Purchased two front tires said I was dropping it off they had asked what time I said 3, I show up and they just started putting the car in the air they said the tire had arrived late. So why no call? So made me late. I give them another try thinking I'm just bipolar, I take it back maybe a week later to do the rear and an alignment. They get the tires on but can't do alignment due to faulty lower control arm gave me a 800 quote for it. They did their 13 point inspection! And everything on time I'm thinking great they turned around, nope! While driving to work that day I notice my car bogging down I said oh what now I pulled over popped the hood and my freaking air filter is sitting on top of the engine bay and my air filter box wide open! They will try to pressure sale you into four brand new low quality tires and hold you hostage until you end up begging them to put your flat tire back on just so you can get the h3ll out of there. I brought my car here after calling because my car wouldn't start and I was getting a transmission warning. They fixed the serpentine belt, but didn't even look at the check engine light after I made sure to tell them about the transmission. In fact, I had to ask them to check the check engine code before I left and they said "oh, that was there when you brought it in." As if....that wasn't the reason I brought it in. read more

Had a headlight bulb replaced last month (passenger side), for which I was charged ~$90 for. Today (11/18) I had the driver's side replaced and was charged $52.00. I appreciate the fact that they charged me the correct price the second time, but when I mentioned it to the gentleman at the counter, he just said "well, it really went quick. We appreciate your return business". It was actually done more quickly the first time. I was annoyed, but it wasn't his fault, so I didn't press any further. Man on 11/18 was very nice, but I feel as if I was taken advantage of the first time, and nothing was offered to remedy the situation. I bring my Jeep here for oil changes, tire rotations, funny noises... everything. I have never had an issue with pricing, the staff is friendly and communicates well. I had to leave it there one day for repairs and they made sure to call me and ask permission before doing any extra work that wasn't discussed initially. Most recent was them replacing my tire after an accident. I was missing 3 of the lug nuts (I have no idea if that's the correct name) holding my tire on. They told me it was a miracle it hadn't come off while I was driving. I was and am very grateful for all the work they have done on my vehicle. The pricing is very fair. Most other places that I have asked about pricing have quoted me far above what they have. If I have any issues in the future or even routine maintenance needed on my vehicle, I'll take it here. read more

My wife brought our van in for a tire and alignment. She was told (an hour later) that the tie rods were shot and needed replaced and all would cost over $1000! No deal! The next day I'm inspecting the boots to see if I need to order those too and I see a puddle...right under the steering box! The whole thing was covered and it's oozing out of the boots as well! Weird how that escalated in all but a day. So I remove the wheel and the lugs were torqued so tight that I snapped 2 lugs...weird. I go to take the boot off the inner and it just slides right off. That rear clamp was already loosened! The one time use clamp was already popped! I'm not saying it was sabotage, but it sure looks that way. None of the signs of bad tie rods were happening before and still no play in the steering but the rack has failed? Never going back again and if I had proof of sabotage, they would be buried! read more

I took my truck in for a severe shake. It was discovered that the U-Joint and Yoke Flange were broke. They told me they could not get the part and would have to order a whole drive shaft. That quote was $1,500. Having worked on my truck and many other vehicles in the past, I knew this couldn't be right. So I hopped online and found a flange, the part they "couldn't get" for $40. I ordered that part and had them install it. After they stated they thought they'd have it done by 3 I show up at 3. The truck wasn't even touched. Apparently, if you're in a rush, you need to baby sit them. So baby sit I did. I stood at the bay and made sure they got the job done and didn't play grab a** while I waited. The job took 30 minutes. Great I'll be paying a lot less and I'm not going to be late, I thought to myself, but oh was I wrong! They charged me 1.8 hours for a .5 hour job. So! If you don't want to buy parts that you don't need, and don't want to pay for time that wasn't spent on your vehicle, AVOID Jensen Tire and Auto like COVID-19. They will never have my business again. That is shady and extremely unethical. read more

Had a car towed in the other morning about an hour after they had opened. They were able to get it into a service bay right away. While they charge $100/hr for their diagnostics machine; they later did not bill me for any services as they were not able to perform the necessary work which was required with a module within the transmission. They were even nice enough to tell me what the exact error code read out was so they I could relay this on to the next shop. The entire process took just a little over 2 hours from start to finish. read more

