough. He is so patient, so meticulous & kind. He does not mind all my add ons. I also love the YouTube music selections that I can sing along & relax to after a long shift at work in the massage chair. Definitely schedule an appt here! You won't regret it. It beats the super busy, rushed jobs at other salons. read more

I absolutely love coming here! My manicure and pedicure lady, Kim, always does an amazing job -- she's detailed, gentle, and makes my nails look perfect every time. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Chi, who takes care of my facial waxing and helps me with my ingrown toenails. They're reliable, fast and friendly. After waiting at another nail salon for 35 minutes and getting passed up with 4 walk ins after me, I called Elegant nails and they took me as a walk in. It was close to closing but they were nice about it. They were friendly and offered water and called me by my name. The service here goes above and beyond. The nail tech didn't mind that I changed my mind about the color. I'll definitely be back. 5 stars for service! read more

And the salon started getting busy with walk ins and appointments showing up.honestly at the moment i felt rushed. They way they were working on my toes and my gel mani. Sooooo bad. This is an update to my review: 3 more of my nails had broken off the day of my graduation. I went back once I got back in town and asked for a refund. The new owner Chi convinced me to allow her to do a brand new set with their best products. Reluctantly I agreed, but I'm happy I did. She was able to do a full set in an hour and my nails still are holding on strong a few weeks later. She did a great job and I will still consider this place next time I need my nails done :) read more

I showed her a photo of what I wanted and told her it didn't have to be exact, but she made sure it came out just like the photo and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the progress. I don't do nails too often, usually because the choices are overwhelming sometimes, but she made the process so easy and comfortable. Salon is clean, comfortable, with free parking. Other ladies are super nice too, Jenny helped me with my pedicure. Price seemed really fair, she spent close to 2 hours on my nails, and for that much time and effort, I think it was very affordable. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I got a basic mani/pedi for guys with a nail buff & shine and she went the extra mile to even add an extra service, some kind to wax hand soak that left my hands feeling extra soft and pampered when I left.
