I hit a curb and blew my tire. I changed to the spare and drove to the Belle Tire store on Rockville road. I waited 35 minutes and they fixed my tire, while I waited in the store. Went in Wednesday to get a tire repaired (nail puncture, slow leak). I was told it could be up to and hour and a half but if I could come in on friday morning I could be in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. Today (friday) I was in at 8 am and was told it would be about 2 hours to get in? I think we will be taking our trucks back to Discount tire as they need new tires. read more

i went in for an alignment and i was notified of some safety hazards on my vehicle that i was not aware of. not a lot of places would have gone into the depth of the service i was provided. the staff is very patient even when you come in with some frustration. i will be back with any other issues with my vehicles. read more

Just brought my Terrain in and the wait time wasn't even that long the manager was very nice and the employees was doing their jobs right very fast and accurate. They did my hub, alignment, and mounting and balancing a new tire under 2 hours amazing. I'm definitely coming back here to get some more stuff done to my vehicle. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bought new tires in June, it's now September with around 6000-7000 miles on them. Getting my tires rotated and balanced and was informed my lugs are no good. Called Belle Tire to inform them that my lugs were rounded and couldn't be reused with the proper socket to put them on and off. Was told by a younger gentleman on the phone that this happens all the time, yada yada yada. They won't warranty or replace anything. Said they don't know if it's something I did myself. The trucks brand new, just took the factory tires off and put oversized tires on. My truck was fine going into the shop and they obviously had no problems getting them off. Some bone head used the wrong socket and messed my lugs up. I'd stear clear unless you want a bunch of inexperienced "professionals" working on your vehicle. Didn't think my $1500 tires were a bad deal, but now that I gotta spend $240 in lug nuts I'm not impressed with these people. You think lug nuts would be the basic principle of a tire shop, I mean cmon people. read more

I had a tire I kept having to put air in. I stopped at a Firestone they said I cant get you in until 4:00pm it was 10:00am! Stopped at a Good year they couldn't do any better! This review is a little late because I keep forgetting to post it. I had all four tires replaced on my car last December (2019) and they wait was incredibly long. The first salesperson I dealt with very nice and friendly; however, after waiting at least 2 hours I noticed my car was sitting outside. When I inquired if it was done I was told they were waiting on the alignment check. I told them I had waited long enough and I would pass on the alignment check. The salesperson seemed a little irritated with me and had an attitude. This past summer while washing my car I discovered they damaged every single rim. Unfortunately I have no way to prove this but they are the only people who have ever taken tires off my car. I will go back for rotations because I bought the warranty but will not go back for any other work. read more

Belle tire is usually my go to service shop, my experience with the Avon location today has been very disappointing to say the least. I was a walk in customer trying to get my oil changed, I came in knowing there would be a wait. I gave my information and handed over my keys, and I was quoted an hour, maybe 2 at the most. 3 1/2 hrs later the manager approaches me telling me my Honda odyssey is done, and I informed her I brought in a Chevy Colorado. She looked at me puzzled and claimed she didn't have any Colorado's in her queue. I gave her my information and she said she would figure out what was wrong, and get my truck in the works. I haven't seen her since, and a total of 4 hours later and my truck is still parked in the same spot, and I and one other gentleman are the only ones in the waiting room. Nobody can seem to give me answers about my vehicle. Hopefully I won't have to spend the night here... read more

I had front brakes installed on 04-09-19. The installation took over 5 hours. I noticed the worker doing the job seemed to be answering questions from other service employees. The issue that spoiled it for me was I used the truck for our first Camoing trip of the season. When we were done with the setup I did a fluid check of the truck as usual. When I opened the hood I noticed the cap for the master cylinder was missing! I looked in the general area and found it on the top of the air filter box. This was not acceptable to me. I can only guess the service person being distracted DID NOT even check to see if the job was done. The sales person was busy telling me HOW THEY ARE THE BEST. read more

I went in to get a flat tire fixed and was very happy with the service. I walked in and was helped immediately. Despite it being a bit busy I was in and out in about 45 minutes, I was expecting to wait for at least an hour. Although I was a first time customer they fixed the nail in my tire free of charge and switched out the spare with the now fixed tire. Based on how they treated me despite not paying anything, I would definitely recommend 100%! Thank you all and will be coming back, hopefully not too soon! read more

The staff was friendly and after reading other reviews I was expecting to be completely satisfied. I had brought my vehicle in for an oil change and after bringing it back home I noticed a few drops of oil on the ground where I had parked. I didn't think anything of it as there could be many reasons for this after an oil change. Days turned into weeks and the oil was still leaking. I brought it back to Belle Tire and they reassured me everything had checked out and was good, however after getting it home I noticed the oil was still leaking. At this point I was not about to bring it back for a third time for them to simply not do their job. I took it to another car service location and surprise, surprise the oil is no longer making a mess on my garage floor. read more
