I have, for the last 9 yrs, always used Belle Tire for vehicle maintenance /tire replacement. I went into this Belle tire back in February. They spent 30 mins with me helping me choose what tire I was looking for. Was given multiple options to choose from. Was able to schedule the tire replacement 2 days later after they arrived. They had my truck in and out with in a few hrs of dropping it off. Like always, Belle Tire has ALWAYS treated me right with ZERO issues. No surprise that they were going to charge me much higher prices than I was quoted. I reviewed the invoice and they addressed the higher charges finally. This has been bothering me for a couple years and I know there isn't anything that will rectify the situation however, I wanted to let you know about my experience with Belle Tire in Greenwood. We dropped off my wife's vehicle for a tire rotation and we got a call from them indicating a problem. We went back and they showed up a screw was imbedded in the tire and they could not, in good faith, put the tire back on for safety reasons. I took a look at the tire and saw the screw and agreed to replace the tire. After we got home with the vehicle, I had thoughts about that tire and went back to check the tire again. I took a screwdriver with me and good thing I did. I removed the screw which was barely a half an inch long and appeared to be in the cut of the tread on the edge of the thickest part of the tread and nowhere near being dangerous or compromising the tire itself. When I brought this up to a service technician he agreed but said the company rules stated that it must be replaced. The manager concurred and offered no recourse. I felt this was a completely unnecessary and forced sale for me to spent $178.00 for a lesser quality tire when there was no actual damage to my original tire. I feel cheated. On another note, just 6 weeks ago, I had the tires rotated again and the manager stating that we needed to replace the tires soon as they were wearing out. We were getting ready to drive to Arizona from Indy & back on a 10 day road trip and looking at the tires & measuring the tread depth (just a 1/16th over a 1/4") decided not to replace them. In fact, it rained about 3/4's of the interstate travel and the tires performed just fine. We will get them replaced in a few weeks at Tire Discounters which includes a complete alignment & a full synthetic oil change. I wouldn't recommend Belle Tires. They are patently dishonest and I will never buy from them again. I would suggest you don't either. read more

Terrible and irresponsible service at Belle Tire - 198 S Marlin Dr, Greenwood, IN 46142 My experience with this location was an absolute nightmare. I bought new tires for my 2024 Honda Accord, and they told me I also needed to replace the rear struts. Despite that, they couldn't do the job because they didn't have the tires I wanted nor the struts in stock. I had to wait two days for them to order everything. When they finally installed the tires and struts, one of the struts failed the very next day. They told me the part was defective, and once again I had to wait two more days for a replacement. You'd think that would be the end of the problems, but no: 45 days later, the other strut failed. And when I returned to the store, they had no mechanic available at all. They told me to come back another day just so they could inspect it--and after that, I would need to wait again for them to order the new part. This shows a complete lack of organization, professionalism, inventory management, and quality control. After so many failures and so much wasted time, I cannot trust this location. I do not recommend Belle Tire under any circumstances. read more

This place was recommended to me to get my shocks replaced. I went in for an inspection, got a quote, and an order was placed for the parts. The customer service was great. Fast forward a week, I went to drop off my vehicle the afternoon before it was scheduled to get fixed. I received a call that night that there is no technician in on Tuesdays and they didn't realize that. I had clearly stated at drop off that I will need my vehicle back by end of business on Tuesday, but now I am being told the car cannot be worked on until Wednesday. I am extremely disappointed that it took a week and the day before I was told I would have my vehicle repaired and returned for them to realize there is no technician. Now I have to look for another shop to repair my vehicle within a day. When I went to pick my car up, they didn't seem to care and just handed me my keys. I will not be returning to this shop again due to the lack of communication and customer service. read more

