I ordered the Monday special for the first time - a 3 topping pizza - over the phone. I went and picked it up. I was charged the wrong amount for the 'special', I told them and they corrected it. Yay! When I got home the pizza had no sauce. I called, curious if I had to ask for sauce as one of the 3 toppings. They told me it comes with sauce. To correct the order they said they would make a new one, but I'd need to pick it up. I declined coming in, no offer for a refund... so I inquired if on one of their deliveries that they could possibly drop it by, no rush at all. They agreed. Yay! We went through the order again verbally to make sure they knew what I wanted, which I appreciate!!! After 1.5 hours the pizza arrives. Yay! Brought it to my kitchen and open the box... IT WAS COMPLETELY the WRONG pizza. It was OBVIOUSLY the wrong pizza!!! It had those bright green peppers you put on a sandwiches and olives. I called immediately and ask for the manager (George). I tell him if the issue. He knew about the second pizza delivery. He put me on hold and called the driver (3 min from delivery time at most). They said it must have gotten mixed in the shuffle. Did they deliver my pizza to someone else? Now they offer a refund. I again corrected them on the amount, then said they couldn't put it on my card type. The one I charged it on, so strange??? I'm hoping I see the credit tomorrow! Now I'm super hungry and disappointed. Amplified since I just returned to town & fridge is bare. I have only tried this location a couple times since their reopening. I keep hoping their pizza will be as good as it once was! Wish I could give no starts because good gawd at this place. tried to order online before closing and their website refused to let me submit the order well before it said they wouldn't be taking any more online orders. called and asked why this was and they had no idea. called and placed an order for a 1/2 and 1/2 type pizza, tried to add more veggies and the person working the phone - who could barely hear me- was completely dumbfounded by me doing this and was apparently too advanced for him to process so I gave up and couldn't explain it to him anyway because of how god damn loud it is on there. went in to pick up and 4 people could not be bothered to look up for whatever they were doing cause clearly it was more important. While the pizza really good it is never ready at the time you schedule it for. Also, picking up a pizza is one of the more stressful events of the week. Called the location they would not do anything for us said the order came in online and they made the pizza. I'm not sure why Bellagios has such a bad rating! Our family has been ordering from here for years and it's our go to pizza delivery in the area. They do have thin crust but I'm more of a thick-crust girl so I can't say much about their thin crust pizzas but their dough is absolutely perfection. I'm guessing that their dough is popular amongst their customers because they sell their pizza dough as well! If you're looking for soft, pillowy pizza dough that's the perfect combo of savory and sweet, you gotta give Bellagios a try. Here's our go-to "secret" order: Build your own pizza with just the garlic and olive oil base, extra mozzarella, italian sausage, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, extra garlic. Yumm! We've also stopped by in-store to have pizza at JJ's Pub and have had nothing but great experiences! Everyone's super kind and it's never too busy. PS. We are long time Bellagios customers - we love the pizza. However this location, in particular, is terribly run. The last time we ordered they just didn't show up. This has never happened to us before with any pizza delivery. We waited the two hours they said it would take to get our pizza. Called over and over (their voicemail was full and they weren't answering the phone) when they were half an hour late and they said "sorry we had a big catering order today". Not my problem - if that's the case don't take orders! They said it would be there "soon" and I asked what soon was and he said 15 minutes. They never showed up. We went in to the location the next day and they barely apologized, didn't refund us because the charge was still pending and didn't offer anything to make up for it, besides a "guarantee it won't happen next time". Sadly there won't be a next time. The Tualatin location doesn't deliver to Lake O but is much more reliable for take out. My advice is to get your pizza elsewhere. read more

My family moved here from Cali 1 year ago, and this is some of the best pizza my family has ever had. This can't be the same place that these horrible reviews are about. And not just the pizza. I get shirley temples every time I eat at a restaurant, and they hands down have the best. Even the water was good..like good enough that even my 7 year old made a comment. I've had consistently good pizza at the Sellwood location and after trying the Lake Oswego (McVey) location I think this is another good location I'll be going to. (The West Linn location gave me lousy food on two occasions, so I avoid that one.) At this Lake Oswego location, I ordered 4 XL pizzas and they were hot ready in 20 minutes. We called and they apologized and said they were busy and would deduct it from our bill. I've been going to this Bellagios for quite some time now and I will have to say it is probably the most consistent pizza place I visit when it comes to the quality of their food. The service is always great and the people are always nice. Like any place you could probably point out some issues or may have had bad service or something happen. Which in my case I have had something happen. We all make mistakes but it's the outcome of it that matters. I had the pleasure of speaking with a manager named Brandon there who was able to listen and help me with an issue I had. He was super friendly and helpful and gladly listened to me and apologized for the issues and concerns I made aware to him. I know most people who would have an issue would go straight to the reviews and give a 1 star and however I would have probably done that but Talking to him and understanding and knowing that mistakes do happen I will still give them a 5 star review and continue to go there because of how he handled the situation. Last time I ordered, they neglected to cut the pizza up, something I didn't discover until I got home. The time before that, when I arrived to pick up my pizza, the worker informed me it was in the oven. After waiting another 10+ minutes, I asked about the status of my order, and was informed that it hadn't been put in the oven yet. What was initially "your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes", turned into 45 minutes from the time we placed the order, to when it was handed to me. It sucks that I have to write this, because I hate having to say something so negative about a business. However, this place consistently, every time, screws it all up. They lose the ticket, don't get the online order, give you the wrong food...you name it, they'll find a way to screw it up. I walk in for an order and greet the young woman with dirty blonde hair with a hello, she responds with a hello and i'm completely ignored. I go down the counter, and i'm helped by another young man whom helped me immediately. However, as I wait I hear the young woman complain about having to answer doordash phone calls and sarcastically makes a remark about how it's "her favorite call ever" to her co-workers, as she rolls her eyes. Another young man picks up the phone, rolls his eyes and slams the phone down. Another young man is completely zoned out watching TV from the back counter... Where to begin? Ordered a pizza at 3:00 online for a 6:00 pm delivery. At 6:30 still no pizza. Called for the manager, William. He said he saw the order earlier but didn't know what happened to it. He said they would make a pizza and deliver in 45 minutes. 10 minutes later there was a pizza at the door. It was cold and soggy. Where did It come from. The manager did not know. It got worse from there as he said he didn't know what to do. Long story short they sent out another pizza. It was not the pizza we even ordered and also cold soggy crust. Pizzicato would not deliver without twenty-four hours notice for three pies and salad.
