She always follows up and was able to get the exact glass I wanted. They worked with the insurance and I did not have to pay a single dollar. Matt, who was the technician who repaired my glass is probably the nicest glass technician I have met. He came out and reviewed the damages. Also did a throw evaluation of the condition of the car. This shows that they pay attention to detail. I recently took my car out after two days of it sitting in the garage to make sure that the glue had set even though it's likely not necessary. The glass itself looks brand new and the workmanship without any damage. I don't think you can ask for more. These guys have my business in the future if I ever have a window chip or need a window replacement.

I can only imagine it's something that they did, how can you run 20 miles of gas out of a hybrid? It automatically shuts off to save gas after 30 minutes, now i'm going to have to probably wait a month or two for something that was supposed to be super simple and fast. rating will probably go down if they don't figure out what's wrong with my car, i've never had problems with that car before.

He hates his gift and told me "thank you but never do that again with this place." Fruit snacks still on mats- crumbs still in the grooves of the seats- the inside console box upfront completely untouched. The third row had French fries- popcorn- rotten food and crap galore that was completely left behind. I went inside and had them come out to correct the mistakes- which they did take an additional 20 minutes to fix the mats and the seats and the console - but when I got home and the third row was still disgusting I called and complained. Asked for a discount. Was told no. Was told 4 pairs of eyes approved the look of my car and over 4 hours was spent on my car and perhaps I needed a double detail instead. I was told I could come back within 24 hours to fix the car for a third time but my husband has said he would rather die than come back. If you want your car detailed and for it to still look like poop and to burn 329$ for nothing - come here.