Excellent customer service, and fast. I made a 4p appointment at the wrong location, but they still got me in nearly immediately. I figured I needed a new tire, but asked them if they could possibly patch it. The nice employee returned at some point and told me they tried numerous times to patch the nail hole, but that I would need a new tire. They offered me a reasonably priced tire and put it in my car. I was in and out within an hour. When settling up I tried a coupon code for 15% off, and The gentleman told me it was expired. The very kind manager next to him gave him an indication to honor it. Maybe they aren't trained right? Maybe it's not the lack of training but the urge to create another issue so that you'll go back. I live in the Center Grove area and was scheduled for tire replacement at Noon. Tire was supposed to arrive the morning of appointment. I show up. Wait half hour to be told tire never arrived. They state they can schedule for next day. I declined. The tire not arriving in the morning may be uncontrollable. I do not know what happened behind the scenes. Not contacting me at my office in Indy to save me a half hour trip to and from the location is controllable. This is very annoying and avoidable. This, of course, is not the end of the world, just annoying. There are many other providers in the area that might do a better job. read more

I've come here twice: one for an alignment, one for a faulty sensor in my tire. Both times, they were professional and polite. I feel like they do high quality work at an affordable price. As a woman, it's nice to go into an auto shop and not be treated lesser-than. For the alignment, I made an appointment in advance and it took an extra three hours to complete due to it being busy, even with an appointment. That's the only thing that made me knock it down a star, as it's inconvenient to take several extra hours after setting an appointment. However, when I didn't have an appointment for my sensor, I was able to get right in with no wait. So it might depend on how busy they are, and you may have luck some days over others. I highly recommend for your general auto maintenance and concerns! read more

I give manager Steve Bradley and associate Steven R. a 5 star rating. Both of them provided great customer service and were very considerate. However manager Shelly P. the total opposite, a zero rating. She provided poor customer service, was rude, unfriendly and argumentative. There was a discrepancy with my tax exempt consideration and she was not helpful or empathetic to what I was trying to explain to her. In addition, she provided the wrong information and was unapologetic regarding her erroneous mistake. I resolved the issue and went back the next day, talked to Steven B. who happily and willingly handled the discrepancy. Went in today for a tire repair or replacement after getting a flat tire within 2 months of buying 4 brand new tires. It took them 3 hours to determine they needed to replace it, another 2 hours to tell me I now needed an alignment. Instead of spending $40 like I was quoted for a tire repair or replacement, they charged me $190 for the tire repair and an alignment! (It took 2 hours to get my 4 new tires installed 2 months earlier) The manager there was extremely rude, did not apologized once for the extremely long wait as I was in the lobby for 5hours! In fact she was the rudest person I have ever experienced or witnessed. She's not pleasant by any means and should definitely not be in management position for CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shelly is her name. Avoid the Marlin Dr. location like the plague! Will definitely drive farther to avoid the negativity of this person and lack of customer service from this location. Hope this tidbit helps your day become a blessing. Haven't had the pleasure of actually going inside to purchase anything yet. This place is super easy to find. They have a ginormous American flag in front. The free air compressor is located on the west side of their building. You'll see it if you're turning into the Meijer parking lot. Used the free air compressor outside often. It's very simple to navigate. During the winter time when my dash sensor in my vehicle informs me & in between, I'll go to Belle tire to inflate my tires, myself. Park your vehicle in front of the Free Air signage. Check what your manufacturer (car flavor) recommends for your PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) to set the air compressor. The PSI information is located on driver's side door. On the air compressor itself is a feature to preset your specific PSI number. You'll see the -/minus or +/plus symbol for a lower or higher number as needed. Remove your tire cap from the stem, one at a time works best. I mentioned this as I've lost a few tire caps myself while there, somewhere into the abyss. No worries if this happens, Autozone is close by. Insert the nozzle* into the stem. The stem is where air will be automatically delivered into your tire. Recap each stem after each tire is filled. Yes, you'll hear a sound that informs you when your tire is at the desired PSI for that particular tire, & screw the tire cap back onto the stem. Do the next tire in the same manner til you're finished. It takes less than five minutes. Always a good idea to check your tires after a cold front has gone through. Sometimes the tire sensors aren't reflective of the true PSI in reality. Proper PSI along with regular maintenance (tire rotation) will extend the longevity of your tires. This will allow even tread wear & better gas mileage for your ride. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call this store. I've done it a couple of times & each time that I have, I've had the pleasure of learning something new as a preventative measure. They know tires. Thank you to the Belle Tire staff, I've not had a curt call. Each instance, your staff is helpful with the professionalism I appreciate. *Nozzle: if it's super freezing outside this might be stuck & will not work properly. You'll see a sign informing you that it doesn't work. Simply call beforehand & it won't be a wasted trip. Idk bout you, I can't figure out why it's a thing to buy air in the first place. I have a 2013 Chevy Equinox LTZ that had a new set of tires put on in 2019. I was in Michigan in 2019 and every time the weather got cold, 20 degrees or less, two of my tires would lose pressure. My "low tire pressure" light would come on and be a real pain in the butt! I've taken my car to multiple places and nobody could figure out the problem. My husband and I ended up buying a house in Greenwood, IN and found the Belle Tire just down the street. I've had the same issues with the cold weather and those two tires so my husband decided to make an appointment to get the tires looked at. Belle Tire found rim leaks in both of those tires!!!!!!! They repaired them and sent him on his way without charging him!!!! I am so happy that my mystery tire problem has been solved!! Can't give no stars or I would. The lady that was there last night (01/09/2025) was extremely rude to mother when she was asking about her truck. My other simply said ma'am the truck you worked on is the one I am talking about and Shelly Pal turned abruptly and snapped at my mother saying very rudely " I don't work on the cars Ma'am!" I got out of the car was about to star yelling if she was going to talk rude to my mother again. She then proceeded to go inside and do a little bit of computer work and then got on her phone right there in the lobby in front of customers. I have worked in the retail and customer service for the a long time, 1) You don't treat customers like that no matter how bad of day you are having, you leave you personal stuff at the door, 2) You don't leave your phone charging in the front of customers and you certainly don't get on your phone in front of them for as long as she did. read more

