I have had two positive experiences here. The first was to fix a leaky tire, which they did for no charge. I was surprised at that because it wasn't a simple nail in the tire fix. The tire was leaking from the seal on the rim, so that took the whole tire off and remounted and replaced the valve stem. Then they test drove my car to determine the reason the brakes were pulsating for free. I walked out of there with no charges. My second trip was to replace the front brakes and rotors that were previously determined to be the cause of the pulsating. I asked them to check the rear brakes to see how much life was left in them. They came back and told me that there was 80% life left in the rear brakes. They could had lied to me, but they didn't. I think this business is off on good footing. If they keep it up, I will be a customer for life. read more

The customer is always right! Apparently, Belle Tire doesn't live by that motto. I bought their Mastercraft tires. I had the worst tire buying experience of my life with Belle Tire. They promise that they are cheaper than their competitors. But they then charge extra for their calibration of the tires. I didn't get the calibration because I didn't feel it was worth the extra money, considering elsewhere would include it in the price. Suffice it to say, I had three years of trouble with those tires. Had to air them up every other day. I will never again buy Belle tires or Mastercraft. read more

Beware! Took car in to get new tire, ended up with 2 pages worth of "quotes", 2 days later car starts making noises when turning wheel. Wondering why they were even looking for other things wrong with my car, I called manager and asked if they automatically look for other issues with car and he said no not unless asked to so I ask why I got 2 pages of quotes since they weren't asked to look for anything else. Then his tune changed and he said sometimes they do blah blah blah and told me I was being naive. Timing is just very suspicious and the fact that the manager said no to looking for other issues and then changed his tune when I said then why do I have 2 pages of quotes when only came in to get new tire makes you wonder...maybe go somewhere else just in case read more

The other day my wife was on rt. 30 heading into town when she hit something on the road. A piece of metal slashed a rear tire and it blew out. Scary. After my stepson came to the rescue and changed the tire she drove to Belle Tire and our experience with them was excellent. They ordered the appropriate tire and she left the car in their care. She was going out of town for a few days and we couldn't pick it up for five days. Not to worry! The manager arranged to store the car for the duration. The parking lot was well lighted and secure! We picked up the car and everything worked out well. We will use Belle Tire for all of our tire needs. read more

I was on a road trip in my 2006 Ram 3500 4x4 diesel nearly 2000 miles from home and had an unfortunate encounter with a criminally HUGE pothole in the center lane on SB I-75 somewhere around MM 36. The impact was so severe that I suspected there would be some broken suspension parts. I paid close attention to how the truck drove and sounded and for about 400 miles, nothing seemed to be amiss. Then a very slight vibration developed at about 60mph. With about 3000 miles left on my trip, I decided that the truck needed immediate attention so I took it to Belle Tire. Apparently, the damage was pretty significant because through the frequent updates I received as the work progressed, it became clear that the driver's side front wheel bearing had been destroyed by the impact with the pothole and my continued diving over several hundred miles had caused the bearing to become fused to the point that it had to be torched off. Long story short, they took a bit longer on the repair than they had originally told me and the bill was a significant amount to be saddled with on a road trip. Additionally, I had to cancel one leg of my trip by the time the work was finished none of this was the fault of Belle Tire. I only mention it because many businesses would likely have had little sympathy for me and my situation. I felt the opposite about the folks at this store. They treated me as if my bad situation was important and they were doing everything they could to improve my circumstances and get me back on the road as quickly as possible with the least negative impact. My bad situation resulted in a wonderful customer service experience at this store. Thaks Belle Tire! read more

He made sure to get me back in right away despite being overly busy with appts and walk-ins already. He was polite, knowledgable, empathetic, and made my safety and satisfaction his top priority. Would do 0 stars if I could. 1st thing was after arriving home, I noticed the hub cap was gone. I called the store and they couldn't find it either. They said they would order a new one and it should take a day or 2. 2 weeks later I haven't heard back from them. 2nd issue was they cross threaded a nut onto the stud. I found this out when i tried to remove the tire to change the break pads 2 days after the new tires were installed. This required a trip to the mechanic to fix. No way I was letting Belle Tire fix their problem. read more

