I've now been a patient for over six years and have consistently been impressed with the service, fair pricing, honest consultations and treatment plans. Nancy has been my hygienist for quite some time and she is incredibly thorough, friendly, and always offers helpful suggestions for at-home care between appointments. Why would you only take a partial set of xrays on an initial exam and then somehow delete the xrays of the teeth that are of concern? Because you don't won't another dentist seeing that you completely overlooked areas of significant problems. Staff that presented treatment plan were extremely aggressive in demanding payment for half of the cost of plan(plan total of $18,000) which I had concerns with and hadn't agreed to yet. I have seen credible biological dentists where I previously lived with great success. Dr Yelle proposed treatments that directly conflicted with his assessments, ie implants in areas where there is significant bone loss. He clearly doesn't understand biological dentistry and was obviously just out to make a buck. Dr Yelle is a charlatan and his work is extremely lacking. Another dentist that I went to for a second opinion said that "in his opinion, his licensed should be revoked" and pointed out all of the areas that went unaddressed, including an infection in the tooth that initially brought me to him. . All of the work that he did do and that I paid $1800 for, has to be redone because none of the fillings are sealed. Other dentist's plan was significantly less in cost with more work getting done, the right way. Stay away if you value your health and your wallet!

Calling in is not a bad experience either. Again, the staff is friendly, professional and competent, and are genuinely helpful. This is one of those places where the 'vibe' just feels right. As several other reviews state on Yelp, this business is extremely shady in regards to billing practices. We learned through many encounters with them, that you need to keep copies of your signed treatment plans or they will change up the cost of the treatment and request more money. Despite having gone round and round with them for years with copies of our signed treatment plans, they continue to send bills. These bills aren't even itemized and they can't seem to ever describe what the amount is for. When we call the business to remedy, they "assure" us they will speak to the office manager. We are told the amount is resolved. And then we get another bill in the mail months later. This has now been going on for nearly 2 years. Sadly our family, who have been patients here for many years, have officially moved our entire family away from this practice.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I'd been given a clean bill of health while underlying issues persisted. My wife, a retired dental hygienist, and I decided it was time to seek out better care--and we're incredibly grateful to have found it at Corera Family Dentistry. I had previously lost a tooth and received an implant, which later became the source of infection. During my consultation, Dr. Seibold was thoughtful, thorough, and collaborative. After reviewing panoramic X-rays and consulting directly with the oral surgeon who placed the implant, he carefully considered my case. Ultimately, Dr. Seibold determined that a more specialized dentist would be best equipped to manage my unique situation and referred me accordingly. What stood out most was the time he took to personally explain everything in detail and the integrity he showed by prioritizing my health over simply keeping my case in-house. His commitment to quality patient care, professionalism, and honesty is exceptional. Dr. Seibold and Corera Family Dentistry are the kind of providers you want in your corner--and the ones I will wholeheartedly refer to others.

I found all the women staff at the front desk/ hygienists to be good at their jobs too. Unfortunately, last May I received a text cancellation within less than 24 hours (they bill customers for a cancellation less than 24 hours). She won't offer me any other times or dates, she forcefully wanted me to take back the appointment she canceled herself. You can't mess up and expect customers to clean up your mess. What pushed me away from this dental office was to see how this person would feel so entitled to manipulate another person's schedule on her own terms and be openly and confidently BITTER. Ultimately, I hold responsible the 2 dentists for not following with quality assurance with her. She was texting this unprofessional way to a customer of 10 years, and they didn't even have a clue. I have principles.

If those of you reading this review are looking for a great dentist, these guys are really good. I am now 76 years old and was billed a surprising dollar amount due to change in insurance carriers. I was not aware that the business / billing office would charge me 3 times what is the normal charge for Delta Dental or my new insurer United Health Care. In the past (with Delta) I was billed the difference between the "amount allowed" (the amount the insurance company is willing to pay) and the amount of coverage. example, Billed amount = $400, Amount Allowed = $150, Coverage is 50% of $150 = $75. Because I am now with United Health, same example... Billed amount =$400, Amount allowed = $150, Coverage is 50% should be $75 but NO, I am billed $400 - $150 = $250, coverage is 50% = $125, not $75 as billed under Delta , And NOT told that it would be billed this way until after the procedure(s) are done! Bottom line is if your insurance is out of network or you have no insurance, you are going to billed as much as 3 times more!! I discussed with Tiffany at the office who was very condescending and rude. Unfortunately I will have to change dentist due to the way NON NETWORK is handled at HBD. Tiffany had no problem with me no longer a patient. Terribly unfortunate as again I really like the dentists, but the business office is extremely lacking in tact and professionalism. I had to charge $800 to my credit card and because I am retired (unemployed, living off primarily social security) I will have to pay this off over the next year! No need for the office to reply to this, but I am fairly certain they will (especially if its the front office responding)

Please due yourself a favor and find a more ethical Dentist. I should have been told up front that my insurance would not be covering anywhere close to what they charge.