I haven't been back since and I buy new tires for my car every 2 weeks almost. Every time I have went Michael has had the worst attitude in any employee I have ever seen. The reason I am writing this email is because he gave the same terrible treatment to my sister. I could care less if it was me but if he is causing problems with my sister now it's an issue. I'm having a 4 disc brake replacement done elsewhere. A 1000 dollar job. Bell wanted an $85 diagnostic fee.. Uh no! Got all my tires here and oil changes here since 2019. A 1000 dollar brake job lost to their competitors over 85 dollars. oil and tires and an air filter is Bells specialized services. Thats about it. like all tire shops, a boring uncomfortable wait area. Some boring news channel on tv, Is what you get. Just another run of the mill shop. Enjoy. No need for customer service to call. I've seen some of the reviews of this business and was avoiding them at first but went their after being recommended by another business fir an alignment for my lifted truck. They were able to get my truck in and out without issues and were very pleasant to deal with. They are very busy there so I would recommend an appointment or just know you may have to wait going into it. Other than that, I'd definitely go back. read more

Back in February, I had a leak in my tire, so I take it to Belle Tire. I have them fix it. I knew my car needed Aligned, so I go ahead and have them do that. They then come back and say that my car needs new brakes and rotors and one of my brake pads is just completely off flopping around and quoted me $518.40. So I said I'll think about it. I then call up my trusted, A-1 mechanic (Garland's Garage) I've dealt with for many years and tell them I need new break pads and rotors (because I'd rather give my money to a locally owned small business) and Bill tells me to bring my car in. I drop my car off that same night to Garland's garage. The next day, Bill called me and told me my breaks and rotors were completely fine and still have over 50% padding left on them, and Belle was just trying to SCAM me. We live in a terrible, dishonest world today! It's extremely sad. I called Belle the same day and asked to speak to a manager on duty about the situation, and she replied, "They are too busy right now." So, I blasted them on FB. (Just said exactly what I said above!) Only then, did the manager, Brad, reach out to me via messenger. He asked me to bring my car in so he could look at it himself, and I declined his offer because there was nothing to look at. While I appreciate the manager reaching out to me after being blasted, I still feel like a 1 star is justifiable for being scammed. Here it is, November, and my car is still going strong. My vehicle was 5 years old before having the tires replaced with Mastercrafts from Belle tire July 2021. I was impressed with the price for a set of 4 upper mid-range tires for an SUV. 2 weeks into my brand new tires, my tire pressure light came on. The only other time this light has come on during the entire ownership of this vehicle was 2 weeks prior when there was an actual nail in my tire. Figuring I was on a string of bad luck, I took it back to Belle to get looked at again. Turns out, one of the tires was leaking. They fixed it and sent me on my way. This happened a total of 3 times in a 4 month period- each time I was told the issue was corrected-before I had to stop focusing on it as an issue that Belle needed to address due to the amount of time spent in their waiting room, or without a car at home even when I have a ride. I learned to periodically monitor the tire pressure my own and put air in if needed. Which, isn't a great fix considering the tire pressure indicator is meant to serve a purpose greater than detecting faulty tires. My tire pressure got alarmingly low. Lower than a "it's getting cold outside" low. So, here I am again in the Belle tire waiting