I had went to Jensen tire because I had a coupon for a oil change for 21.00 for my Dodge Neon I don't know very much about cars so I figured that they were going to honest with my needs I was wrong they told me that I needed a certain type of oil that was more expensive that I didn't need plus told me that my oil drain plug needed to be replaced and the 3 dollar part cost me about 18.00 dollars so my visit that I thought was going to cost me about 25.00 ended up costing me around 80.00 I will never go back again read more

My over 70 year old dad took his car for tire rotation, and they yelled at him for the dirt in his wheel wells. (They live in the country on gravel roads.) They told my dad that he wasn't welcome back unless he cleaned the inside of the wheels before coming, because it made a mess on their garage floor. They also decided to pay him back by tightening his lug nuts far beyond factory specs, so he couldn't get them off. This place is TERRIBLE!!! I brought my car (2004 Audi Allroad) in to get tires and while I was waiting I heard the sound of lug nuts being hammered down by the air gun. As a retired ASE master certified technician I knew that I had to go watch. Sure enough, on the vehicle I could see (mine was still in work) there was a guy running lug nuts down TIGHT with no torque limiter stick. I grabbed the sales person and voiced my concerns. He effectively patted me on the head and said they "got it". Fast forward 2 weeks and now I've got a vibration in my front brakes even though they are less than a year old and installed by the Jensen on 370. So I bring my car back this morning and explain what's going on and have an appointment on Friday to get it fixed. Normally I only deal with Jensen because of their torque policy but I fell through the cracks this time. On a side note, Corporate's policy is such that the comeback is not the top priority (whereas 20 years ago they were). They are unwilling or unable to shuffle the repairs to make the comeback a priority. In my eyes this tells me that once your money is in their coffers they stop taking care of you. Hopefully Corporate reads this and re-evaluates their policies, overall they are a good company and with a little tweaking could be great. In a nut shell, if you go to the Galvin store make sure you watch them and if the lug nut doesn't turn a little during final torquing make them re-do it. read more

Good for tire work only (and maybe oil changes). Jan 5, 2016. Scheduled alignment: 2001 Ford F150. Technician found 2 tie rod ends (part of the front suspension) were worn. He showed me and I agreed they were very worn. Told him to replace them. I've purchased and installed them in the past, and knew they were rarely over $50 each. My mistake was not asking how much Jensen Tire was going to charge me for 2 tie-rod ends. After getting my bill, I see a charge for $243 for the tie-rod ends. (total bill $423). Whoa! After talking to the service manager and store manager, about this being an unacceptable nearly 250% or more mark up, I decided to call Mike Jensen @ their corporate offices. His answer was typical corporate speak, 'we are competitively priced', 'we pay the best employees, and have the best tools', blah blah. So, I decided to do some research, and started at what is typically the most expensive repair facility. The Dealer. Ford Dealer quoted me $368 (duplicating same exact work Jensen did. And they have a higher labor rate!) Next call was to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and checked retail price of 2 'Moog Brand' tie-rod ends (same brand Jensen used). $108 for both. (Jensen $243). Mark up over wholesale is expected. Over 200% markup above retail, is not. Jensen has a lot of commercials running, about 'fair price', 'best price', 'for the health of your car', etc. None of that is true. read more

I called Jensen Tire today and spoke with the manager Shawn. My daughter had a piece of bracket hanging under her car and I was unable to get under there to investigate it. I called and he kindly told her to bring it down and they would look at it. She got there, said she was treated wonderfully and they determined it was because her heat shield had rusted and the bracket came loose. He found a bolt and fixed it for her and didn't charge a thing. I have worked in customer service my entire career and am with MUD now. I will continue to tell people how great this Jensen Tire is and will drive as much business to them as I can. Thanks Shawn for taking care of my daughter. It is greatly appreciated. read more

Went in for an oil change, I was told I had suspension problems, and needed rear brake pads. The brake pads were only 2 months old! One rotor was making a little noise, I had it checked out somewhere else, and it was fine. Just noise as it was being broken in. I won't be back. read more

