D & A is a terrific auto repair shop. We're been using their services for many years and they haven't let us down yet. I have referred friends here and they to have been pleased. Most of us depend on the use of our vehicles and when we're without you realize how dependent we have become. D & A has 4 bays so it's not a large shop and he can't always turn a car as quickly as some large dealers but still timely depending on issue. He tries to save you money by shopping on parts. This has saved us a few hundred over time. Honest, good people who do their best work for you. My husband and I flew back into Indianapolis late at night after visiting out of state for the holidays. Our car wouldn't start and roadside assistance was unable to help us so they called a towing company. The tow truck driver who arrived was very professional and helpful and towed us to D & A Automotive. He assured us that they would take very good care of us when they opened up in the morning. He then drove us to a hotel so that we wouldn't have to walk to it in the cold. When we contacted D & A in the morning, they told us what was wrong and told us that they would fix it that morning. They were very professional and reasonable and even came to the hotel to pick us up when it was fixed. We were on the road home before noon. What could have been a very frustrating experience turned out to be very tolerable thanks to the great service we received from D & A! We would recommend them to anyone! read more
