Love the open concept layout and little extras (water/snacks) for guests. Parking is a little hard to come by, but they do offer $10 valet parking at the Colonel hotel. My hair stylist was I believe Kiana? I had really long hair and in all honesty didn't know what to do with my hair other than to trim it, so I can't say much except that it's a nice location an the stylist listened to what I said. I wanted some of my length off and for it to appear more thick... at the end when she asked if everything looked place I was hopeful that she would've checked that my hair was even in the front, but I had to point it out, which she easily corrected afterward, Otherwise, she's not bad. I enjoyed my time there and the price is decent for what you get. Maybe I'll try a different stylist next time to hopefully get that "ohh!", type feel to my haircut. read more

I had my first appointment at Belle Sirene yesterday and I was honestly blown away. The salon itself is beautiful and the service was amazing and thoughtful. You can tell they really care, and I also got a drink from the menu, it was so good. Kristina was my stylish and she absolutely killed it. As an Asian girly, it's honestly been difficult finding a stylish who really understands exactly what I want and knows how to work with my hair type and texture. However, Kristina listened to what I wanted, paid so much attention to detail, and my haircut turned out even better than I expected. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. I asked for face framing layers, and I'm pretty sure she accidentally took a chunk out of my right side.. unless it was a style choice to only cut short layers on one side (the side I don't part my hair on ... ). She attempted to style it, but was unable to. I attached a photo of the "layer" taken 15 minutes after my haircut. Wished there was a little more attempt to blend it... Dont usually write hairdresser reviews, but I am a little annoyed that I paid $100 to get a haircut that I have to fix. read more

In haste to book when I finally had a break from my work schedule, I booked an appt for the wrong day late last night. There is no option to cancel without incurring the $50 fee online. When I called the next morning minutes after opening, I was told I can reschedule but still have to pay. I understand and respect the policy. However just as the salon has to rebook due to unforeseen circumstances, there could be a little forgiveness when the customer made an honest mistake and made effort to correct. I begrudgingly made it to my appt after all but left a bad taste that no effort on the part of the staff to be more understanding or at least check if an exception could be made. I am at least very happy with my haircut. Raquel is a darling and mixes great conversation with her awesome haircut. I am excited to take the journey with her from my pixie cut back to my long locks. read more

Chloe completely saved my hair. I came to her with really dark (almost black) box dyed hair and she got it back to the perfect color in one session without bleach. I found her a year ago from a previous salon she was at and she moved to Belle Sirene and I love every bit of her work! She is so nice to work with and brought all my hair inspo to real life! It was difficult for me to find a stylist I'm comfortable with because I have psoriasis and Emily did not hesitate to accomodate me when I messaged her about my concern and knew how to take care of my hair and made me feel confident. she answered every hair question i had and gave me tips how to further take care of my hair and its color. She gave me free hair care samples to bring home with me and notes how to use the product! She's my go to stylist forever! The ambiance of the salon is 100% amazing! the environment was so lovely and LIVELY! the salon is clean and chairs are comfortable. they offer you a surprisingly huge menu of drink options and some baked goods. They were playing fun pop culture music that just gave me confident beachy california vibes and i love it! I'm honestly very disappointed. I've been to this salon several times and were always satisfied. When I pay $125 + tip on a haircut, I expect the highest quality. But what I got was my hair designer keep poking my forehead with her long nails until my makeup was removed and skin got red. She also kept brushing my cheek with the comb, when brushing my side hair. Then she left all the hair cut residues on my face, didn't even attempt to remove any, and said it was done perfectly. Plus my front hair was absolute flat with no volume at all even though I showed her the reference photo at the beginning. I didn't say anything at the shop because I didn't wanted to ruin my day or hers. But I think you guys should be aware of this and make some improvements read more
