Kept asking if I had any questions. Explained the entire face and why and how the gravity of time was causing the way I looked. I had a deep plane face lift, neck lift, and lip lift. The lip lift was extremely successful with no scar at all! I have iv sedation, which was a breeze. The dr was very kind, and welcoming. Price was reasonable , not crazy like CA. There is even a hyperbaric chamber near by if you want faster healing time. I would recommend Bellevue Plastic Surgery and will go back next year for a brow lift. read more

I had gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Marosan about two years ago, and it's something I deeply regret. This was a procedure I'd been saving and planning for over many years. I chose Dr. Marosan because he was supposed to be one of the best. He charged top-tier prices (around $9,000), and I thought paying a premium meant getting exceptional care and results. Instead, I was tricked by flashy marketing and walked away feeling completely deceived, and quite honestly traumatized and in a worst state then when I went in. The surgery was supposed to be straightforward, yet I ended up with a crater deformity on one side and visible scars around my areolas -- which were promised to be "virtually invisible." The consultations were cold and rushed, with little sense of genuine care or connection. The before-and-after photos on his website are also very deceiving. They're taken in different rooms with different lighting, and the after photos are in a cold room, making the nipples hard so results look tighter than they really are. It's misleading marketing, plain and simple. I felt like I was just used the entire process to help promote their business. After surgery, I was still completely out of it from anesthesia.The staff wheeled me straight out to my girlfriend's car and pretty much dumped me into the passenger seat. I came-to halfway home. I had no idea where I was and just started to cry b/c I was so frightened (and probably b/c of what my subconscious just witnessed happening). Two weeks later, I noticed a crease forming in my right areola. When I brought it up, I was told by Dr. Marosan to "rub Aquaphor on it." That was the only advice given. A year later, nothing had improved. Too much tissue had been aggressively removed, leaving an uneven, sunken appearance on one side. The scars were still VERY obvious. All of this from a simple procedure. I am not overweight and did not need a massive amount of work done - just the glands removed behind my areola due to adolescent gyno. To make things worse, I discovered my before-and-after photos on his website with a fabricated story claiming I was thrilled with the results. None of that was true. They used decieving before and after photos invented a completely bs narrative about my experience (maybe they're allowed to do that considering I signed everything w/o reading the small print). But I'm allowed to write an honest review about my side of the story here and I hope people read this! So much of my experience at this clinic was straight up unethical. I tried multiple times to reach out. emails, voicemails, phone calls, and got no response. The one time someone picked up, I was told he was "out of town," and the call ended there. No follow-up, no accountability, no care. All of this for $9,000 for a simple procedure from a 'master, experienced plastic surgeon who has done 1000s of these surgeries'. I really expected a simple outcome. Instead, I got deformity, neglect, and silence. I'm sharing this so others know what I wish I had known: the marketing and promises do not match the experience. I wish I would have heeded the advice of numerous poor reviews listed on Yelp. I'm less than one year since I went under the knife for a tummy tuck and lipo 360 with this office. I'm scheduled for a revision surgery with another local surgeon due to fix a botched procedure by Dr. Marosan. With the amount of time that goes into recovery, I would have never imagined that less than a year out I would have to go under the knife again to correct Dr. Marosan's missteps. I'm writing this review because it's important for prospective patients to know how they may be treated by Dr. Marosan's staff. Namely, his office manager, Lauri. If I'm spending almost 7K on an elective surgery, I expected to be treated like a decent human at the very least. Frankly, I've had better service walking into Subway and that cost me $7 -- with no zeros after it. Dr. Marosan may not have any idea how she's treating his patients because she deals with the front of house logistics, but it's important for him to know how she's corresponding with his patients. She lost my deposit and then accused me of never paying it and not being a current patient. Turns out, she lost it. No apology. Tried to contact me via phone even though I've corresponded numerous times via email. I've told them email is preferred (I was out of the country). I email in 10 days before surgery to settle the remaining balance and get a loan shark style scathing email about how I'm getting dropped from the roster due to nonpayment. Their policy is 2 weeks to settle remaining balance; it's been 10 days. Yep, I'm 4 days overdue... I still expect some form of decency and respect, even if I have to reschedule my procedure. I think that's good customer service. I don't expect to be treated like I've got an overdue bill and the collections department is coming for me. The best part is that she said she'd refund my deposit because I decided to look elsewhere for my procedure. I told her I'd prob write about my experience, at which point she told me she would NOT return my deposit. Well, this review is worth every penny. Being treated with respect is worth way more. On a brighter note, I found an amazing doctor out of LA with a rock star staff who has treated me with utmost respect, friendliness and kindness. What about the fact that he left for Hawaii the day after my surgery? He left me on the table, didn't care that I could feel him cutting on me or using the liposuction cannula on my side with no local anesthetic. Do yourself a huge favor and run away from this unprofessional office as your well being is their very least concern. As a business, You can't make everyone happy, this is true and fair. However, it is obvious from these reviews that they have many more unhappy clients than happy ones. This very much is a sign of running away.They obviously have a reputation. I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my time there. People will speak up and it's important to read their honest reviews. The surgeon, and the office manager are extremely rude, unprofessional,and unhelpful.The only goal of this facility is to get you to pay them and that is it. There are plenty of great board certified plastic surgeons who are gifted and skilled around the area. After having many consultations, I have learned that there are pof surgeons who's primary goals are customer satisfaction rather than over charging a patient for a botched job which is exactly what Bellevue plastic surgeons would do. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. RUN away from this place, and specifically Dr Morason himself. This facility does not care about their patients or the patients wants/needs. If you plan to follow through w a procedure here, be ready to receive something you don't want because he will not accommodate to the patients' wants or desires. Please be careful with this office. we heard one of their staff talking on the phone about this office Looks like their operating room is located in the back of the office does not meet standard requirements. His office washes and reuses the suction tubes, suction canister, left over sutures, expired sutures electrocoutery tips and etc. The office is private and they lock the front door so department of health can not come and observe and check on them During the surgeries, Daniella who works at the front desk and the office manager, walk to the Operating room with street clothes with no mask, scrubs, surgical cap. Office manager brings her child to the OR like its a playground . Also their operating room is not certified in state of Washington. Dr. Marosan performed 2 surgeries on me. My original breast augmentation and my revision. My right breast pocket had stretched due to the weight of the implants and would fall into my armpits when laying down. My left was not as bad. I was told that the revision would fix this problem. A few weeks after my revision I noticed that my right breast was flat again when laying down. I went back to his office and he basically said that I would have to have another surgery to the tune of $8,000 to fix what should have been fixed the first time. Also my nipples were not centered anymore due to him pulling the skin outwards towards my ribs! I was never told my nipples would not be centered! He told me he had sutured the sides of my breast pockets to my ribs? Ever since then I have had pain on the sides of my breast where my ribcage is. I emailed his office stating that I was upset and in pain and that I shouldn't have to pay again for them to make it right. His office coordinator Lauri emailed back with a nasty letter blaming me saying I should have paid more to get a lift and that none of this was their fault. Dr Marousan left me disfigured and refused to make it right. He carved out a chunk from my body and left me with a very disgusting bulge above my pubic area that look hideous when naked or when wearing certain clothes makes me look like I am hiding a "male package". I took Dr. Marosan to small claims because it is impossible to sue a doctor when they are represented by an attorney. He had an attorney present anyway with a book full of hearsay (affidavits from non-present colleagues). I've taken a lot of people to small claims and I have sat and watched many and I have never seen a judge allow affidavits with non-present parties but I guess Mr. Marousan is special. Anyway, the long and short of it was that the judge told me he sympathized with me but mu lack of expert witness could not combat his colleague's affidavits (to sum it up). The judge also said that my case had to be dismissed because I filed it wrong, I filed for breach of contract instead of negligence and malpractice so the negligence (judge's words not mine) could not be considered. I was satisfied because him saying that acknowledged that this was what had happened to me and thankful that those words were used in court (audio transcript is readily available). I would have loved for him to be held accountable, but he wasn't due to my incorrect filing. What this man did to me was horrible and he refused to make it right. He called me names and upset me then refused to honor the re-do to make it right. To top it off, he hired a lawyer to try to bully me into a cease and desist just for describing my true and factual experience with him and opinions on his shoddy work. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. At least for now, I have the right to express my opinion as above as everything I stated is a personal experience and there are no false statements. read more

I have had several procedures now done by Dr. Marosan and over the last several years, including the Thermi laser just yesterday. I give him a 5-STAR every time!!! He is always so very warm, caring, and comfortable to be with. In addition, I just adore all the staff. Eden, his right hand operating gal, is the best! She remembers the little things I like for procedures (heated table, warm socks, hair band, etc...) and Lauri, the office manager makes me feel like I'm part of their practice whenever i have questions. I have intimate knowledge of the plastic surgery industry and I chose Dr. Marosan as my surgeon for gynecomastia excision and High Def Vaser body sculpting liposuction. In my opinion he is the only true expert in High Def Vaser Body Sculpting Liposuction in the Pacific NorthWest. No one else has the meticulous attention to detail and takes the time to produce the the amazing lasting results. My liposuction entrance holes are completely hidden and unnoticeable. The incisions for gynecomastia excisions are minor. My experience was smooth and caring with beyond excellent results. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went to a different surgeon in Tacoma with Dr. Ehret that was a big mistake, he is not a legitimate Plastic Surgeon. The one in Tacoma severely disfigured my body and took $18,000 out of my pocket. I trusted him. I went to Bellevue and this is where I found Dr. Marason. Dr. Marason did a revision of what the other dr. did. Dr. Marosan is very,very compassionate about his patients. He takes his time to work with you. After he saw what the other Dr. did to me from Tacoma Dr. Marason worked with me and listened to what I wanted. I have always been uncomfortable with my nose and how flat of a bridge I had, but I did not want to undergo an invasive surgery. I have looked into trying to improve my problem mainly because I wear glasses and always had to adjust them so they wouldn't fall off my face.