The tire I had replaced was fine. My issue was with the customer service. My vehicle was left there overnight and they left my window open while it rained and it left some wet spots and puddles in my vehicle to which they responded that it wasn't their problem. Dropped my vehicle off Friday evening to get the oil changed and to have an electrical issue reviewed. They told me they wouldn't be able to review it until Saturday morning. I agreed. By noon Saturday I still hadn't heard anything,so I called to check. They found a loose wire but that didn't correct the electrical issue, they admitted they were stumped. I asked about the oil change that we had previously discussed, they hadn't started it yet, there were people in front of me. "Yeah, that's the way it goes in this industry...." People in front of me? I dropped it off the day before???!! This is not the first time this has happened to my family at this location. When my son finally just showed up at 5pm to pick it up, even though they never called to tell us it was done, they still hadn't changed the oil because they said we never asked them to. Incompetent. I have been here several times and got a vibe from the lady checking in people she was kind of short. Always had to wait for at least 1 to 2 hours. Final time I went here I had an appointment at 1:30pm to have auto looked at. I waited and waited with people walking in and getting service and leaving. I went to counter to ask the lady about my car being looked at as I had appt over an hour ago. She said they would get to it soon in her usual flat tone bordering on rude. I recently purchased tires from Belle tire in October. I took my vehicle to Belle today to have a tire checked because of a flat tire I had to fix with fix a flat When I drove it there the tire was fine and had not went flat since I had used the fix a flat. Unfortunately, Belle was not helpful at all. They took my tire off and replaced it with my spare tire then informed me that if I wanted another tire I would have to pay for it and it would not be in until the next day. I couldn't believe that they would send someone out in a severe snow storm on a spare tire. Their explanation was that it was a safety issue because there was two nails stuck in the tire. Personally, I think the tire would have been safer than the spare. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone because they try to take advantage of vulnerable customers and they have very poor customer service. We usually go to Tire Barn, but decided to give the new guys in town a try for tires for a Ram truck. After getting new tires, we have been back twice for problems. There's a tire still out of balance and they messed around with the steering wheel, leaving it totally off kilter. It's so messed up now, that you can't see the speedometer dials! They don't know what they're doing. Tomorrow we are taking it to the dealer to have them fix the issues Belle Tire caused. Next time we buy tires we will be back at Tire Barn. read more

Manager said that I was pretty much out of luck because I didn't have my tires rotated every 6k miles. I was browsing Belle's services and noticed windshield repair/replacement. Mine had been cracked for months, so I finally decided to get it fixed before a long trip. I had been putting it off because I heard that air leaks or road noise were common afterwards. I'm happy to report it is as good as new! Looks wonderful and not one bit of extra noise. The technician was friendly, professional and arrived right on time. It was the same cost to have it done at home as in the shop, so I chose the at home option. Super convenient! Well I just bought 4 new tires today and an alignment around 11:00. I was told about an hour and a half wait. I was heading home around 1:30 so they were' far off. The service was good and price ok but by 7:00 my brand new right front tire was flat!!! Of course they are closed tomorrow which is Sunday so I have to take it in Monday morning at 8:00. I will have to change my work schedule so I can take it in and work later to make up the time. The 2 star rating is because of the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen but this is a major inconvenience for me. Did I mention that these are brand new tires? So I take my car back in Monday and they jumped all over it, I was waiting on them first thing, and get the tire repaired after telling me it was because of a dent in the rim. Ok, I understand. I drive her home. I walk out later to go somewhere and back the car out of the garage and my eye catches something shiny on the floor. I put the car in park and go to check it out and what does my little eye spy? A brand new, shiny lead wheel weight!!!! I had an appointment to get my oil changed at the dealership for all synthetic oil. I was complaining about the 120 buck price tag and someone at worked mentioned to check out Belle Tire. To Bought 4 tires from these guys after going there several times for service. I bought spent 4 plus hours there 2 weeks ago, so was advised to be make an appointment. They still took over 2 hours to replace tires, while the workers in the shop screwed around, and the managers in be front fought over and ate pizza at the counter in front of customers. We had an emergency tire problem and facing a road trip the next day, we drove about a mile on a slowly deflating tire. Bell tire got us in right away, found two screws in our tire fixed it had us back on the road in under an hour and didnt charge us a dime.
