Bottom Line: A huge liquor store with some convenience store items…read more I rarely drive by Baymart so I often forget about it but after hearing what a great selection of liquor, beer and wine they have, I had to check it out. The store is chock-a-block of booze and such but the staff is very helpful in finding what you are looking for. The store also has snacks, water and caffeinated beverages. The store overlooks Route 50 Westbound and you have to wind your way around a little to get to it, but its worth it.

While the cashiers are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, Cindy's demeanor comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I inquired about a particular wine. Cindy appeared reluctant to assist and seemed inconvenienced by my request. Although she eventually located the item, her attitude made me feel as though I was bothering her simply by asking for assistance. Customer service is a major factor in where I choose to shop, and a welcoming atmosphere encourages customers to return. Unfortunately, Cindy's attitude has had the opposite effect. The cashiers create a positive experience, but the manager's consistently cold and unapproachable demeanor leaves a negative impression. I would honestly rather drive 10 miles out of my way to shop elsewhere than deal with the unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude I have experienced during my visits.
