My boyfriend had been having issues with his right front tire. We believe it was a slow leak, because every few days his low pressure light would come on and we would have to put air in it. Finally, I decided to take it in. I did some research before choosing Belle because I've had some average or below average experiences at other places in Bloomington. Belle had some of the best reviews so I took it in today at around 10am. The guys working were nice and quick working. I was out by 10:45 which is pretty good for a walk-in at any sort of mechanic. Fixing the leak was free, so I was able to just go once they were done. We will definitely be back to get tires when the time comes around! read more

I've had good experience with Belle Tire in other locations in the past. But the one in Columbus Indiana is horrid. They refuse to help me out when I had a emergency puncture in a tire. I ended up going to Walmart and got great service. So now on, I will be a Walmart customer. read more

Was at store on 7/25 at about 8:10 am. I understand that to check a tire for an air leak is a free service when you buy tires at Belle. I was greeted by Nicholas (I believe is the manager) who said I still had a lot of tread left on my tires but that my wipers needed replacing (I just replaced these three months ago - not needed). He said he had folks in front of me and it would be a "little while" and I said I understood and I brought my iPad. After TWO AND A HALF HOURS - they saw fit to check my tire. I had to ask several times how much more time. NO ONE managed my expectations. It was a light rain outside so I had to sit inside and listen to HARD ROCK (loud) for the full time I was there. When I complained a young associate said "hey, the upside is it is no charge, right?" - UHHHHHHHH - my time is worth something. Nicholas came out and said he told me at least two hours and was defensive. I corrected him and said two and a half hours is more than a little while. They handed me my keys and and I said they would see my review. As I got in car, I realized no one ever said what the cause of air leak was. I drove around to the car bays and Nicholas saw me and came up to me. He apologized - which I appreciate - but he needed to handle this so much better when I was in front of a full waiting area. Do not recommend this location. Got a flat on way to business retreat in French Lick. Put on spare and specifically waited until I could go to closest Belle Tire in Bloomington. Tires were under warranty with Belle and I have always been treated like queen at their Fishers location. Figured all Belles just have great customer service. Not so! With no questions asked or even a polite greeting, I was told it would be a minimum of 4 hours before they could help me repair or replace tire because they do "everyone's in town for free". It was an obvious over quote, he simply had no desire to help. Needing to get back home before 4, I left and hoped spare would safely make it all the way to Fishers. I465 was scary with torrential storm, but I made it. Sitting at the Fishers Belle now and they are taking great care of me! Unfortunately need to spend $350 to replace 2 tires, but happily giving my money to this branch! read more

I called them urgently to get two new tires on the front of my vehicle due to a mis-alignment and a bald tire. I was leaving for a big trip tomorrow and they were able to get me in right away. I got the two new tires for around 400 bucks and an alignment for around 100 bucks. They also gave me a 10% discount for my military service. After buying tires there, two times I had to go back because the tires were leaking around the rim. Both times they told me to either come bac the next morning at 8 am or wait at least two hours for them to look at my tires. I had actually booked an appointment for four tires and installation as well as a wheel alignment. They took it in, got me done within two hours, and ended up telling me I didn't even need an alignment when another place said I did. Saved me like $120. They did a nice job with my tire, HOWEVER, they left black filth smeared all over my console which is white leather. There's also a nasty handprint under my window. See attached photos. When I picked my car up, my passenger side window was left down and my car was unlocked. I drive a Mercedes so it's not like I have some beater car. Extremely inconsiderate of the interior or my car along with leaving window down and car unlocked while unattended. Good thing no one decided to steal my stuff. Unacceptable. Went in for some new tires. The first attempt, I made an appointment and waited over an hour and they never got my truck in the shop. I ended up rescheduling for the next week. Went to the second appointment and waited over 3 hours for them to get the tires mounted. I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you can't honor a reasonable time to complete the service. Very disappointed with the time to complete service. Staff up front seemed nice and accommodating. Technicians seemed like they didn't have any sense of urgency. While I was there I saw some technicians playing on their phones and meandering around like they didn't have anything to do. Not sure what the reason for this behavior was but definitely not a good look for the business. I also witnessed other customers getting frustrated with the time it was taking to complete a service. I'm hoping they can make some improvements to better serve their customers in the future. They seem to have quality tires and get the job done right, they just need to up their game on timely service. If you go here I would recommend not relying on an appointment, but just dropping off and leaving your vehicle for the day. read more

I got new tires and they did an alright job, but told me that I couldn't get an alignment because the control arms were bent. I bought the control arms and replaced them came back for an alignment, sat for 3 hours and they told me the frame and passenger side axle is bent and they I need to go to a body shop. Scheduled an appointment to have front brakes put on my truck. Left my truck the night before. Was told it would be ready the next morning. Didn't hear anything from them so I called at noon. Was told it was not ready. Was told it would be ready that evening. Showed up at 5:45pm to pick my vehicle and was told it was not ready. I asked what was needed to be done and was told it was not even brought in the garage. They didn't call or anything. Please Just let me know if there is a problem through communication. I'm only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I bought a set of tires from these guys and that went well. However, this business and their mechanics are not trustworthy. I dropped my car off to have the tires rotated and I put marks on a couple of them so I could tell whether they actually get rotated when I pick it back up. Turns out they didn't rotate them. My husband change ballpoint and entire arm on both sides of my car. All we needed was a wheel alignment. So we went to Belle Tires, big mistake. The alignment was over 100.00. So I picked up my car same day. within a couple hours the steering went crooked and it was making a weird sound underneath. My husband lifted the car and noticed that they striped the bolt underneath cause alignment to fail. My husband was able to fix it but they did not need to take anything off for the alignment. Good thing my husband caught it. The car is still making a weird sound. Was going to get tires there but I think I will go somewhere else. read more
