Exquisite Bistro in downtown St. Pete is such a hidden gem. The brie cheese was incredible and the chicken tenders were perfectly cooked. We even got to play Mario Kart on their Switch which made the experience even more fun. The owners and chef are amazing and make you feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy great food. Definitely check out this local spot for your next date night or happy hour, which is every day from 4-6pm!

My husband and I ADORE Exquisite Bistro so much!! The staff are absolutely the nicest people ever, we will order the chicken strips EVERY TIME (yes, they're that good!!), and we love the small bistro feel so much. PLUS they have super fun events like Mario Kart nights, cultural wine tastings, and so many other fun things. 11/10 recommend!

5 stars without a doubt! The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable and the food is sooo good! A great selection of wines and some beers too! Great size, decor, music and ambiance. They have fun game nights too - will definitely need to check one out soon. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend

Nice neighborhood wine bar - walk or bike to this lovely small boutique location. Small bites with nice selection of wine. They offer wine by the glass. Small selection yet you can find a gem or two in their selection (by the glass). Bring your friends and buy a better bottle at a fair price. Service is great- kind, accommodating, knowledgeable about wine.

Loved this little European inspired bistro located in a quiet area of downtown St. Pete. Large wine list and delicious small plates. Presentation of items are great. The various charcuterie meats were impressive. We particularly liked the smoked salmon, Brie and honey crostini, and ahi tuna.

Incredible service and ambiance for our group of 15!…read more We did the food family style and were stunned by many of our options. The items that stood out were: whipped feta, ceviche, and pork belly. The wine itself was good but nothing crazy. Although I'm not much of a wine.

You can even just stop in to take a wine bottle home which is even more reasonably priced. We've dined in twice now, the first time getting a charcuterie board and the second time getting their ice and fire ceviche (a MUST!), their paella, and their special risotto. The ceviche is refreshing, citrusy, they aren't stingy with the amount of fish in there, and it is real cold from the dry ice. Honestly some of the best ceviche I've had, the presentation alone speaks for itself. If you get a charcuterie board I'd highly recommend their dellce de bourgogne cheese--it's similar to Brie but creamier and just better. Everyone working has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Jack is awesome, he's usually working on the wine side and you can always try a wine before purchasing the glass or bottle. He's happy to help with recommendations and very knowledgeable. Sydney, Kelly, and Whitney have also helped us out before on the restaurant side and made us feel very welcomed and at home. It is a smaller area, they can get busy during peak dinner time but it is so worth it.

No wastage from open wine or over pouring. I have never seen a setup so perfect for both the consumer and the seller. But what really knocked my socks off was the food! The Study only has a cold kitchen but managed to produce a fantastic mini meatball and warm bread spread for $14 and a Medium St Helena Coterie board $25 that really hit home. I drank two glasses of an Argentinian wine. Wing Man Gary (USAF pilot, retired) is on his pain meds so could not partake. I made sure to drink his share of wine as well!

There's such a diverse variety of wines (more than two dozen), you could get lost in all of the good options. Something for all palates. I tried the small Sonoma board (which was discounted for happy hour) and it was a good-sized, cheese-focused board with solid combinations. the meat and cheeses come with cornichons, olives, and crackers. the caramelized balsamic onion jam was incredible with the sweet blueberry goat cheese and the spicy salami. We've been here several times for dinner, but they just keep getting better and better. It's the cutest cozsey little place right on central and the service is always on point. Most recently, my husband and I came for dinner. We started with the burrata and plum special as well as the tuna tartare for appetizers. When I tell you I will dream about the burrata appetizer. It was that good. The tuna was delicious as well and we loved the shrimp chips and how they were shaped like little tacos to make your own tuna tacos! For dinner, I got the branzino and my husband got the cheeseburger with truffle fries. Both entrees were incredible. No notes. Then we got three desserts...we had the lemon tart and the donut bread pudding while at the restaurant and we got a chocolate cake to go. All of the desserts were delicious. However, the donut bread pudding exceeded any expectations I had for that dessert when I ordered it. I legitimately am considering coming back next weekend just for the bread pudding.

They do not have a liquor license so it is just wine and canned or bottled beer or soda for options. We started with the Burrata and really liked it.
