Folded them now looks like trash and when I called up to tell them about it was told it wasn't them. Screw this place clearly have ignorant idiots working working for them. Our son brought his vehicle there for a few services and when the technician pulled the vehicle into the shop he accidentally put it in reverse instead of park and jumped out. The car crashed into their bay door causing damage to both the door and the car. We were told to get a quote and they would take care of it since they were at fault. When we gave them the quote from the body shop, we were told that the car wasn't worth that amount and they wouldn't cover the full amount. To make matters worse, they actually only completed one of the services the vehicle had been brought in for. So they didn't finish the job, they damaged our car, and then refused to pay the total bill for repair even though they were at fault for the damage. I have reached out to the state licensing board and will have this further investigated. read more

Long (30 year) Belle Tire customer who will be taking any future business elsewhere. I don't know what has happened up there, but the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. I valet my summer and winter tires, having them swapped at the right time each year. This year I make an appointment, leave my car only to be told HOURS LATER, "OOPS, the tires didn't get here to swap." My day was altered so this could be done, and they were just shrugging shoulders, with the "sorry, we will call when they get here, our warehouse messed up, once here you can get an appointment and get them on." Two people told me they would call. Did they call? NO. So I call today and get the same "oops, no notes on your file to call" The oops once, ok. After stopping by to have my tires rotated today, at Belle TIre in Howell, I was told I needed rear brakes and that my front brakes had only 10% left on them. The cost would be $871 to have them done. Furthermore, though there was no signs of leakage, I was told my 2019 Ford Fusion had OEM shocks and the total to replace them and the brakes was a $2,600 package. I let the service advisor know I would return another time. After leaving, I went to Spartan Tire in Howell, where I have had satisfactory service may times in the past. Upon inspection there, True, I needed back brakes. My front brakes, however, have 50% of the life left in them. My last Fusion, which I drove the same, also had similar wear. My shocks too, also are satisfactory, at present and there is no need to replace them. The total cost of my repairs. $390. That's a far cry from $871 for brakes, or $2600. I will purposely tell this story to others who have repair issues out of warranty, where to go when needed. That's amazing! read more

We are really disappointed in Belle Tire/Howell. We have been faithful Belle Tire customers for over 25 years..we thought the last time we needed help and were turned away, was a fluke...but after a10 hour wait for a small tire repair we are done. Both times we witnessed and overheard employees talking openly among themselves about customers, open conversations with mechanics, and open convos about their personal lives. Neither Kraig nor I will trust the Belle Tire in Howell with honesty, or mechanical efficiency again. Discount Tire is where we will go from now on. Every incidence with them has been excellent. Crew was great. I arrived 1 pm on Sat and place was jammed. I tried to buy 4 Nanking tires for daughter's car, and desk clerk advised these were Chinese made and the least quality tires in stock. He looked me straight in the eye and softly said he would never put that garbage on hold child's vehicle. He suggested an American-made tire for just $30 more per tire with 2 rebates that negated the higher cost. He could not promise to have job done by 6 pm, but I arrived at 5:45, and it was just being lowered off the host. Great experience, service and price. read more

Brought my vehicle in 10/28/2023 mostly to have the weights in My passenger side front tire replaced because they fell off. Belle tire installed them. my Oil was also due for change so I was going to have that done too. Assistant manager Steve C. Advised me it would be 1 week before he could balance 1 wheel. It's ridiculous 1 wheel couldn't be walked to the tire balancer while the oil was being changed. Revenue lost for Belle Tire today as of course, I'll change the oil myself. I drove in to get my tire pressure checked. They said it would be an hour away which I didn't mind because being a senior citizen I need to have a safe car on the road. After the long wait they told me my tires were fine and didn't need any air. Two days later a light came on my dashboard telling me I needed air in the left tire a day after that in the right tire. I went to another tire shop And I have been driving on 20 pounds of pressure on all of my tires. If you are a senior citizen or a woman do not trust these guys! read more

I took my car in for a front tire change. After changing the tires, they suggested an alignment which was actually much needed. Car runs like a champ now. Ask for Lucas, he was extremely thorough and after test driving the car, he made sure to let me know there was a clinking noise. I assumed this was an issue that they caused, however, after they took me for a second test drive I found that it wasn't their fault. I am not a car girl or know nothing except hearing loud noise... and recently had some noises. I went to Belle Tire on a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier! Especially with how fast they worked with all the issues to repair. I've dealt with big and small auto companies I will definitely be back to this location asking for Noel for sales and asking for the amazing Lucas to do the labor! These men didn't talk to me like I was stupid like I've had in the past and helped me understand the issues at hand! I usually don't write reviews. We stopped at Belle Tire in Howell after we hit a metal rod on I-96, we pulled in as our tire went flat. We were stuck. We were told that it would be two hours before anyone could even look at it. This was not what we wanted to hear as we had a three hour trip ahead of us. They did look at it, found us a new tire and we had our car back after 4+ hours. We actually bought 3 tires hoping that the business would shorten our wait. What I want to say in this review is - no matter how grumpy I felt, I noticed that the service clerks and the mechanics were all very polite and upbeat. Everyone was treated with respect and a smile. Even though I was having a bad day and the wait was terrible, their attitude was awesome and I appreciated that very much. read more

So, you would think that I would not have to come in 3 separate times to get my tires looked at because the set i purchased less than a year ago has a tire making a bad tread noise. I finally said I would sit and wait for it because I don't feel safe driving it. I bought the tires here, they put the tires on. Wish I could give the manager 0 stars. The most dominating, arrogant person I have encountered in customer service. Pulled functioning car in for tire rotation. When we pulled it out, all the warning lights came on. He insisted this was a coincidence. Said he would take a look the next day because they close soon. Really? Talked on so many inconsistencies it was laughable. "I am 100%" this has nothing to do with us. Then, "Sometimes we bump things." "I know it is perfectly safe to drive" followed by "Your vehicle has a known brake problem." Avoid this store with all costs. Good luck using your tire warranty here. They will tell you straight up, in the winter they don't really have time to do the rotate and balance which is part of their warranty but best case you will be making an appointment and waiting a week to a week and a half. I have had to jack my car up numerous times in the parking lot just to get a flat fixed that day and I could not even drive it home. Over the past 8 yrs I have had 3 tires that had separated belts, took them to belle howell and it was a huge argument, they say no broken belt, I say broken belt.. well, I did not get it replaced so I had to drive this car for a yr and a half shaking and hopping up and down so bad you couldn't see out of your rear view mirrors and highway speeds were out of the question.. During this time I tried 6 times to get my car looked at only be told it would be a week before they could get to it. These people have the biggest attitude ever and the new manager gil, is just a loudmouth slob. I tried to get my money back for my warranty that I paid for and the valve stems that I pay for but never get because of my tire sensors.. got kicked out of the store.. told to get the FFckck out! Belle Tire in Howell is simply the best. Every person I have had to deal with is so nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things to you so you know what is going on. I have never had a bad experience here. I have taken all my vehicles here for at least 15 years if not longer. Today in particular, I was driving to the grocery store. At a stop light my tire pressure light turned on. I turned into the grocery store parking lot and parked my car to check my tire. There was a bolt stuck in my tire and it was losing air. I immediately got back in my car and drove it a quarter mile to Belle Tire. They were super busy and told me it would be about an hour. They had it patched up for me in about 45 minutes. As the guy handed me my keys, he told me there was no charge since I had to wait so long. I couldn't believe it. And this was a new vehicle that I had just gotten a couple months ago and have never brought it to Belle Tire before. I will continue to always bring my vehicles to Belle Tire because I consistently get the very best service from them. read more
