Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

They told me they were going to replace the tire and give me a matching tire to insure my safety. Had they not double checked my spare tire, I would have never been the wiser. I got a 2001 Chevy S10 with 93k miles on it a year before. Starting a new career in IT contracting, I figured it'd be a good idea to get my beloved little rustbucket looked at. This thing was, not just abused, but neglected for several years. Joe found every last problem with the motor. The sheer scope of issues with it that Joe managed to find and repair is insane. Thank goodness I had a nest egg saved up just for such an occasion. They invited me right over to the lift to see the problems with my own eyes. When I turned the truck in the next day, they were even kind enough to drive me home since I lived in Bellevue. Not just that, but when the truck was finally done after discovering even more issues (namely a timing chain so loose it's a wonder the truck ran at all, with the valves a full eighth of a rotation behind the crankshaft) and repairing them. It was held back for another day due to starting issues traced back to the timing sensor, something he insisted on eating the cost of due to how long it's been in service (about a week). After that they were happy to pick me up. The truck since then has been running like an absolute dream. I've driven 450 miles in the span of 3 days working all across Western Iowa/Eastern Nebraska, about a hundred miles out from the Omaha Metro at max. I cannot thank them enough for their incredible quality of service, mechanical and customer. I will not trust any other mechanic until I'm forced to stop going to Joe's.

I had to leave it there one day for repairs and they made sure to call me and ask permission before doing any extra work that wasn't discussed initially. Most recent was them replacing my tire after an accident. I was missing 3 of the lug nuts (I have no idea if that's the correct name) holding my tire on. They told me it was a miracle it hadn't come off while I was driving. I was and am very grateful for all the work they have done on my vehicle. The pricing is very fair. Most other places that I have asked about pricing have quoted me far above what they have. If I have any issues in the future or even routine maintenance needed on my vehicle, I'll take it here.

They get the tires on but can't do alignment due to faulty lower control arm gave me a 800 quote for it. They did their 13 point inspection! And everything on time I'm thinking great they turned around, nope! While driving to work that day I notice my car bogging down I said oh what now I pulled over popped the hood and my freaking air filter is sitting on top of the engine bay and my air filter box wide open!
