I had a screw in my right front tire..I called Belle to make an appointment..they were fully booked but they offered to take a look..I wanted to know if the tire was repairable..and if not order the tire I needed..the tire was repairable so I went back the next day..the service was great!!!..I spoke to multiple people on both days..I know just 2 names and I hate to leave anyone out so I'll just say ALL of them were kind and helpful..I wish all of my problems were as easy to solve as my damaged tire!.. read more

Noticed a nail in my tire yesterday and didn't want to take it out and have a problem. Figured I'd have a problem getting in some where on a Saturday afternoon but called Belle and they said get it in by 2 and if the tire needed anything they'd have it done by 4. The nail was very close to the sidewalk so couldn't be patched but I was expecting that. New tire was on and the car ready by 3:30. They actually called twice and texted once that it was ready. I was a longtime loyal customer until my latest experience. I have a set of BFGoodrich tires bought from Bell tire in Brownsburg on my 2016 Accord that are a year old. One of the tires developed a bubble on the side of it and needed to be replaced. They ordered the tire and the sales person said they might be able to warranty the tire. The next day another salesperson said that that was not happening and the tire cost me 300.00. Good enough but that one tire getting mounted and an alignment took me from 9am until 2pm with me waiting at the store. This is unacceptable for a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at this store to be treated this way. Needless to say I would not recommend the Brownsburg Bell tire because of wait times and vary poor management. read more

Have purchased several sets of tires from Bell tire. They do "free" repairs on tires you purchased from there. Called on the phone to see if they were busy if they could see if my tire has a nail. Thomas the manager said sure come on in. We'll work you right in I get over here and I'm less sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes when I checked in another guy was upfront. Acted like he knew nothing about me bringing my car in fact when I tried to check in, he left me sitting there while he called multiple people on the phone as I stood there waiting. I approached Thomas and said when I called on the phone you said that if I drove over here You could get my car in and look at my tire. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to come to this location. He acted like a whipped dog and didn't even respond to me. I think they've grown too much they have too much business and they don't appreciate the customers who have spent their money with this business . There is a tire place on every corner. They are not the only choice. When I called all he had to do was say that he was too busy to get me hand in a timely fashion. I won't be buying any more tires from this place. Sad, but it has been my go to place. I think discount tire gives much better service do not patronize this business. read more

I took my car in due repair and slow leak. I also HD 2 wheelbarrow tires the would nit hold air. They removed a small nail from my tire and plugged it so that is good. They checked both of my wheelbarrow tires and told me the cubes need to be replaced. I wish they could have fixed the tube leaks but they did put the time.in to checking g them out. While on a trip to Kentucky, our tire warning system came on showing a low tire. We were near Brownsburg and stopped to put air in the tire at a gas station only to realize the valve stem itself was leaking. We stopped at Belle tire right as they opened and spoke with Dameon about replacing the valve stem. We explained that we didn't have much time as we were on a schedule and if they didn't have time to get us in we could just throw the spare on. Dameon went above and beyond and got us in on the spot. It ended up being a loose valve stem on the tpms sensor which they fixed and when we went to check out Dameon said there was no charge. I can't express how impressed we were with him and will definitely be back in the future. read more

I needed a four wheel alignment done on my 2018 Audi since I just bought 4 new tires. The Audi dealer offered it at about $70.00 above Belle tire so I passed that. Called to discuss price and warranty options. Very friendly staff and was told it was best to make an appointment rather than just coming in. I made an appointment for the next morning and arrived about 10 minutes early. ONE HOUR later I looked out and saw my car still in the same space I had parked. I did not know if it was done or in Queue. I then saw a tech get in and pull my car in the stall. They had to check to see if they could do an alignment on an Audi. Apparently special tools are needed for some Audi cars. They checked it and came in to discuss. It was off on the front so I had them continue with the work. Big thank you to Manager Thomas and tech Eyob for collaborating about the ordered replacement tire (blistered on the sidewall from a chuck-hole) for my Mercedes. Even though it was the same brand, size and type by brand--the tread pattern is ever-so-slightly different. Most likely b/c Thomas listened to his tech and mutually they also saw I deferred on staggering the rear and fronts instead to matching all four tires for eventual rotating would make this difference even more noticeable... Yes, I have to return and even wait for the special order but in the long run having the matching set is such the right decision. Had an outstanding experience today with Belle Tire in Brownsburg. A week or so ago I took my truck in for service. They replaced the thermostat and temperature sensor -- then yesterday, I started getting the same "overheat" alerts. Took it back in this morning and they determined that there was a small leak in a hose connector -- and they fixed it for no charge, stating that "it was pretty easy, and we should have caught it the first time." Purchased tires here some months back after years of Firestone, price was attractive, figured give them a try. Firestone always provides recommendations for services when tire rotation, alignment, and oil change is scheduled. Beware: Belle Tire does not do anything except what you ask. I scheduled a regular oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check, completed and paid. Less than two weeks later my rear brakes were obviously in need of immediate service, called Firestone Brownsburg and they were able to get me in right away. Bucks later got not just brakes, but also rotors due damage, I was on my way. Shame on me for not knowing exactly what condition my brakes were in, but accustomed to hearing the results of a visual inspection by the technician, something not forthcoming from Belle Tire. Firestone has earned my business going forward, my bad for trying something different. The response from Jenn is pretty much like being blown off, not 100% satisfied is an understatement, how about a couple of hundred bucks and the inconvenience later? I needed the tires replaced on my SUV. I had a good set of used tires that needed mounted and balanced. The front sales staff were very friendly even though I did not purchase tires from them and the price they quoted was less than anyone else I called. I also spoke to a couple of the tire techs and they were very friendly as well. Service was fast and I was in and out in less time than expected. I live about 40 minutes away from the Brownsburg location but I plan on going back. I definitely recommend Belle Tire. read more

We had a tire losing air so I stopped in without an appointment. Luis Carillio and Taylor Bayly got me right in. Upon examination we had 2 tires that were 2/32's tread & needed replaced. The tires were high performance specialty tires and not available anywhere. I ordered the tires and expected a 3 day wait to get in. Luis worked on it and was able to get them in next day! We can't express how thankful we are that they made our problem a priority! Hard to find good service like this and we will DEFINITELY be customers for life.