room making sure there isn't an obvious underlying issue. I was told "several hours" if I wait- even being first in line for the day. Which, I don't have a choice. So, here I am on Yelp to pass the time. I understand places get busy and are often understaffed. The staff here is overall pleasant. But, here is a warning- If you get tires from Belle, I hope your experience is better than mine and you are not faced with constant mystery low tire pressure lights with every excuse in the book as to why with no actual fix. Which, I probably would have bought had this been a new car. Considering I had zero issues the first 5 years with the same car, I'm at a loss. read more

BEWARE OF THE GREENWOOD LOCATION! My 72 year old Dad took his suv in for an alignment after hitting a pothole. After they had "inspected" the vehicle they informed my Dad they were unable to do the alignment because there was $1,900 worth of repairs that had to be made first. What they didn't know is that my Dad was a mechanic for years so he went home, looked for the "repairs that had to be made prior to alignment" and saw there were none. The very next day he took the suv to the Belle Tire in Southport and simply asked for an alignment. AFTER they finished the alignment he asked to speak to the technician who performed the alignment and asked him if there were any repairs that needed to be made? The Technician told my dad "no, everything is right and tight". My Dad then showed him the estimate he received from the Greenwood location and the technician said there was absolutely no repairs that needed to be made. SHAME SHAME SHAME on the Greenwood location for trying to take advantage of someone, especially someone on a fixed income! The service at Bell tire in Greenwood Indiana although a bit on the wanton side was completely outdone by the angry assistant manager. Let's call her Karen due to the fitting nature of our interactions and not wanting to disclose her real name. (If you go there, you'll know immediately). So, this past Friday I set up an appointment sent my wife for new tires. The store got her in ahead of time and the price was comparable to other tire centers. So far so good. When my wife arrived home, she wasn't happy with some of the employee interaction and the tire sensor light was showing low on the passenger rear tire, I called and explained both issues and Karen asked about the interactions and that was a nothing burger. I was also told that the tire pressure sensors for Jeeps reset automatically after 30 miles or so. Drove the Jeep about 80 miles or so and still no reset on the sensor. Today I took the Jeep back to the store and the gentleman who I went to for the issue were talking and unexpectedly Karen blurts out my last name from a different counter. The guy takes the Jeep back and says the tire pressure was low and everything was okay now. I asked how a new set of tires would/could be sent out with one under pressure and he replied IDK. Then I mentioned that Karen had told me that every tire was pressurized to the factory settings located on the door frame and he took me out to show me. Well before the door outside was even closed, here came Karen yelling at me saying "Do not come back to this store ever again several times and that I was not welcome LOL. I replied how about I go buy four new tires and bring these back and she could give my money back. The reply to my offer was no! And then the, leave and don't come back psychosis started back up again, and I said I'd be back (Only for warranty purposes) and Karen yelled I'll call the police and have you removed. Who ever reads this should know that if you need tires do not go to this location and put up with this toxic assistant manager who I will forever refer to as Karen. read more

I have been to this location 2x. Both times the front desk Managers sit on the phone and have zero people skills. Very rude and non accommodating.