Went for an oil change and tired rotation about half a year ago. I was told that my entire shocks and struts need to be replaced and the mechanic handed me right away a over $ 600 estimate. I went to the dealership as my car was still under warranty and after a check told my shocks and struts are fine. Went 3 month later back for another oil change plus tire rotation and told again my shocks and struts need to be replaced.Now I was suspicious and decided to get an independent 3rd party opinion .Guess what, the shocks and struts are fine.!!! I've have always taken my cars in and have them check them out for me but about a month or so ago My daughter bought her first car used of course and we thought there was some issues in the front end of her car. So, I took my daughter's car to Jensen's in Bellevue. I watched them put it up and get under there and was looking. So, the guy came out and said she needed new ball joints and bearings wrote up it was going to cost her $ 660.00 for them to do the repairs my husband said well of that was all there was him and a friend could do it went to O'Rielys for parts $ 207.00 and the jacked up her car and found THAT ISN'T WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. It was VERY OBVIOUS what it was I go back and complained I even had video. The guy I first spoke to when I took her car in the first time was well they didn't noticed Now a BLIND PERSON WOULD OF NOTICED IT !!! So, the guy had me send him the video nothing was ever said or no calls nothing. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN They are a RIPE OFF they don't treat their customers right. I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic for a bumper to bumper inspection and was told that it was in great shape but it needed an alignment and that would have to be done at a tire store. I took it to Jensen Tire for the alignment and after a 1 hour wait, was told I needed an additional $525 of work on the vehicle before the alignment could be done. No thanks. I went back to my regular mechanic, told them everything Jensen Tire had said I needed. My regular mechanic recommended a reputable tire store in the area where I had the alignment done and none of the issues Jensen claims to have found were valid. read more

Here's the deal. I drive an older vehicle with a TON of miles on it. There's many things, I'm sure, that can be upgraded or replaced on my car. I bring my car here for all of my oil changes and they are always really great. This past summer, there was an issue with my car, and they worked on it for over a week to diagnose it. Throughout the entire process, they were very communicative with me about it, and only fixed what NEEDED to be fixed. I was also able to drive my car every night, and bring it back in the morning to them. They understood that we are a 1-car family, and while I work in Bellevue, I live in Omaha, so not having a car was not an option. Matt, the Service Manager, is very professional and upfront about what needs to be done to the car. They've never tried to add-on extra things that don't need to happen with the car. Recently my car was making a high pitched noise, and I took Matt in the car with me so that I could show him exactly what it was doing (old cars make a lot of different noises). He was able to pinpoint the issue immediately (needed brakes) and had me on my way in no time. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I would recommend that if you can find any other tire company go to them! Over the last few weeks my wife and I have spent over $3000 with this company and we are still unhappy. The Jensen my wife went to on 96th and 370 finally got her car right and we appreciate Orlando for fixing the problems like promised but I went to Galvin road Jensen for tires. 2 days after the fact one of my tires is leaking air and I have been informed by Rob that even though I'm under warranty I will have to be without my car for at least half to a full day. Now I don't know about anyone else but I have a lot of driving I do everyday dropping off kids, job,etc. and to be told " I'm short handed and don't know what to tell you" is unacceptable. Not trying to make it seem like I'm more important than anyone else but when you pay that extra money for warranties and basically get made to feel like you're business is unimportant is not right. Please if you decide to go to this shop make sure all the work you need done is finished so you don't have to go back because you might not get seen for a day or two or twelve. I wish I could give Jensen Tire and Auto like zero stars, but it don't let you, so, where to begin, took my 1995 Ford Windstar Van into the Galvin Store, Travis Westfall, a sharp, over hungry manager, told me I needed a new exhaust. Ignored a Camshaft Position Sensor, which controls the emissons ins and outs, and wanted $1200 without a convertor mind you, then, I had them take 900, and within a few months I was back with starter issues. Told by Travis Westfall that I couldn't afford the sensor fixed, and it was my starter was bad, sold me a rebuilt for $300, and car still having emission and starter issues. Tried to sell me, an alternator, at this point had enough, called another shop, bingo, Camshaft Positon Sensor can cause starter issues and emission issues. As it controls the timing belt and chain and the emissions in and outs. By this time, talking to Mike Jensen, at corporate, who told me to shut up, when asking for a refund of only the starter. He told me, he would sent a check, but that my comments to The Better Business Bureau need to come down! I of course didn't agree, because he told me to shut up when I tried to talk. Needless to say, this nice company, tries to build up it low ending shops, by putting guys like Travis Westfall into their shops, to sell you everything and anything, to raise the profit level of the story, as Dave the other manger so told me. read more
