Second time here and still loving it! Excellent service! An array of prime wines to select from. Tonight my friend had a Hickory Smoked Caymus Cabernet! Absolutely delicious! I had a cherry smoked sangria! Amanda was tending the bar tonight! A 1920's style speakeasy hidden gem in Belleair! Don't miss out on this Wonderful treasure! A relaxing environment to gather with friends and meet new ones too! Many locals come here. Definitely an up an coming place. Locally owned and ran! You will be surprised in all aspects. Come enjoy the ambiance! Live entertainment most weekends. Always a hit with guests.

Excellent wine choices and great tapas. Dining in the garden was very pleasant and the music outstanding. Will be returning soon.

Great little bar to have some great wine and delicious food. The chicken piccata meatballs are amazing.

I don't give 5 stars often but this is a staple of the area. Absolutely delicious every time,…read moreamazing service, always clean, plenty of parking, and the early bird is soo worth it but make a reservation if possible. I came in party of 3 no reservations and they accommodated us telling me that we had until a certain time ( 1hour 30 mins) that's about how long we usually take so we said yes. Of course we came for the early bird special and got x2 short ribs and steak. Worth it in every way! The steak was cooked to perfection and very flavorful and soft. The Mac and cheese tasted like truffle and was gooey. We prefer a bit but it was delicious regardless. The short rib is so soft and flavorful. We ordered a Caesar salad with it which is also very good for being a simple dish. If I haven't drawn you in by now, you will be missing out. One of the best in the bay for sure

Both steaks were rare even though one was ordered medium rare. Both steaks were tough and contained way more "gristle" than a quality Delmonico ribeye should contain. We both had to saw on those steaks like carpenters! Service: No steak knives provided - we had to request them. Slow on beverage refills. Ambiance: Nice booth; beautiful interior. Kids and babies in attendance at other tables; but I am very OK with that - I love kids and babies! I have eaten here before and was served steaks that were of incredible Prime quality. So, please note that I am not a hater. Just very surprised! This is a lovely restaurant with a great Chef - you should eat here and judge for yourself.

I have been vacationing in Clearwater and a happy Bobby's customer since 2001....I just visited…read morethis place for the first time since 2018, longer than I would have liked. I made reservations for 7:00 - only for NO ONE to be there! Turns out they are only open on Friday's and Saturday nights now from 5:00 until 8:30 even! Super short hours. To say I was shocked that we were the only table at the restaurant the entire evening is an understatement. Absolutely not a single other table was there. We questioned whether or not the place was going out of business. Our sever was friendly and stuck to the script when we asked a couple different times if this was normal.... Food tasted extremely mediocre for the price. Not the same menu they used to have - either in what is offered or in the physical menu itself. Just a printed off piece of paper - again, I was stunned. Ambiance was absolutely zero - Lady Gaga blasted from the patio music, with the once beloved striped canvas totally missing from the patio atmosphere. The seats and tables were even falling apart. I understand there was a pandemic and hurricane Helene prior to our visit, but wow is it sad to see this place gone so downhill - and charging you top dollar for it.

A Classic Bobby's…read moreBistro sits behind its more famous sire, Heilman's Beachcomber. Heilman's has been there for generations and was always the habitue of older seniors. When Bobby's Bistro opened it seemed to have a (slightly) younger vibe. Today there seems to be no difference between Heilman's and Bobby's. The menus are exactly the same. Bobby's is clean and comfortable and service is professional. Food prices are high-ish. Bar and wine prices are quite reasonable. This is one of the few places that still have complimentary bread service--much appreciated. I had the scallop appetizer and it was very good. Next was a nice side salad that was included with the entrée. My main dish was their deservedly famous fried chicken. It was a half chicken in 4 pieces with a thin and delicious crust and not greasy. This is the fried chicken that every other restaurant should aspire to. It came with very good (not over-cooked) green beans and perfect mashed potatoes and gravy. Bobby's (and Heilman's) are classics. They might not be modern and flashy and the patrons skew old, but these restaurants know how to do everything right.
