Enter through main doors and at the fork turn right and keep going until you see the sign for her business on the wall. The door is going to be on the right side of the hall. She's very nice and helpful, I don't know why other reviewers were complaining. I was a little scared based on some of those reviews but once I met her or even called on the phone she was friendly. I got a pair of pants hemmed for $15 which is the best price I could find. I'm currently getting a skirt waist taken in for $25. I'm really pleased with her work and will continue to come as long as I'm here in Bellevue.

Timelines were accurate, the final product was exactly as we expected, and it was awesome value for money (for alterations on a suit jacket and a wedding dress) We had both scheduled two fittings and got our final alterations completed roughly 9 days before we tie the knot. I only took pictures for my suit jacket (wearing the complete ensemble minus tie and pocket square), but it's a fantastic example of their work - they modified the back and shoulders, as well as the jacket sleeve length so it's more fitted to my body type (this was already a 38 Short jacket measurement). They close at 6pm on weekdays, and we live in West Seattle, but on a recommendation from a friend, we chose this place after shopping around, and YES, it was totally worth it. On the way to our second fitting, we hit a TON of traffic on the I-90 and ended up being about 20 minutes late to our 5:30pm fitting - they STAYED OPEN until we arrived and made sure we were properly fitted before sending us back on our way. I went there to have a basic denim dress taken in and had to spend time going back multiple times to fix errors that would never have happened with a trained professional with experience. - The waist has overlapping seams. - There is now a pleat over one pocket but not the other. - The tucks on the back end at different points and are not finished, so they will pull and open if I bend over. - The bust area is not smoothly sewn, so it sits weird. So so sad, because I love this dress. 3. Having to keep coming back to fix the issues. Good points: 1. The lady is nice. 2. She didn't cut off any fabric, so I can go somewhere else and have it fixed. 3. She charged me fairly for my trouble. 4. The shop is close to where I live. I won't be back anytime soon. Sorry.
