My new favorite burger joint. This burger was cooked to a perfect medium, toppings tasted fresh. Patty was juicy and had a ton of flavor. Fries were also solid. Love the vibes inside. Lee's in Newton was my old go to, but this place clears it with quality of food. I'll be back to try their other menu items. read more

But they have salads so maybe they do at least want to give the impression you can do something not too indulgent? Except it's so low effort why bother. It's a gas station quality premade clamshell. Oil and vinegar dressing? Literally the simplest thing? Nah. Packet of chemicals I can't pronounce with sugar. I get it... it's not the point of this place. This restaurant changed its name to Belles from Wild Willy's. I figured I give it a shot and see how they compare. The menu is different by they have a a listing on the register cross referencing the burgers with the old names. The staff is the same. I sat at the counter where the waiter offered me ice water. I had the small onion rings which were big enough to split with another person. I had the westlander; green chilis, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and red onion. The interior was the same as before. Was looking for something new so I thought I would give Belles a try. Belles replaced the old Wild Willy's. I order fries to share, burgers for the kids, chicken sangy for the wife and I and a hot dog appetizer. The burgers looked great and cooked perfectly. Kids enjoyed them. I ordered the hot dog with chili, mustard and onions. Chili came on the side, which I appreciated. The hot dog was ok, probably wouldn't order it again. Chili had some heat but too many beans, imo. The chicken sandwich was delicious great char taste, huge piece of chicken. I ordered it with buffalo sauce and it was more like a couple of splashes of hot sauce but after eating it I am fine with it. Fries were good, just needed more salt. Stopped by when I noticed that Willy was no longer there. That was a great place. Incredible menu, something for everyone, and good prices. The inside of the place looks just about the same, but it's very clean. The help was Good, the service was fast. The food here so good, the burgers, they have the best chili from anywhere that I've ever eaten. They make it with steak instead of ground beef, it has this little kick of spice to it. I'm craving it just talking about it right now. It's a cool little spot but I have plenty of seating they serve beer and you pretty much really can get anything here oh my God they're fries. Wild Willy's Burgers was such a fun place for dinner! They really live up to the western theme and have cut decorations all over the restaurant. You order at the front and they give you a number and bring your food to your table. The burgers were so yum!!!! I feel like it's a little expensive for the food, but it's really not a bad price to pay for a unique restaurant experience. Still an easy 5 star spot! As soon as you walk in, you can smell the burgers getting fired on the grill. They have a great selection of burgers. They also have choices of beef, including bison and grass fed beef. Burgers are also cooked to order. The toppings are all fresh and plentiful. Wild willys is my favorite casual burger place. I do enjoy 5 guys and Shake Shack, but Wild Willys is a better quality experience. You'll pay a little more, but it's worth it. Don't come here thinking it's a $6-7 fast food burger. We both ordered different burgers as there were many to choose from & ordered some coleslaw as well ! The Burgers were cooked perfectly & were amazingly delicious . The coleslaw was excellent as well! Upon leaving I met the owner as i looked upon the ice cream selection (of course i had to try & ended up with the best pistachio ice cream I had ever had . I told the owner how wonderful everything was & asked how long had they been open? & much to my surprise i was told that they had just opened & we were his first customers!!!! I asked for a medium rare burger Angus Willy burger. I unwrapped and saw a glorious sight. I could see it all! A burger with beautiful char, toasty bun, thick tomato, fresh lettuce, melty cheese I bite in. I went to burger HEAVEN. I got the perfect amount of pickle and onion in every bite. It was also perfectly cooked, a nice pink in the middle medium rare. Almost no one can get it quite so perfect. This burger still had be salivating 10 minutes after I devoured it. I came this place not really expecting much at first, but after finally trying their Stampede burger, I gotta say. They really knocked it out of the park with the pulled pork, chili, and cheese within this thing, the flavors all meshed together so well and the best part is that I got it well done, so it was SMOOOKIN hot the time it went off the grill and into my mouth. True Rating: 3.5 Ordered Wild Willy's through Doordash and everything was ready when I got there! They're open for dine-in and they also have tables outside. Picking up the food felt really safe and it seemed like they were taking covid seriously, which is great! I got the spicy veggie burger salad for myself (pictured), Wrangler and Wicked Good burgers for my parents. Although I got the salad, my parents still let me have a bite of each burgers. So here's a quick review about them. I preferred the Wrangler over the Wicked Good. The Wrangler has smoked cheddar that adds beautiful smokiness to the burger. The Wicked Good has sauteed onions and burgers but it kinda lacked flavors. The patties were pretty thick and meaty. I ordered medium for both burgers but one was significantly undercooked than the other. So the inconsistency makes it difficult to know how to order next time. The rolls were also pretty good but nothing crazy. My parents enjoyed it but I wasnt wowed by it since I have more experience with good quality burgers. I ordered large fries but they were pretty sad. The portions were very small for the price and they were also soggy. They werent too salty but lacked any kind of flavor. I was excited to try them because of all the good reviews but I wont be ordering the fries next time. Im really glad I got the Spicy Veggie Burger Salad because it was actually really good! This is why my rating is a 3.5 rather than a 3. The spicy veggie patty was BIG and very flavorful! It has a subtle peppery spice rather than chili spice. I got the red wine vinaigrette which very delicious. I wish the red onions and the cabbage were cut down into more bite-sized pieces because it was difficult to mix and eat. Wow. This place is so incredible. From decor, ambiance, to food- I rate Wild Willy's a FAT FIVE STARS. I especially love the stool that has a saddle on it! Such a sweet touch. I am no local but I'm excited to become a regular here since my boyfriend just moved in. Whenever I'm craving a vegetarian burger (or a regular burger if I'm feeling a little meat crazy!) this place hits the spot. If you have a price point you need to meet, they also have different cuts of meat at different prices! Their straight fries and curly fries are equally delicious. And their onion rings have a breading that is nice and light. You can also order a half order of onions and fries- a key marker for a good burger joint. I also love the amount of toppings I can put on my burger. Hnggg, so many veggies on one burger...it's delicious! I also tried a vanilla root beer float here but it was just okay. I think Johnny Rockets' has a better milk shake and root beer float. Wild Willys' ice cream based drinks are just not as creamy and the flavor isn't as strong as it should be in the ice cream.
