They have generous hours of operation which is great because many bakeries/cafes are closed by the time I get off work. Decided to get a few after dinner treats to share with my husband and was overwhelmed by how many delicious looking options they had! The service was wonderful and a woman working there (I will have to get her name next time) took time to tell me what everything was and help me decide what to try. Noone wants to try cupcakes for a wedding CAKE tasting. They taste differently! They justify you paying , and I quote "we stop everything we're doing to sit and talk to you". The chocolate was so lite didn't even taste like a good chocolate cake. I asked for chocolate mousse and that was the weakest mousse ever had no volume nor fluff. So safe to say the cake itself was bad. We would have been better going to fresh market or sams. Now the Embellishments and decor was so out dated and it had no pop nor anything extravagant look. Mind you I paid $242 because I wanted a show stopper cake for my sons 1st bday. I was extremely disappointed with not only the quality of cake but beyond disappointed with the art work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Nice people but it takes more then being nice to run a successful bakery. They also added a smash cake for pictures when my son went to obviously smash it the cake was rock hard with frost bite. My mouth just dropped.
